• Brittany (7/5): Hotel was okay, very packed and busy - The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay. They actually read my note and granted my request for my room which I appreciated. There was another review about this hotel hosting big parties and those parties using the lobby. When I fist read that review, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, but they were right! There were like 80-100+ people from a traveling sports team in the lobby and they took up the entire space so you couldn’t use the lobby or the amenities even if you wanted to. There were kids bouncing a basketball above our room from 6-10pm which kept waking me and my children up. It was only for one night, so I didn’t mention anything, but the noise would’ve been a bother if we were staying longer.

• Diana (7/5): Convenient and Clean hotel stay near Hershey Park - The location and overall hotel were good. The booking, check-in service, and hotel staff were all good. The room was clean and they offered free breakfast. Unfortunately our room, even though it was on the 5th floor was extremely noisy. The room was facing the back of the hotel and there was a trash truck that came every morning around 4 am right outside the window. Also, there was a loud rumbling below our room as well. Not sure if it was the A/C ducts or something else.

Clean room, clean building and grounds, really good breakfast, nice staff, convenient and quiet location yet close to town and attractions. Will definitely choose again.

The service staff is doing absolutely minimum especially front desk night shift. Breakfast is okay. House keeping is below average. It would not be my first choice of hotels in this area.

We we leaving for Chocolate Town so we told the front desk about the smell. Someone from maintenance fixed it while we were gone. Presto, no more smell and plenty of heat. Can’t think of a thing. Everything was so good that we had no complaints.

• V1927FFdamianr (6/5): Sold, but could do better - Ideally located near Hershey Park, but our stay had several issues. First, we were placed in an accessible room (no idea why) very close to the elevators, despite my profile - as a Lifetime Platinum member - clearly requesting a room away from the elevator. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the bed was disappointing, with poor support that prevented us from getting a good night’s rest. Additionally, the hotel hosted a large gathering of more than 80 people who fully occupied the lobby for a family event, with children running around unchecked. While it was heartwarming to see such a large group together, the hotel should have notified other guests in advance. The event made it impossible for us to enjoy any of the hotel’s amenities outside of our room.

One has leftover food in the fridge and the other had crumbs all over the chair and the beds were clearly laid on, pillows messed up. The door was open when we got to the room. It looked like it had been used as a housekeeping break room. We told the front desk and it was resolved while we were out.

• Resort60109597294 (6/5): Marriott brand needs some in depth housekeeping. - The Fairfield Inn and Suites is a pretty dece hotel located very close to Hershey Park. Let me start by saying the staff, from the concierge at the front desk to the staff attending the breakfast and the housekeeping staff were very polite and personable. With that said our room was just okay. Nothing fancy about the room in this price point, but what I did notice was that the floor wasn't as clean as it should have been. I found this out when we were looking around the room to make sure we didn't leave anytime behind. And speaking of behind, behind the beds and the end table there was dust and dirt on the floor. It's almost as if they cleaned around the furniture instead of getting behind and under it. Now with that said, the breakfast was very good. The make your own waffles were very delicious and fluffy, but the sausage for 3 days killed me. Throw in some bacon or even Canadian ham one day. Again, the breakfast was very good. I didn't notice anything different being a Bonvoy member, but we have started at Hilton Brand hotels in the area and they were much better.
• Giberson (8/5): - The room was great! The staff were friendly and helpful! The room I paid for was a king executive suite with pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was a love seat, not a sofa. While the pull out bed was small and actually not too uncomfortable, I had to sleep 2 on it which was difficult given its size. And there were no sheets, or extra pillows, or blankets for this pull out bed. The staff was extremely accommodating in giving me extra blankets. I honestly feel for the price I paid, though, the pull out should have been bigger and had the necessities to sleep on it. Otherwise, all in all, very enjoyable stay!

• Sherpa229878 (4/5): What is a reservation worth? - We came to celebrate my sons 16th birthday and my titanium elite status husband booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Someone named Chris changed his reservation to a room with 2 queen beds and there was no available alternate options. Had to find a room at 9:30 pm at a Hilton 15 miles away so that one kid didn’t have to sleep on the floor.

They enjoyed the pool and the breakfast each morning. Location is very convenient to the park. It was quiet at night. We would definitely go back again if we are in the area.
• Heidi (7/5): Nice, but not worth the cost and wish Marriott would consider revamping their pullout mattress’. - The breakfast and all staff amazing. Our pull out to accommodate our 5th person was deplorable. I called and was offered an extra comforter as there were no other mattresses available due to the full capacity. The pool is very small and quite cool. The google maps did not know how to navigate the area causing us to add an extra mile to our drive to and from each day, which was annoying and stressful. The accommodations were better at the Fairfield across the river Harrisburg/ Hershey. After all said and done I would’ve chosen to stay over there and do the 12 minute drive.
