• Francisco Carlos Araújo (8/5): Otimo custo benefício! - Hotel aconchegante, bem localizado, limpo e funcionarios atenciosos. Ampliar o horário do café da manhã. Muitas vezes acordamos tarde e tivemos que correr para tomar o café, que é ate às 9h. Aliás, poderiam ter mais opções de frutas, sucos e frios. A cafeteria fecha às 18h, muito cedo. Mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado nossa estadia, é apenas sugestões

• NELLY (8/5): Confortable - La pisicina nos gusto mucho, pero el horario, no. Porque uno quiere hacer su ejercicio desde bien temprano para luego desayunar y en la noche sería regia la piscina, pero se cierra muy temprano. Nuestra habitación era para la calle y el ruido en la madrugada es terrible. Las tohallas para el cuerpo son muy amarillentas y muy feas dan la sensación que son revueltas con las de secar los pies.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación en la que estuve estaba totalmente malo, estaba supremamente sucio, olía demasiadoa humedad y apesar de que realice el reporte no hicieron nada más que decir que lo habían reparado, pero el problema persistió hasta el último día de mi estancia ahí. Realmente no descanse, olía muy feo y no fue para nada comoda la estadía.

En las habitaciones no hay. Te dan un solo sobre de shampoo en toda la estadía! Y la infraestructura del hotel y decoración es muy antigua. No volvería

• Enrique (4/5): Not recommended, for the price expectuch better - From the check ik i have problems since they try to give me twice a room diferent than the reservation, they never change the sheets, the towels were clean but really bad quality, and the room was really noisy, above it was a service room and all night the pump were running call to comply and do not have a solution
• Garett (1/5): No hot water. - I called ahead to confirm they had hot showers. I was told they definitely have hot showers. The showers had two knobs, one of which was hot and one of cold. Neither changed the temperature of the water. Both were cold. There are no hot showers here. Was annoyed but didn't want to bother with a fight, so I ate the cost and simply left. I would not recommend.

• Franck (2/5): El peor hotel - El peor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado. Las fotos de la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Llegamos a realizar check-in y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas porque las habitaciones no estaban listas y cuando pasamos a la habitación nos llevamos múltiples sorpresas. El piso estaba sucio, lleno de arena y pelos, la nevera estaba oxidada, las ventanas hacia la calle extremadamente sucias, con las cerraduras dañadas, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle lo que hacía prácticamente imposible dormir. El techo de la ducha parecía que se fuera a caer a causa de la humedad, las puertas no cierran bien y no tienen ninguna seguridad y para terminar HABÍA CUCARACHAS EN EL BAÑO. Además de eso, el desayuno no estuvo para nada bueno. Sólo estuvimos una noche, al día siguiente decidimos retirarnos del hotel e irnos a otro muchísimo mejor, no quisimos que por culpa del hotel nuestra estancia en San Andrés se arruinara. No estamos exagerando en el comentario, en realidad fue una experiencia horrible, no tomen este hotel sólo porque cuesta un poco menos. Elijan otro un poco más costoso, pero limpio. A menos que la suciedad no les moleste.
• ANTONIO MICHELE (2/5): - Es un hotel que muy seguramente en los anos 80's era de los mejores de la Isla, pero hoy en dia eso ya no lo es. No se dejen enganar de su ingreso que aun cuando se ve "bonito" la realidad es bien diferente. Habitacion con un terrible olor de humedad, un bano que daba de verdad pena usar de lo incomodo y viejo que era, lo unico bueno? es que si era amplia comoo se veia en la foto. Piscina? un poco cochina, banos comunes? mejor ni pensar a ir. Retaurante? si se le puede llamar asi daba de verdad pena, variedad cero! de la serie o comes esto o comes esto no hay mas! eso sin contar la calidad de los alimentos y que agregan agua en un balde para mezclarlo con el yogurt. Tranquilidad? ninguna! habia un grupo de personas maleducadas que seguramente de comportamiento en un hotel no conocen nada que tenian un stereo que sonaba fuertisimo en la piscina y lo lindo es que nadie del hotel les decia nada, todos borrachos se aduenaron de toda la piscina que no podia ser ne menos usada por los ninos y en la noche se iban a la recepcion a cantar y hablar todo fuerte que se escuchava desde todos los angulos del hotel, aunque si el ruido no era causado del hotel si me sorprendio que nadie del hotel les dijeran absolutamente nada!!!!. Lo unico bueno es la hubicacion, a solo 10 minutos a pie del aeropuerto y a 5 min. de la playa. De resto un hotel de olvidar!!!!! habia leido las recenzionies para nada buenas y pensaba que era exageracion pero son verdad. HOTEL DE EVITAR!
• m_nicar0jasr (2/5): WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!! - The actual hotel bore no resemblance to the images we had seen. It is definitelly less than the 3 star hotel they claim to be. Before check-in, the hotel staff insisted on additional fees per person for accident and theft insurance—an unusual request. When we declined, they had us sign a note acknowledging our refusal. After signing, we proceeded with the check-in when the reception lady informed us that instead of the room we had paid for, we were assigned one across the street from the hotel. This room was in poor condition, with dirty surroundings, no towels, and beds that had rusted frames. The bathroom was infested with black mold and contained leftover, tiny soaps. Furthermore, the entrance door didn’t close properly, had no lift, so we had to bring the suitcases up a steep staircase and we ha no wifi in the room, only a very bad reception in next to the entrance of the hotel. Once we saw the room they had given us, it became clear why they pushed for insurance; we felt unsafe there. Attempting to cancel our reservation at the reception, they told us that they could help us, and that we had to talk only with the agency we used to book the hotel. We agreed then to stay for one night as eventually, they accepted moved us to another room, which unfortunately was also unclean and had a broken air conditioner. It was located next to a very noisy street, so we couldn’t get any rest. Despite having paid for meals, the dining experience was dreadful. As vegetarians, our only option was plain white rice. The swimming pool was unusable—part of it was under construction, and various groups played loud music without restraint. To add to our concerns, hotel staff warned us that our child could get injured in the pool. (one more reason to pay for the additional insurance) After a sleepless night, we decided to switch to a different hotel the next morning half block away from this one, much nicer staff, cleaner and pleasant for a restful family vacation.

