Суперудобные кровати, чистота, уют, отличные завтраки и сервис. Я несколько раз писала в отель и просила то ранний заезд, то поздний заезд, всё учли и помогли с такси. Вернемся к вам! Процветания!

- MASAYUKI (9/5): ブハラを効率的に回れる立地と新しく快適な設備が提供されて小規模ホテルでした。 - タキバザールの近くでミナレットモスクや中心部にも10分以内でアクセス出来ました。内部は新しい設備で快適でした。何故かフランス人と日本人のお客さんが多かったです。 お水はやはりボトルの方が暑いブハラで外に持っていけるので良いと思います。ウォーターサーバーのお水は沸かしてコーヒーやお茶を作るのに使ってました、あとティッシュが見当たらなかったです。

Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum, co pozwala na błyskawiczne dotarcie do najważniejszych atrakcji. Mimo bliskości tętniących życiem punktów, wewnątrz panuje niesamowicie spokojna atmosfera. Wrażenie zrobiła na nas obsługa. Personel jest niezwykle profesjonalny, pomocny i serdeczny, dbając o każdy szczegół, aby goście czuli się dopieszczeni na każdym kroku. Wszystko było w porządku.

- Nathalie (10/5): Hôtel tout neuf et emplacement parfait - J'ai beaucoup apprécié que le jeune homme à la réception m'offre deux choix de chambre et d'emplacement dans l'hôtel à mon arrivée. L'hôtel est neuf c'est tout rénové, la chambre est fonctionnel il y a du rangement et le lit est ultra confortable, la décoration est très belle, la douche est de bonne dimension et il y a du rangement dans la salle de bain. L'emplacement est idéal, l'hôtel est tranquille mais vous êtes dans l'action en sortant de l'hôtel. La salle à déjeuner est magnifique et la dame qui est là tout les matin est toujours souriante et très gentille.

- Daniela (9/5): Sauberes modernes Hotel in super Lage - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles gut fußläufig erreichen (Restaurants, Shops, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Die Zimmer sind modern, etwas kleiner, aber sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Fitnessstudio ist klein, aber man kann ein paar Übungen und Cardio dort machen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr frisch, reichhaltig und vielfältig. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben sogar noch eine Frühstücksbox bekommen am Morgen unserer Abreise, da wir vor den Frühstückszeiten abgereist sind.

На этажах есть кулеры с водой, а в номере графин для нее, это мило. Номер маленький, чистый. Потрясающие матрасы - спать невероятно комфортно. Номера есть и большие, и маленькие как у нас был. Есть с душем, есть с ванной. Завтрак нормальный, без изысков. P.S. На такси к отелю не подъехать, так как он находится в пешеходной зоне, но от дороги идти буквально пару минут, что не является проблемой. 1. В нашем номере в ванной комнате ужасно пахло канализацией. Никакие арома средства не помогали. К сожалению, после обращения на ресепшн, вопрос тоже не решили. Видно были какие-то проблемы со сливом - плохо уходила вода в раковине и в душевой кабине. Хотя сам номер и ванная комната были безупречно чистые. 2. Очень неудобные подушки, они большие и туго набитые, невозможно спать. В итоге, спали без подушек. Но это почему-то частая проблема в отелях.

- Denise (8/5): Good hotel in a great location - Very pleasant hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Bukhara. Just off a nice square and walkable to all the sights. The reception staff were helpful. We arrived from the station far too early to check in but they did their best to get our room ready as early as possible and also gave us complementary tea and cake while we waited, a very kind gesture. The room was spacious and comfortable. Tea and coffee and kettle in room, fridge also. The courtyard area was pleasant but we didn't use it much as it was mostly in shade and the weather was on the cooler side in October but it would be great for hotter days. The breakfast was good enough with a reasonable choice and attended by helpful staff. The tap water in Bukhara is recommended to be drinkable due to the presence of heavy metals and the hotel had water dispensers in the lobby and by the breakfast room and water jugs in the rooms which was a very good feature. I thought this hotel while not luxurious was comfortable and good value for money and would recommend for a couple of days in Bukhara. No complaints. Gym and sauna area not very attractive but we didn't need to use anyway

- Assel (6/5): Оно того не стоит к сожалению, хотя ребята отличные. - Локация отличная, внутри старого города, удобно очень. Персонал дружелюбный и решает все вопросы, помогает, если нужна помощь. Номера требует обновления, выглядят и пахнут как будто через них орда прошла, что отчасти верно, учитывая поток туристов. Думаю надо усилить фактор уборки. В нашем номере были свежие полотенца и чистое застеленное белье, но общий фон, пыль на полу, грязные углы в ванной, ужасный синий свет ламп и запах создают некомфортную обстановку.

