• Jacob (6/5): 6 out of 10. - Breakfast was good. Room was larger than expected. And the staff was very friendly. AC made the room smell bad and gave me a runny nose - mildew problem. And the fridge was shut off and smelt rank.

Restaurant proposed an extensive menu, but in reality only had about 5 items available. I would suggest printing new limited item menus to meet hungry travellers' expectations.

• Karina (6/5): It was an ok hotel. - The room was spacious as well as the bathroom which is always a bonus. I understand that the food may be limited since this is a small hotel, but would be good if the selections were enticing and delicious to eat.

• Richard (10/5): - Everything was pretty great. I guess Wyndham hotels dont care about American guest in the philippines. Only had 1 channel on tv. That sucks. Had great hot water the shower. Most hotels don't care about hot showers. I really don't understand why you don't put a door on the shower. Half of it was open with water, splashing out onto the bathroom floor.

• Y3135JCcynthiac (10/5): Will Stay Again - The staff provided 5-star service. The room has very comfortable bed. It is also updated, spacious & very nice. The restroom is also clean and it has newer towels. The hotel ground is very beautiful with well-maintained garden.

The rooms were comfortable, aircon was a welcome relief at the end of each hot day! Perhaps an upgrade on the linen and towels would be nice, but apart from that, I had a pleasant stay!
• Ferdinand (7/5): The place, although a bit pricey compared to the general average, had the most ideal location. - The location was very centric towards the local SM Mall. Walking distance actually, Size of room was good. Did not feel claustrophobic. Staff were very good. Friendly, addressed inquires effectively and were efficient. Very noisy guests. Rooms are nowhere near sound proof. Had the unfortunate incident of a drunk guest ringing and knocking on my door at 3am in the morning. The gay did not know it was NOT his/her room. Breakfast was dismal. Over salted omelette, weak viands, even more limited jams for breads, juice guaranteed to give you diabetes... yeah, pass on that.

• Ryan (7/5): Decent room but a little overpriced for our experience. - Location was great. The room was clean. Just lacking value for price. For example, the room was very hot, it took over a hour to cool down after turning the air conditioner on. The bathroom fixtures are almost at the point of needing to be replaced (sink handles loose, toilet leaking making the water continuously flowing in the bowl and the shower head needed to be tightened as it was leaking from above). That being said…They were doing some renovations so maybe they are addressing these issues. Also there was no tissue box or bottled water provided in the room.

• Xyvyre (4/5): Disappointing - Location - accesible to shops and restaurants I booked 2 rooms with them. I declared the number of guests per room and the age of the kids. We are 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 kids 10 and 12. When I arrived at the property, I was told I need to pay extra because 10 and 12 years old are considered adults. 1 room has 2 double bed. I was told that the room is only good for 2 people. I never had trouble in my bookings before and was never asked to pay extra because I always put the exact number of poeple staying and the age as well. Staff told me it’s their policy to ask for payment but in their hotel policy says kids under 12 free of stay. I refused to pay. I was told that they will allow it for that stay but next time I have to pay.

• csrealtyservices (6/5): Location - The hotel is located in a secured commercial complex with 24/7 security. Within the complex there are commercial establishments to dine and unwind at night time. The hotel is clean, with friendly and helpful staff from check in til check out time.

• craigkordic (8/5): My Microtel by Wyndham visit in General Santos, Mindanao - I stayed at this hotel a couple different nights the last week and had a good visit, overall. The price is a bit expensive, the location is very good with an SM and restaurants within walking distance (I wouldn't recommend Cafe Amoree nearby), the staff are friendly and speak English, everything is clean and neat with no bad odors anywhere, the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable but simply decorated, the TV didn't work/connect at all, the A/C in my second room didn't work so we needed to move to another room where it did work, soap, shampoo & a toothbrush were provided but nothing more other than towels, nice, big shower, there was a closet to hang clothes, the complimentary breakfast was good & adequate for foreigners or locals, they did have a simple restaurant with a view items of food and different kinds of beverages (coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, etc.) available, and they have a nice airport shuttle van that is available for about $10/PHP600.
