• FP Den haag BV (8/5): A modern and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, but the hotel would be much better with a more varied breakfast and - The hotel had a modern design, spacious rooms, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were polite, helpful, and always available when needed. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was excellent. The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety. After the third day, we honestly did not feel motivated to go for breakfast anymore. Also, the hotel was quite far from the city center, which made getting around less convenient.

• Masoumeh (9/5): It offers good value for the price. - We had a great view from our room, which was clean and quite spacious. Nearby, there was a confectionery, coffee shop, and restaurant called Kuban, where we enjoyed tea and Baklava. We also loved the Turkish bath inside the hotel. The hotel is quite far from most tourist attractions, so we ended up spending a lot of time commuting by metro and taxi.

J’ai été agréablement surprise un jour en particulier mais je ne citerais pas car je vous laisse la surprise de le vivre aussi pendant votre séjour. Je recommande à 100% J’ai tt aimé, mais si je doit rajouter un détail sa serais sur le ménage et en entrée de chambre la poussière était quand même présente dans les coins et sous les fauteuils. Mais dans l’ensemble c’était top c’est pr sa que j’ai mis une bonne note.

• Palicska (10/5): Elégedett :) - Nagyon tiszta, kényelmes, kedves segítőkész személyzet. Kaptunk térképet és megmutatták hol van a közeli bolt, intéztek transzfert is nagy létszámra. A reggeli fantasztikus, belekószoltunk a helyi kultúrába. A medence nem nagy de szép tiszta, de 5-ből 4-nap kellemes langyos volt, egyszer hűvösebb, de játékra, úszásra tökéletes. A szaunák szuperek. Messze van a központ, 1 percre van busz. Pár percre boltok, illetve egy Migros 8 percre. de 10-15 percre van metró 1 átszállással bent voltunk a központban.

• Alexander (2/5): Seriously, consider before booking. - The only positive was a great mattress (not pillows), and if you do get the food ordered at the restaurant, it is very good. The rooms are very dated, and the heating/cooling system did not work in any of my 6 friends' rooms. The location (unless business is close by) is not warranted to the advertised 'close to airport'. It is 45 mins away and the hotel offers no transfers. You are better off staying in the City where cheap transfers are available. The restaurant is soulless, orders taken inaccurately by a dismissive manager, and lights turned off at 9pm when still eating (advertised closing 10 pm). Just avoid this hotel ... it is on its last legs.

• Delfina (10/5): - The hotel is exceptional. The staff, the food everything was great. Eve moring they knock at your door and ask is everything is ok and do you need anything. They leave you free bottles of water and coffee for as many people you are in the room. The valle parks your car in the garrage and takes your luggage into the room with no charge. Every day they change your sheets and thtow the garbage and leave you fresh clean towels. No complains at all. Just PERFECT!!

• Cristian (5/5): - Numai pretul. In primul rand hotelul necesita renovare urgenta; in camere nu au servetele, set spalat pe dinti/ ras asa cum ar fi trebuit; de fapt nu au aproape nimic. Asternuturile sunt vechi si obosite. Este prima oara cand la micul dejun omletele sunt contra cost. O singura optiune pentru ceai ( numai turcesc), sucurile nu sunt naturale. In rest mezeluri, branzeturi ca la oricare hotel de patru stele.

• Yurii (1/5): Обман, грязно, испорченный отдых - Лифт Отвратительные отношения персонала, во время ужина подходит ко всем гостям и просит ставить хорошие оценки в Google картах, поэтому на Google картах высокий рейтинг, который не имеет ничего общего с реальной обстановкой, целую неделю в ванной валялся кусок огромный силикона с плесенью который за неделю уборки так и никто не убрал, грязно, окна такое ощущение что мылись последний раз в прошлом году, за всю свою жизнь ещё не видел таких грязных окон, мало того перед заездом я попросил их выставить мне налоговый счёт поскольку путешествия на фирму, и предоставил все данные для этого, а теперь они мне не хотят выставлять счёт поскольку придумали себе что я должен был бегать по всей ресепшен и упрашивать их выставить мне счёт и предоставить на месте все данные хотя я им раз 10 писал и говорил о том что мне нужно будет фактура, не знаю может не хотят они проводить это всё официально и отмывают таким образом деньги но отель показал себя ужасно лучше смотрите другие места
• Ali (7/5): - ... Das Personal einfach wo wir schlafen geklopft hat und einfach nach dreimal klopfen reingegangen ist und somit habe ich ihn gewarnt. Man sollte schon erklären was man machen muss und wie alles genützt werden muss wenn mein ein zimmer hergibt, also nur einfach Koffer reintragen und nichts erklären das geht nicht. Das Personal sollte sich 100% sicher sein das keiner im Zimmer ist und dann rein kommen.

• Olena (7/5): На завтрак можно оставить натуральный кофе, я думаю что эта мелочь не разорит отель. - Приветливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак. Номера убирали не достаточно хорошо. На завтраке отсутствовал натуральный кофе. Был только Нескафе из автомата. Бассейн был грязный. Одноразовая шапочка для бассейна стоит 5 евро ( 250 лир). Хамам был открыт для посещения, но не отапливался.

• Ziad (9/5): Excellent experience - It was an excellent experience, and I will repeat it again. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, specially Amin & Tuncay at the reception and also Senih Bey. And the valet guy, I don't remember his name. Breakfast is very good, location is very good, the facilities are very good. We really enjoyed our stay. In general it was an excellent experience. I just have two comments to make things better: 1) the parking area is too tight and not well organized, however, there is a nice option to give the car to the valet guy and he will manage to park it for you, so this didn't bother me at all. 2) what I really didn't like is the annoying push to give the highest rating and insisting to do it on the spot. I have already given the hotel rating 9, but if the lady did not keep insisting on the highest rating in annoying way on every room in our group, I would have given them 10 points.