- Michiyo (10/5): - オールドブハラの中心にあって、どこでも歩いて回れるのでとても良いロケーションです♪フロントのスタッフもとても親切で素晴らしかったです。唯一気になったのは、お掃除がちょっと雑でしたが、それほど気にならなかったです。トータル的にこちらに2泊して大満足でした。

- Kurody (8/5): 旧市街の中にあり、部屋も割と広いホテルです。 - ロケーションは旧市街の中にあり、非常に便利です。 宿泊費もそれほど高くないので、そこそこと云った感じです。 シャワーのお湯の温度が低かったのが残念でした。 珍しくパスポートはフロントで預かったままで、帰る直前に返却されました。パスポートがなくても旅行中はそれ程不便ではありませんが、他のホテルのようにすぐ返却して貰えると良いかなと思われました。

- Tamara (10/5): Ubicacion espectacular - Todo. Ibamos con un bebe por lo que teniamos un carrito y nos dieron una habitacion abajo para no subir escaleras. La habitacion fantastica! El servicio muy bueno y el desayuno fabuloso tambien! Ha sido una estancia increible. La ubicacion lo mejor! Por poner algo, porque lo demas fue genial, que al ir con un carro el acceso al hotel es de escaleras, pero nada importante. Un 10 de hotel

- Eve (10/5): - Tout! Emplacement parfait, petit déjeuner somptueux, personnel courtois et serviable, chambre idéale (nous avons même obtenu un surclassement sans le demander), propreté irréprochable, climatisation efficace. J'y retournerais n'importe quand. Rien!
- Emil (10/5): Perfektes Hotel für Bukhara - Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Westlicher Standard ist in einer Ex-Sowjetrepublik keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Das Personal war stets bemüht und bei allen Belangen zuvorkommend. Transfer wurde völlig unproblematisch und kurzfristig organisiert. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr zentral und fußläufig sind alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar. Tagsüber aufgrund der Hitze im Sommer sehr wenig los. Abends dafür sehr lebendig. Es gab in der unmittelbaren Nähe Restaurationsarbeiten, kann mich aber nicht erinnern, dass ich im Zimmer etwas hören konnte. Kostenloses Wasser im Gang verfügbar. Handtuchhalter im Bad war nicht fest und war deshalb unbrauchbar. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit über die man hinwegsehen kann.

- Andreas (4/5): Ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen - Die Lage ist sehr gut, allerdings wurde gerade sehr viel in der Umgebung gebaut, weshalb es recht viel Lärm gab. Frühstück ok. Ich verstehe nicht, warum das Frühstücksbrot in Usbekistan immer so trocken sein muss. Es gibt doch leckeres frisches Brot überall zu kaufen. Es lief immer mal wieder ein Generator (oder etwas ähnliches), der auch gut in den Zimmern zum Innenhof zu hören war. Es war recht laut. Die Betten und auch die Badezimmertür knarrten, so dass man immer wieder wach geworden ist. Zu wenig Handtuchhalter in einem Bad für ein Dreibettzimmer. Das Hotel hat meine Kreditkarte schon einen Tag vor der Übernachtung belastet. Das geht gar nicht - ich wollte eigentlich mit einer anderen Kreditkarte bezahlen. Auch ist es mir noch NIE passiert, dass eine Belastung schon vor Ankunft stattfindet. Zusätzlichen fielen noch "Tourismusabgaben" an. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich das im Angebot übersehen habe, oder ob die auf einmal auftauchten. Deshalb vielleicht genau hinsehen, bevor man bucht, ober überall eine Tourismusabgabe von 4,50 USD/Person/Nacht zu bezahlen ist. In Khiva und Samarkand gab es das nicht.

- Dimitri (8/5): Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, but the gym and breakfast could be improved. - The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and very clean, with good mattresses that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The reception and all the staff were extremely friendly and very customer-oriented – I really felt welcomed. The fitness room is outdated and not clean. It seems that the equipment hasn’t been used or maintained for quite some time, and some machines do not work. Breakfast could also be a bit more varied.

- Xènia (9/5): Muy agradable - Ubicación buenísima. La chica de recepción súper amable. El mejor desayuno que nos hemos encontrado en Uzbekistan, tenían hasta Nocilla. Las habitaciones que están en la planta baja del patio necesitan renovar sus camas. Hacen un montón de ruido cuando te mueves y los colchones se hunden mucho. La cortina para tapar la luz no llega hasta bajo, por lo que entra muchísima luz.
