• Darren (8/5): Good location, nice rooms, very worthwhile - Did not expect a full suite when booking, the room was very large and comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of town and a decent breakfast buffet. Some of the guys at the front desk could have been a bit more helpful with some customer service. Also, taxi’s couldn’t access the property, so had to carry luggage about 500m from main road. Forgot to mention to the staff that there was a small leak in the bathroom ceiling with some water dripping onto the sink
• toshiki (9/5): ブハラに来ることがあれば、是非また滞在したいです - ホテルの外観、周辺は非常に印象的で、到着時、チェックアウト後に何枚も写真を撮ってしまうほどでした。 深夜1時頃の到着でしたが、スタッフの方に周辺について伺った際も丁寧に見どころを教えていただき、安心して短時間ながらライトアップされた美しい街並みを楽しむことができました。 客室はクラシカルな内装で、好みが分かれる部分もあるかと思いますが、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくり過ごせました。 また、朝食についても、この価格帯を考えると品ぞろえ・味ともに十分満足できる内容でした。 全体として、最新設備や充実度という点ではやや控えめな部分もありますが、朝食込みでこの価格であればコストパフォーマンスは非常に高く、納得感のある滞在でした。 特になし

• Mincheva (10/5): Excellent clean hotel with beautiful rooms and very kind staff - Excellent hotel! I would rate it 5 stars, but it is much better than many 5-star hotels we have in Europe. The cleanliness is just next level, everything is shining and spotless. The rooms are large with beautiful wallpapers and furniture and have a unique eastern vibe - luxurious, yet natural, warm and home-like atmosphere! There are inner courtyards which are like secret gardens, one even has very interesting breeds of doves as pets. There are flowers everywhere. The food at the restaurant is wonderful - it was my first time tasting palov and it's amazing! The hotel is situated at the heart of the old town and whichever direction you take, after a just few steps, you land at a marvelous cultural site which looks like a post card and feels like a fairy tale! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, also organized an airport pickup for us - the driver who met us was also very kind and on our way to the hotel was telling us about the city history and the best places to taste local cuisine. I love this place and would recommend it with all my heart!

Господа, наверное, если в переписке к вам обращаются на русском языке, то и отвечать целесообразно также на русском языке! Тем более, что для Узбекистана это совсем не трудно! Зачем эти англоязычные понты?...
• Sebastian (9/5): Would stay here next time - Fantastic location near Lyabi Hauz and near markets. Ten minutes walk to Kalon Square and the Ark. Room was spacious and clean. Functioning pool Great sleep Initially we were a bit taken aback by what appeared snittiness in line with somebody else’s comment but then we realised it was faux-Swiss camp professionalism like hospitality from “Are you being served?” The apparent look of horror at a new request was actually a look of serious intent to help and respect for the sacrosanct integrity of process. They were very nice once we figured that out. Laundry is a bit expensive

The hotel so kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. All of our needs were so well taken of during our stay. And we thoroughly enjoyed Bukhara thanks to the warm hospitality of this beautiful hotel. A special mention of thanks to Khamid. Thanks for everything! Everything was so great! Will stay here if we come back.

Заказ ресторанов, помощь в оплате авиарейса (местная авиакомпания не принимает международные карты) и любой вопрос, который у нас возникал… ребята помогали решать с энтузиазмом и радостью!!!))) Всё понравилось)))

Mohammad was kind to arrange taxi for train station which otherwise is problem due to blockages on the road. They also allowed for late check out at 1400 hours. 4. No noise 5. Facilities OK 6. Washroom Ok 7. Cleanliness Ok 1. Curtains need to be wider to ward off light for the front rooms 2. Ironing facilities 3.Bell boy should be available all the times to take luggage upstairs 4.Side table should have lamps 5. Price on higher side

• Toshimasa (8/5): - ロケーションが良かったです。 何処へ行くにも最高に便利でした。 部屋にフルーツが有りました。(食器はレストランから借りました) チェックアウト後の荷物保管を相談したら、なんと15時までレイトチェックアウトにしてくれました。おかげさまで暑い中の観光後、シャワーを使ってから駅ヘ向かう事が出来ました。 しかもヤンデックスGOでホテル横に配車して頂きました。 建物が多少古いです(ちゃんとメンテナンスはされてます) 館内のATMが故障の為か使えず、近くのATMを利用しました。やはり不便です。

• Rebecca (7/5): Great location - good value - Great location with short walking distance to all tourist sites. Good breakfast spread with egg station. Outdoor swimming pool is a bonus. Poor Wi-Fi. Gym was in basement in a rather depressing space and looked outdated.

