Tolle Lage, ruhig, tolles Frühstück. - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend in direkter Nähe zur Markthalle, dem Zentrum, den Stränden und Bars Restaurants und Kaffees. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Der ruhige und sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Patio ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsort. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Bibliothek ein angenhmer Ort. Leider wies unser Zimmer Handspuren auf Wänden und Tür auf, die sich nicht entfernen ließen. Auch war der Holzfußboden klebrig, was vielleicht auf ein ungeeignetes Pflegemittel zurückgeht. Man hat sich aber sehr bemüht, das zu verbessern und es war alles in allem sehr sauber.

• SOFIA (5/5): No lo recomiendaría. Calidad- precio no adecuada. - Nos gustó la ubicación y que existiera la posibilidad de poder hacer una reserva previa de parking en una zona cercana. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene algunas carencias: 1) No existe rampa para facilitar el acceso al hall del hotel. 2) Durante nuestra estancia nos atendieron dos personas. Independiente de que conocieran nuestro idioma o no, en uno de los casos, la eficiencia en la realización del check out y el servicio en el desayuno, no fueron adecuados. 3) Con respecto al desayuno ( en este caso del segundo día), cuando llegamos, había mesas ocupadas por otras personas ( 2 mesas) y el resto sucias o sin el servicio puesto. Nos pusimos en una que parecía limpia, pues tenía sólo dos mantelitos colocados. Esperamos a ver si alguien nos proporcionaba lo necesario para desayunar y después de un rato, apareció una chica y se lo solicitamos. Nos trajo cubiertos, pero no servilleta, ni tazas para el café… Se lo tuvimos que ir pidiendo poco a poco esperando que apareciese por el comedor. La verdad es que el desayuno fue un poco caótico. Creo que de un hotel de 4 estrellas se espera un mejor servicio,cuando el precio del desayuno es de 20 euros extra.

• Edo (6/5): Slecht geslapen door geen service, niet aanbevolen - Ruime schone kamer op goede locatie Bij thuiskomst’s avonds deed de airco het niet meer op een zeer warme kamer. Er is geen personeel na 21 uur, en de receptie in de andere vestiging kon of wilde, na gebeld te hebben, niets voor ons betekenen. Ook geen raam open want begane grond naast het trottoir, dus beroerd geslapen. Bij het (ruime doch vooral zoete en niet alles even verse) ontbijt kregen we een halve pot koffie waarvan we eerst dachten dat ze per ongeluk thee hadden gegeven, de smaak laat zich raden. Bij uit checken geen vraag over het verblijf of een prettige dag. Achter het bureau een scherm waarmee alle airco’s kunnen worden aangestuurd, die hadden ze dus uitgezet ‘s nachts, want ‘s ochtends deed onze airco het weer gewoon. Voor 200 euro per nacht buiten seizoen geen goeie keus. Niet aanbevolen.

Nous avons trouvé des cheveux et des poils dans le lit et sur le lit et également dans les linges. beaucoup de poussière sous le lit et sur les lampes de chevet, ce n’est absolument pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles, la réception, nous avons confirmé avoir un problème avec le service de laverie ainsi qu’avec le personnel du nettoyage des chambres

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent ; on peut même commander une omelette. L'emplacement est idéal. L'hôtel se trouve dans une rue calme, et la plage, le centre-ville et le marché sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied. J'ai été particulièrement touché par l'accueil des réceptionnistes. Ils étaient très aimables et serviables, nous ont donné des conseils sur les points d'intérêt de la ville et étaient toujours prêts à nous aider. C'était un plaisir de discuter avec eux❤️ La cour intérieure de l'hôtel était tout simplement charmante. Et je tiens à souligner l'excellente sélection de livres de la bibliothèque, où j'ai trouvé toute une collection d'ouvrages de mon auteur préféré, Honoré de Balzac. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande sans hésiter ! J'ai tout aimé

• Dani (10/5): Exceptional. Perfect location and incredible town. - This hotel is in the most wonderful location in the most wonderful town. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and kind and welcoming and I wish I had been able to stay longer. It was exceptionally charming walking around the town - it makes me feel like it was the town beauty and the beast was set in but plucked up and plunked beside the ocean. Absolutely phenomenal and I would love to come back soon. Nothing - it was incredible. It was quite stormy and windy so the beach was closed off for access but I was able to see it and other sights from just behind the sand.

• Summer Jade (10/5): - It was right in the heart of the sweet and quaint town of Biarritz! Everything was within walking distance. There would be no reason to have a car, unless you happened to drive there. They offered breakfast, which was beautiful. But we chose to eat at the array of restaurants around with incredible food. Our room was lovely with any amenity you’d need. Everything was perfect.
