• Dayse (9/5): O descanso que eu precisava. - Eu já conhecia o local e já havia me hospedado à trabalho. Todos os recepcionistas foram solícitos quando precisei de algo extra e também porque iria fazer uma supresa para minha mãe e ela foi passar a noite comigo depois de um show. Pedi para incluí-la e não tive problema algum. Comunicação excelente e só tenho a agradecer. Localização perfeita para quem não conhece Vitória ainda. Até a próxima! Nada.

Possui cozinha completa (microondas, forno elétrico, cafeteira, liquidificador, etc.) Só utilizei para o café da manhã mas tem mercado perto e é possível fazer boas refeições no apartamento se quiser. Apartamento muito grande, bem arejado. A única coisa que senti falta foi um pano de pratos para poder secar a louça e guardar, de resto muito completo.
• Katia (7/5): - Localização excelente. Linda vista. Varanda aconchegante com sol. Ar condicionado perfeito! Quarto na medida com tudo que preciso. Limpeza deixou a desejar. O quarto em si estava bem limpo, arrumado e perfumado, mas os itens de cozinha não. Havia marca de batom num copo, talheres com costa de sujeira, resto de pó nos itens de café. No banheiro as saboneteiras da pia e do box estavam sujas. No frigobar havia uma garrafa de água já aberta no check in. Os dois travesseiros eram bem duros e não havia possibilidade de troca junto à recepção. Como o quarto é de frente, faz muito barulho! Isolar acusticamente iria bem.

• AFritz (7/5): Custo beneficio com boa localização - O apartamento não é novo, então apresenta sinais de desgaste nos moveis e utensílios de cozinha. Porem fica em um bom predio, tem uma boa cama, bom banheiro e sua localização é ótima, com mercados, bares, restaurantes próximos. Check in e check out descomplicado e rápido. Utensílios de cozinha precisam ser renovados.

• Ivan (1/5): Terrible experience! - If you’re willing to sacrifice basics like comfort and cleanliness, location is the only thing I could say they advertise right! There’s nothing to be liked except the location and the balcony’s view. The room is dreadful! Small, dirty and the bed is uncomfortable. We’ve booked for two nights, and paid in advance for the hotel. We left before the sunrise! The front desk could not do anything because the room is owned by someone else! Terrible experience!

• marcelo643 (2/5): Complete nightmare. Avoid! - Beware this is not a hotel but an apartment building that is in terrible shape, where individual owners list their units at travel sites. Check-in process is very painful. No front desk, just a security guy that is semi-illiterate. Room has not been cleaned from previous guest use. Complete nightmare. Booking.com has been unresponsive to process refund.
• Fschmaltz (8/5): Great option - Located right in front of the beach, poluted unfortunately. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, mall. Not far from the airport. Room was spacious, with a queen size bed, sofa, cable tv, microwave, minibar, aircon and balcony. There's a small pool on the rooftop. Would definitely recommend it.
• PedroM0 (4/5): Not well maintained - The hotel is in a good location, close to many restaurants and bars, however rooms are in terrible shape and hotel in general needs a renovation. My room was quite small and was not properly cleaned, dusty furniture and a smell of mold. Located in front of a busy avenue, room did not have proper acoustic treatment and the sleep experience was simply not good. Room does have a good tv with many channels (some in english), minibar and safe deposit box. Bathroom was simple and did have good water temperature and pressure. Check out was very fast. I do not recommend the hotel.
• lindsaym506 (10/5): good spot - Bristol Praia do Conto was great. The staff was friendly. The rooms were fresh. The AC worked well and was important because the weather was very hot during the day. It has a roof top pool and steam sauna. The breakfasts were great, with lots of variety. the food in the restaurant wasn't great. There was a fine film of black dust on the veranda from the iron ore factory in town.
• 56flavios (8/5): Comfortable and well located - The Bristol Praia do Canto has a very good location within walking distance to good restaurants, coffee places, bakeries and fashion stores. It's facilities are well mounted having comfortable and relatively new furniture. The restaurant serves an average breakfast with good variety. The staff is well trained and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop with an outstanding view!
• 88FFG93OSU (10/5): Excellent Hotel. Good for English Speakers - I have stayed here multiple times while traveling for business. The staff is very professional and speak English fluently. They have clean, well kept rooms. The hotel is near easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. The hotel morning breakfast is well stocked and very tasty. I would gladly stay here again.
• LetsGotoPortugal (10/5): excellent hotel at a great location - We spent easter weekend in this new and nicely decorated hotel in Vitoria and were very pleased with our stay (despite the grey weather). Our family of 4 was accommodated in a spacious room with small kitchen and terrace with a superb panoramic view. Great pool on the top floor which we unfortunately could not try out because of the weather. OK breakfast. Friendly people at the front desk, always professional. Excellent value for the money! Closeby the hotel are several nice restaurants and the square in front hosts a crafts fair during the weekends.
• AndersKarlskrona (8/5): Pleasant surprise - We arrived as a large company with about 20 people late at night. The staff was very help-full and effective and gave everybody their rooms very quickly. Late at night a party started in the room next to mine and I wasn't so very keen on joining so I called the reception who solved the problem right away. The Hotel is very new and have a clean and proper look to it. The staff is good. the breakfast is ok . The only negative is the TV. I dont usually watch TV but I would like to have a least one channel in English. But if you are in to religious channels, there are plenty.
• melbrasil (10/5): wonderful hotel - We had been there a week, the attendance of the reception staff was wonderful, the rooms very clean, very quiet hotel, wonderful view, despite the price a bit expensive the hotel is comfortable and situated in a good location, breakfast very varied and well-made, the only part where we do not feel well served was in the restaurant.
