• Ronald (8/5): Great stay near the beach – would happily return - We had a really pleasant stay at this vacation home in Oxnard. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and well equipped with everything you need. It’s a two-story home with two bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a grill, which made it great for relaxed evenings. It’s an older, classic American-style house, but comfortable and well maintained. The host and reception team were very friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent throughout our stay — whenever we had a question, we received quick and professional responses. The beach is just a short walk away, and the whole area is part of a lovely, well-kept complex. We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. Overall, a very good stay and definitely recommendable. All in one, I have nothing to complain about

• Jackie (10/5): Spacious, clean and we will be back! - Clean, quiet and very spacious. Check in was from 4-6 only. We arrived 5:50pm and we were able to check in so there was no problem, however it seems odd to have such a short window for check in.
• Kurt (10/5): We were looking for a hotel/motel and everything was booked then on Booking.com this beach house - Nice quick walk to the beach. Hollywood Cafe was excellent for breakfast. We have a friend lives right down the street. My family wanted to go to Camarillo Outlet stores. Reason for travel was to attend a celebration of life for a close friend at Paradise Cove in Malibu. Everything was good. We never had time to use the hot tub.
• MIGUEL (10/5): - It was a very pleasant stay, I traveled with my family, and we all liked it, very comfortable it had everything we could ask for, even a jacuzzi,very clean, beds were very clean and comfortable, property and grounds very well taken care of, the beach is practically a stone throw away👍
• Elen (5/5): Unless there is a serious upgrade to the units, we would not stay here again. - The location is awesome and the neighborhood is quiet, minus the very noisy neighbor we had downstairs (on their first night's stay). I liked that there was a designated quiet time policy for the neighborhood. The unit we stayed at is very outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. The pictures shown are of an updated unit and it was not a truthful representation of the property. The windows in the entire unit needs an upgrade to reduce noise, but especially the window/blinds in the bedroom. The blinds do not close all the way and let in quite a bit of light, whether it be lights on the property at night, or sunlight in the morning. The bathroom hardware is really old, and so is the mattress in the bedroom.

• Tracey (10/5): Excellent beach getaway in Oxnard! - Close to the beach and a few blocks from a gorgeous park. Very walkable. Comfortable unit, fully equipped kitchen. Good shower, towels, toiletries. Washer and dryer downstairs were great. Enjoyed the hot tub. It was a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us. Furniture was comfortable and solid. The dining room chairs need felt pads so they don’t make horrible noises when you move them. The hot tub cover in our unit was almost impossible to remove, in a very small space.

• Ted (10/5): - I liked that this was an actual apartment with two bedrooms and a nice little kitchen. It has an upstairs which probably helped make it roomy, and it was very roomy. I liked that it had a washer and dryer also. I'm not a big fan of bathtub showers as I have stayed in places where they have both, which I like much better. Other than that, it was really good.

• Kathleen (10/5): Best home-away-from-home!!! - Our contact (Lucy) was more than helpful, when we were stuck in traffic and weren't sure we would make it before 6 pm. She stayed in touch with us via text and was kind and helpful. Then our fridge went out; we text Lucy and she had maintenance over to help us within the hour and they replaced our fridge. The house was fully stocked with supplies and had everything you could need! Our family LOVED our stay. It is truly our home away from home! We will definitely be back! Thank you all so much.

• Jennifer (8/5): Would be Great place for families, ok for couples - Pros: free laundry and detergent, clean and fresh-smelling, friendly staff, very spacious, hot tub outside on the balcony (we didn’t use), many amenities (we did not use). Cons: no A/C which we knew about but only one box fan that did not fit in the bedroom window; had to signed lots of paperwork that said I agreed to pay a resort fee (but we didn’t), too much communication with staff because we arrived and departed outside their 9 to 6 pm hours.

• Kathleen (8/5): Enjoyed the location and facilities, but would not stay again in a ground floor unit - Great location, perfect for what we needed for our stay in Oxnard. Staff was great. On third night people moved in above our unit, appeared to be a group. Sounded like they were moving furniture, we could hear them talking late into the night making that night very uncomfortable, it was difficult to fall asleep.

Dwie piękne sypialnie z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami. Dwie łazienki. Z salonu wyjście na patio z jakuzi. Bardzo czysto. W mieszkaniu dość ciemno przez bardzo zwartą zabudowę mieszkaniową. Małe patio z krótkim dostępem do słońca. Ogólnie miejscowość jak wymarła, choć byliśmy w połowie sierpnia,daleko wszędzie, plaża niezbyt atrakcyjna brak jakiegokolwiek zaplecza turystycznego , w pobliżu pola uprawne i zakład przemysłowy. Słaba komunikacja z zarządcą i co jest absurdem do kwadratu biuro czynne do 16. Po tej godzinie nie dostaniesz kluczy. Tak było w naszym przypadku mimo poinformowania zarządcy że przyjdziemy o 19 pocałowaliśmy klamkę i spaliśmy w motelu bo zero kontaktu żeby się dostać do mieszkania. Dopiero na drugi dzień o 9 dostaliśmy klucze. Mimo straty jednego noclegu nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu ani za krótszy pobyt ani za nocleg w motelu.

The furniture had worn spots where people sit and everything in the place was pretty low quality. The location is obviously fabulous but the accommodations were pretty rough. Would definitely not stay there again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location but needs updated and cleaned! - Great location near the beach and a nice neighborhood. Check in isn't until 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Carpets were disgustingly dirty, if you walk barefoot your feet turn black. Couches had gross stains as did the throw pillows. The table was dirty as if it was never cleaned. Beds were ok and water pressure could have been better.

• Eloisa (10/5): Great Stay - It was a great stay. Bedrooms were upstairs with a full bathroom and down stairs had a half bath room. The whole unit as a whole would benefit from ceiling fans. There were fans in the bedroom closets.Kitchen was fully stocked and liked the washer/dryer combo. The hot tub was nice too. The cons would be that there is no housekeeping done at all, but yet charged a daily "resort fee", at least pick up the trash. In general really liked it, close to the beach and good area to be at. We would definitely stay here again!

The jacuzzi in the back made for a perfect girls trip. I will definitely book again. It would be nice to have a smaller window of when the jacuzzi cleaner would be entering my back yard. He was nice and it was fine but I wasn’t crazy about the idea that he could show up at any time throughout the day without notice.

• Ronny (8/5): the place met our expectations and our family enjoyed our stay. - pleasantly surprised to have our own hot tub and an extra bathroom. - that wasn't included in the description. very convenient to have a washer/dryer and a kitchen. kitchen could use use larger frypan and locating basic items was a test. the glass cutting board is too small and rather dangerous when cutting our watermelon. sofa bed was uncomfortable.

• Edith (5/5): It was okay, but we expected more for the price. - It was spacious and the kitchen was good. The windows were dirty and you couldn't see the views. The furniture was outdated and the TV was not a smart TV.
• Susan (6/5): - The front desk closes at 6:00pm, it was inconvenient because we had a hard time searching for the unit. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working so we took a shower in the dark. The flowers upon our arrival was a nice touch.
