Jack (3/5): Stay away Joe - Location Onlt 1 handicap room available. Housekeeping didn't show that day. No matress pad on one bed. No comfortable seating for reading. I small nite stand only reachable from 1 bed. Roll in shower with glue down rubber floor. Shower curtain hung 10" above floor and outside rubber water dam so water sprayed beyond and ran on tile floor. DANGEROUSLY SLICK TILE WHEN WET. No hot water or water pressurec in shower.. Handheld shower head sprayed less than 1: Inch high when turned upward. Wall shower head dribbled downward. The grout in tile floor was missing in places and likely causing unwanted __ld growing under tile. Some tiles felt loose. A tile at edge of rubber retrofit shower floor was cracked near door jamb, had sharp edge lifted upward that could cut a foot if slipped on. Unfortunately booked non-refundable. Not the image Wyndham wants I'm sure.

Michelle (3/5): Definitely will not stay at this location again. - The room had plenty of space. The beds were very uncomfortable and hard as rocks. There were no extra blankets in our room and we needed one during the night.

H1722ILericas (2/5): Never again! - First room was disgusting. Stained sheets, horrible smell, dirty bathroom, garbage on floor. Stains, dirt, grime everywhere you looked! Lobby bathrooms not clean. Second room was worse. Our door wouldn’t lock dirty and grimy. Employees may actually live in hotel. Hair all over bathroom. Stained and smelly desk chairs that smelt like body odor. Door had a sticky spill all over it. Headboards are literally deteriorating and shedding their faux leather all over the mattress. Transients always in the Libby and walking through halls. Floors in lobby filthy. Lots of strong air fresheners everywhere…. Trying to cover up smells….. epically employee pot smoking. Our friends room smelt like sewer gas. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Lisa (8/5): We had to spend an extra night in Bismarck due to weather and picked the Windham - happy we did - The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of options to choose from. The treadmill was broken in the workout room. We plan to stay here again in the future, so I really hope it's fixed! The eggs were still frozen in the morning, but the other selections were delicious and plentiful.

Brian (4/5): - It was a great location I will say that I have enjoyed stays here in the past but I was greatly disappointed in this stay. The first room we were sent to was freezing when we entered. The thermostat read 46 degrees and the heater was blowing out cold air. I went back to the desk to report this and request a different room. At first I was told all rooms are cold at first and I should just go back and see if it gets better. I insisted that 46 was not normal and was eventually given a different room. That room was much warmer (69). However when I sat down to use the desk I nearly fell backwards out of a broken chair. I then tried to turn on the desk light to see what was wrong with the chair but it didn't turn on. Examining it more closely I saw that it had no bulb. I reported that in reply to the welcome test they send but nothing was done. Finally when going to bed I saw part of the dust ruffle scrunched up under the mattress and realized it was missing on both beds. Looking behind the bed I found wappers and other trash that hadn't been cleaned. This had been one of my favorite hotels in Bismarck and I was VERY disappointed in this stay. Not sure if I will be back.

Eric` (2/5): Would never stay here again. - Easy access to leave this terrible hotel. Room was 76 and humid when entered. Tried multiple times to adjust AC with no luck. Called to request help, staff I could barely understand adjusted thermostat and asked me to wait 20 minutes to see if cooled room. It warmed room more. Staff again arrived and spoke in foreign dialect to other staff over radio to attempt to fix unit with no luck. Moved me from King to Double Queen room at 11:30pm. Room had stain near garbage can that looked like blood, no top sheet on the bed i selected to use and no hot water in bathroom sink as well as a large dent in wall where it looked like someone's head had hit it. No courtesy wake up call and thus missed breakfast. Asked for a discount or refund and they basically said to kick rocks.

158dylano (2/5): Avoid! - Stayed here because a friend of mine was having a medical procedure and they said there was a discounted rate here. 1) If you’re in the same situation, check with the hospital or dr office as to how to get that rate! Booking online then confirming the discount rate upon arrival did not work and they refused any rate change since it was booked in advance. We even asked if we could cancel our booking and do it at the desk with the discount which they refused. 2) 420 friendly (for staff atleast) upon entering the hotel we noticed an air freshener, it was NOT making the incredibly strong stench of pot coming off the employees uniform. Wow, 2nd hand high. 3) My favorite part was that the room, upon entering, was already set to 60 so it felt great! However, it also smelt strongly of pot. 4) Despite DST ending over 2 weeks ago, no clocks in the room had been changed… talk about double and triple checking your times when you can’t eat after a certain time, have to be somewhere at a precise time, etc… 5) Checkout is 11, I requested a late checkout of 1pm. I dropped my friend off for his procedure and returned to the hotel to use the room for a meeting from 11-12… at 11:15 there was a knock and attempted entry of my room… so much for late check out and not interrupting my meeting despite the sign being on the door as well… 9/10 would not go back… my daughter loved the breakfast (cereal) so that was ok…

Disgusting We sprayed it with disinfectant because they didn't have another room with the shower requirement. The water pressure was miserable., Difficult to even rinse my hair. The bed was severly degraded and did not provide any support with extreme sagging resulting in severe back and neck pain. Toilet paper hanging from sprinkler system. Looking at the small outdated TV I suspect this property hasn't been updated or maintained in decades, highly recommned finding alternatives.

andrew (4/5): - It started in the lobby. You’re first greeted by the scent of weed the moment you walk through the doors (smelled that way throughout the entire 3 day 2 night stay). The bed sheets in our room had urine stains, the bath tub had a brown ring around it, and I found a cigarette butt next to the bed. The fresh towels were also stained with dirt. Overall, not a great stay. Will definitely be looking elsewhere next time.