• Angie (2/5): - Las toallas sucias y se ven viejas, las cobijas sucias, las habitaciones se ven sin mantenimiento en pintura, piso, las instalaciones del hotel se ven muy descuidadas, pisos sucios, los desayunos siempre lo mismo, nada de variedad, el personal del restaurante nada amable, la atención es pésima, si hacen reserva por EXPEDIA después llegas al hotel y te cobran otro valor porque dicen que ellos manejan otros precios, me pasó a mi, la razón que me quedé era porque llegue en horas de la noche y ya no encontraba otro hotel, estaba con niños que estaban cansados, pero no recomiendo este hotel, pésimo servicio, pésima atención y pésima la comida.

Solicitei truca e me deram um Down grade, um Quarto pequeno e horroroso. Depois de eu solicitar troca novamente, nao quiseram trocar pois segundo eles, não havia mais quartos como o pago por mim. Solicitei meu dinheiro de volta e então me colocaram em um quarto grande e parecido com o reservado. mas sem água quente. Esqueci um Item e não me devolveram. Hotel sem Nenhuma manutenção, cabelo no box, Wi-Fi somente em área comum. De péssimo Gosto.

Hotel bagunçado, pia do banheiro entupida, chuveiro quebrado, não tem água quente, não tem frigobar, café da manhã horrível e precário, quase nada de opção além de não ter nada gostoso. A fruta era só melão, verde e sem gosto. Não vale o preço que se paga caríssimo por não ter o mínimo de conforto.

• 486juanitav (10/5): My experience - Las America This is the beautiful place ti visit i went las year with my family ( mom, dad, brother and granparents) i stayed in San Andres 5 days. The food of the hotel was very delicious and the attencion was very good. in the first day i did not leave the hotel and threw a lot of pool. the next day i went around the island in a car, and spend time with my family in the beach. in the day 4 i went to the cave of Morgan and Isla Santa Catalina. in the day 3 my family and went to the HOYO SOPLADOR is a very funny place, there sent a delicioIus milkshakes and fish with coconut rice. i remember that on the beach I was insolent and the day 5 i was very upset. I love this travel, this place, the beach, the hotel absolutely everything. if you want to spend time with your family have fun and get to know this is the perfect place.

El cuarto se veía sucio, no tenia toallas, no dan agua potable de cortesía, el aire acondicionado sonaba durísimo cómo la turbina de un avión y estaba sucio. Las sábanas de la cama estaban manchadas de tinta y la ventana que da al pasillo estaba defectuosa, a punto de dañarse por completo y quedar inseguros. Además la caja fuerte no servía. La relación “precio”-calidad-descanso-confortabilidad es PÉSIMA. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

The rooms were basic, but very clean and spacious. Although the hotel was under some minor construction, it did not detract from quality of our stay. For the price and proximity to the beach (3 blocks) it can’t be beat. Would stay here again.