And with the hot weather the garden and poll was a winner My only criticism is that the wifi service was very poor

• Ali (9/5): Great 2 night stay in Bukhara - Hotel is in great location in central Bukhara. Room was huge and bed was comfy. Everything was really clean. Staff were really helpful. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Coffee available at breakfast.

• Sidney (9/5): Exceptional people working at Asia Hotel - The location, the staff, the room, the breakfast. The manager and his staff were so helpfull and went out of their way to get us train tickets, since in Uzbekistan, we could not use our out of country credit cards. Had a small issue with wifi and again, they had within minutes 3 people looking into it and solved the problem at once. The hotel is a bit old fashion as far as furniture and lobby, but the human factor makes up to it. They arranged a private driver to take us to Samarkand, were super friendly and helpfull. A special thanks to Hamid, Feruz and the gentleman in the picture… can’t remember the name. They were funny and really made my stay special. We had stayed one night at Wyndham hotel but changed my reservation to Asia Hotel due to the inconvenient location and the dofficulties to get in and out. Also recommend the Asia Hotel in Khiva. If you want to be close to town with people that really care about you, Asia Hotel is your answer… they also served nice omelets made to order. liked everything
• Surendra (8/5): Great location, reasonably priced. - Location Bad Smell from old carpets on floor and curtains. No arrangement of coffee machine in restaurant, so you need to mix coffee powder in cold milk and its like you are drinking coffee in a remove village tea owner shop. Hotel food/breakfast and arrangements are more like local / regional, not considering international guest's needs.
• Masayuki (10/5): またブハラを旅行することがあれば、ぜひ泊まりたい - ブハラ観光の拠点、ラビハウズのすぐ近くにある大型高級(?)ホテル。 赤絨毯が敷かれた階段を上り、ホテルに入ると豪華なフロントがあり、ジェントルマンがゆっくり丁寧な英語でチェックイン手続きを進めてくれる。 部屋は広く、海外のホテルでは珍しく歯ブラシがあったり、寝巻きが用意されているため、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で宿泊できる。部屋以外には、(利用していないが)プールやunder the moon barなど、リゾートホテルのような施設もある。 また、朝食会場も非常に豪華絢爛。メニューは少ないが、目の前でオムレツを焼いてくれたり、温かいおかずがあったり、朝食としては十分な内容。 ウズベキスタンを再訪することはないかもしれないが、再訪することがあればもう一度宿泊したい。 ※ただ、日本の基準では考えられないトラブルもある。 宿泊中に経験したのは①朝、起きると停電していた、②シャワーを浴びていると急に湯が出なくなった。 あくまでも、ウズベキスタン基準で非常に快適なホテルだと認識していただきたい。

We understand however that maintenance in July impacting the water pressure is challenging. Overall it is part of the great experience we have recently made in Usbekistan.

Two bottles of water should be given every day and only more should be charged I had asked for a cab to Khiva and the man at the reception counter( one Mr Arteem) told me 200$. But I fixed up a taxi for $ 55 later on through another source. This is indeed fleecing and cheating the customers. This is not acceptable. Please ensure that this doesn't happen again. Leaves a bad impression

• inoue (10/5): - ブハラ旧市街のちょうどいいところにあっていろいろ歩いて回ることができて便利だった。 部屋はスイートにしましたが広く最高。生後二か月の子連れで行きましたが朝９時ごろついてアーリーチェックインできるか聞いたら無料でできました。 あえて欠点を上げるとホテル中心プールで謎のアップテンポな音楽をかけていてうるさい。 鼻をかむティッシュがない。設備が少し古い。 かな～ただ値段から考えて最高でした。