Charles (10/5): I recommend this place to stay - The property itself was in a good quiet location. The staff was friendly. The breakfast offered eggs that weren’t scrambled and ham slices that tasted really good. Laundry facility was nice to have Be nice if they had to washing machines and dryers

Chad (10/5): Great stay with unexpected surprises! - They did a good job. My room was completely out of towels - as they forgot to put them in after cleaning the night before. A seed shell was left in the drawer next to bed (how does a seed shell even get in there?). A pair of socks were left in the closet - they were teenage mutant ninja turtle socks - they were dirty and had hokes in the heel of boyh socks - so I threw them away. I enjoyed my stay - bed was comfortable and hottub was hot!

DEANN (8/5): Probably won’t stay there again - Quiet Hard to get into,only one way in and when I asked for a copy of our stay at checkout they said I could get one from Booking.com. Which I never did , the clerk I felt was rude
MN-Joe (6/5): passing thru, needed a place to sleep, this place was a option - Nice location, nice size room. better options are available The bed was uncomfortable, mold in tile grout around tub, shower gel in shower was empty, the tub and bathroom floor became VERY slippery when wet. This not been a problem in the past?? The breakfast seemed skimpy, like they were running out of items, no napkins and the coffee was across the lobby from the breakfast options. No staff around to tend to the issues. Staff was not friendly during check-in, he had no interest in doing his job in a pleasant manner.

Mark (4/5): - There were people smoking marijuana in the hotel on the 3rd floor and it smelled horrible. The mgmt team did attempt to address, but they indicated that they could not tell who did it. Made us feel very unsafe and very disappointed that they would let this occur in their hotel.
Henrietta (8/5): My overall experience was great. I appreciate housekeeping for cleaning my room before I came back. - The staff were really great and the place was super clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best and the rooms need some updates. I didn’t like that I couldn’t closed the block out curtains.

Tim (4/5): - For a newish building, it is quite run down. This may be a result of poor cleaning. We saw two rooms. Neither was properly cleaned and both showed extensive wear (ie padded foam headboard flaking vinyl everywhere), stained curtains and chairs along with dirty showers and sinks. Stains everywhere. Sticky bathroom floors and the toilet seat was worn, flaking and delaminating. Cleaning and maintenance staff seem to be failing.

Jason (6/5): Frustrating follow up - Staff refuses to get me an Invoice so I can get reimbursed. They claim only "Expedia" has the Invoice, I booked through hotels.com and chose to "pay at property" so my credit card was charged by the hotel but apparently getting an invoice is impossible. The room was nice the breakfast area was quite dirty and crammed, we were stuck immediately beside the garbage and had people climbing over us to throw their waste away.
nancyc342 (2/5): We feel like we got scammed by this hotel. - We booked online on the Wyndham website with an AAA member discount. We arrived and didn't care for the location of our room and asked for the other side of the hotel. We opted to downgrade from a deluxe King to a standard King as there were no deluxe Kings on the side we wanted. The cost of the standard King was less than the deluxe King we had originally booked. When they changed the room they eliminated our AAA discount and charged us $75+ extra for the lesser room. When I asked about the difference in price they said they booked us as walk ins and had no control over the price and said they would not honor the online price we already had or our AAA discount. In total with taxes will lost over $80 and had a lesser room. They said they would credit us a paltry $14 but that was all they offered. They never credited the $14 even after I called three times to handle this problem. Beware. We feel like we got scammed by this hotel.

Charity (1/5): Never again - I booked through booking . Com. Then when I went they were sold out. Then booking .com also some how changed the dates and I was charged for the room. I will never use this chain of hotels ever again. I will sleep in my in my car before they see another penny from me or my family. When I called to speak to a manager 2 time's one was never there. Great business practice for any type of customer service. Never stayed. Rude and bad customer service.
Eric (6/5): - The room was clean. Some in the building made noise 24/7. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee at 6:15 in the morning was lukewarm at best and tasted burnt. I mentioned it to one of the staff and waited 20 minutes but no new coffee was made. I won't be staying here again.

Mark (8/5): Clean and comfortable. They need to brightn up the lighting in the rooms. - The staff was very kind. They allowed our grandchilden (who were not hotel guests) to swim for several hours in tbhe pool. Then, they allowed us to use a table in the in the breakfast area for several hours in the afternoon to play card games. The bed was confortable and the place was clean. The lighting in the room was very dim. The switch on the desk lamp was defectivew. Only by carefully moving it to the exact sweet spot would the desk light come on fully bright. Also, the other lamps in the room were very dim.

Melissa (6/5): - I used the online app and "pre-checked" in the day before, upon arriving the staff at the desk I informed the staff of that, he didnt ask for an ID or my confirmation #, just my last name, gave me one key/card and told me the room #. When we went to that room, I used the key card, only to find it was already occupied (lights were on and belongings inside). We returned to the front desk and the staff then tried telling me that I had "already checked in to my room hours earlier", to which I argued that I had used the online check in the day before, but had not physically been on the premises until then. This "debate" went on, even after I made him finally look at my ID. He finally apologized and gave me 2 keys for a different room. I am very glad I did not encounter someone in the first room or this situation would have been even worse.
Kathy (6/5): - We had to ask for everything…we had 4 people registered…needed towels daily. Had to go and get out own. The staff were nice but they need more people who speak English. Hard to converse with them. They had breakfast but was the same thing every day. They didn’t clean our bathroom even though we asked. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Marlene (8/5): - Was very quiet with the exception of the road work that was taking place in front of the property. Was missing a light bulb in the entrance way and bathroom was in need of a few repairs. Other than these few things I’d stay again.