• CESAR (8/5): Hotel céntrico a pocos minutos de la playa - Llegamos al hotel tipo medio dia, nos dieron la habitación tipo 3 pm existe una bodega de equipaje para el resguardo del mismo, el desayuno simple estilo buffet sencillo igual la cena. la señal del Wifi es mala muy baja calidad no se puede ni hacer una llamada por internet no lo aguanta la red. el hotel no tiene ascensores asi que si te toco el 3er piso como a mi te va a tocar subir y baja muchas gradas, habitaciones cómodas y amblias, el hotel esta como a 10 minutos caminando de la playa... en si es un buen hotel si lo que buscas es economia con un buen servicio y comodidades básicas en tu habitación

• Verified traveler (2/5): - La habitación olia a caño, tanto que me enferme de la garganta por inhalar durante las noches el fetido olor, la wi-fi no funciona en las habitaciones y estan haciendo reparaciones locativas de 8:30 a 12:00 M. y de 2:30 a 5:30 p.m. el ruido es horrible. No recomiendo el hotel. Tengo claro q el comentario lo pueden eliminar pero ustedes como intermediarios deberian procurar la comodidad y conformidad de los turistas, para lograr mejorar e impulsar en nuestro país el turismo.

• 799reneeb (6/5): Good Location - The location of this hotel is fantastic and the hotel was great value for money. The room we had was on the third floor above the street and it was too noisy to sleep. The staff are lovely and friendly.
• Jaime (2/5): More cockroachs than expected and bedbugs - Run do not walk away from this option. There were bedbugs and more cockroachs than normal for a tropical destination.
• 966adrs (4/5): Bad service, room wasn't as expected - Hotel had an issue with the room that we had booked, so they had to change us to another across the street. The person at the front desk handled it very badly, it felt constantly as if she was blaming us for everything: that we didn't have the paper confirmation from the booking, that we should be so happy she was able to get us a room, and to get rid of us, she promised us an upgrade for the next day. The backup room in itself was acceptable, but not hot water and separated beds, and fifth floor no elevator When we came back the next for our "upgrade", the room had no window, not hot water either and smaller. Same front desk person and still quite unpleasant, telling that only "foreigners" complain about the missing hot water, according to her, hot water is not something common in Colombia. And as of the upgrade she promised, "it is what it is", and that's the only room she had anyway Besides that, the hotel is well located, room was clean, breakfast was average (eggs, toast and coffee), and we did enjoy our time in San Andres anyway, the island is really nice (and people are generally quite nice as well)
• Nicrin (2/5): You are better off sleeping on the street. - My family of five, including myself, booked this hotel through an agency for six nights. We didn't last a day. The location is in the "centro" which is ten minutes from the beach and it's deserted at night because all the stores close early so your only option is to risk your life in a taxi to San Lewis which is 20 minutes away at the touristic end of the island. Our room was four mattresses with stained sheets. The walls had water stains and holes. My mom couldn't breathe from the humidity. The all inclusive bar was without a bartender nor beer and the meals were cold and life threatening to say the least. All the other guests look miserable. We are checking out first thing in the morning and demanding our money back. Spend the extra cash and stay in a habitable place.
• claudio (4/5): The pictures of the rooms that appear on the web p - The rooms are too bad. In order to use the rooms I require a change of it plus I need to buy the bed sheet in order to have a clean bed....

• nirco13 (2/5): can't be called an "hotel" - youth hostel suits this place better. supposed to be all inclusive hotel its realy isn't. you can feel it from the first meal when you dont serve your own food, but someone else is serving it to your plate and budgeting your food like in prison, and wont give your more if you like. furthermore not once we came alittle "late" to the dinning room, about an hour before the end of the meal and there was no main dish left nor some salads and deserts. had to eat leftovers without seeing any refill. while we complained to the manager and talked to the main chef he claimed that he "cant cook some much food for each meal".outstanding chef. besides that, there were no hot water in the showers.the bar opens late and closes early. and you couldnt find anything to eat in the hotel besides the meals time. so if you decide going there dont come with expectations,know what's waiting for you. hope my review helped you, and enjoy san andres.truley one of the most beautiful places on earth.
