- omar (6/5): Far from 5 stars - The area where the aparments are located is beautiful and the parking is pretty good. Clearly it is not a 5 star resort! It is far from this rating and it is a pitty that they are not objective about thier resort. Funiture is old and very unconfortable, towels cheap and old, bathroom amenitties cheap as well. When we finally got to the room after a very long checkin, although the resort was empty, the toilet was dirty and it didn't smell to good. I wish I could say something different but if you expect 5 stars, this isn't the resort

- Iván (10/5): Sol, mar y tranquilidad - Tuvieron el detalle de comunicarnos con antelación que había una obra en la parcela contigua. Nos ubicaron en un apartamento que estaba lo más alejado posible de dicha obra, por lo que no tuvimos ninguna molestia a nivel de ruido. Pasamos una estancia en familia fantástica. El apartamento era amplio, limpio y cómodo, con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Nos gustó mucho. Es un sitio al que queremos, sin duda, volver. Muchas gracias por todo. Todo estuvo muy bien. Sin nada negativo que destacar.

Hier ist mit viel Liebe an gestalterischen Details gearbeitet worden. Sehr empfehlenswert :) Da fällt mir tatsächlich nichts erwähnenswertes diesbezüglich ein. ein täglicher Empfehlungsbrief, nach dem Motto, was ist Heute los in unserer Anlage, wäre sicher sinnvoll, möglicherweise als e-Mail

- SONSOLES MARIA (9/5): Muy cómodo y agradable. - El apartamento es precioso y muy cómodo. El acceso a la playa es bueno y bastante inmediato (aunque cansado porque el terreno es así). El personal super amable y atento. Tuvieron un fallo grande porque notábamos un olor feo en el lavadero que automáticamente achacamos al sumidero. Debido a ese olor no hicimos uso del lavadero y tendíamos la ropa en el salón. Para nuestra sorpresa, después de habérselo dicho a mantenimiento e incluso a las limpiadoras y que ambos nos dijeran que era porque los sumideros al no tener uso continuo tienden a oler y que se solucionaba echándole agua, nos encontramos la basura de los inquilinos anteriores en un armario del lavadero. Esto fue bastante asqueroso y enturbió un poco lo contentos que estuvimos. Aún así, repetiremos porque nos ha gustado mucho en general.

- Robert (8/5): Bra i Novo - Flotte bassenger og fellesarealer/hager. God service stort sett overalt. Leiligheten vi bodde i var fin og fungerte godt. Mangler kaffemaskin. Kaffen på restaurantene ikke bra. Gymen var liten,men med nye apparater og fresh. Fikk ikke appen til bestilling ved sengene ved bassenget til å fungere. Veldig tungvint å få bestilt mat til leiligheten. Novo er et sted man MÅ ha bil for å ha litt fleksibilitet.

- Mollie (6/5): This is a high end property but really cannot be enjoyed outside of the summer. - The property was beautiful but unfortunately there are no heated pools for children to use and it was really unbearable to be in the water even in late April You really cannot enjoy the resort unless it is very warm. Also the restaurants do not open before 8pm for dinner which I understand is custom In Spain but for international travelers with small children this is not ideal. Also the restaurants are quite pricey.

Large and very comfortable One of our party has mobility problems and as the site is large and hilly the distance between apartment and the restaurant and bars proved difficult

- Ekaterina (10/5): - Great (quiet) location, stunning gardens which can compete with any botanical garden, really friendly and helpful staff, and large enough accommodation to house 6 people with all the necessary facilities.
- Shane (6/5): Mediocre experience. - The location by the beach was great. Also, there were lots of amenities (ie restaurants etc). The room was spacious. If you are staying at the apartment side is the resort, you are treated as second class citizens when in restaurants on the resort. We stayed here last eeek of March and most of the restaurants weren’t even open. Please manage expectations if people book your hotel when things are closed to avoid disappointment.
