• Muriel (8/5): Overall, we are happy with our stay there. Comfortable and close proximity to many attractions. - Great location. Right on the beach and great views. We have the presidential suite and the condo was spacious with lots of storage space. Walking distance to street market and many attractions. We have 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We cannot use laundry machines and many of the appliances were off limit. The living room was sparsely furnished and the couch is a bit old. I guess staying in the condo and unlike hotels, please be warned that you are required to take out the trash ( food composed and recycling items ) at the last day of your stay which is in another building.

Матрасы удобные, есть питьевой автомат. Состояние апартаментов уже требует ремонта. Плитка в ванной вот -вот отвалится - я потрогала ее рукой и она шатается!!! Это недопустимо - человек может мыться и ему на голову упадет плитка!!! Так же не было больших полотенец, но мы сказали об этом на ресепшене и когда мы вернулись на двери висел пакет с полотенцами.

• Wilma (10/5): Perfect spot - Near Haundae beach. Get off the elevator and just few steps and the beach is just right there. Lots of restaurants nearby at walking distance. Staff very friendly and attendant to your needs. Basically It’s more like a condo hotel/airbnb. But it was just right for us. Nothing.

The apartment was large and spacious but it lacked character as it was very empty. It would look nicer if it had plants, canvas prints, cusions, etc.

В номере из посуды были: глубокие тарелки, стаканы, фужеры, столовые приборы на 4 человека, один нож для нарезки, без доски для нарезки. Только один сотейник, чайник и кофемашина. Если решите готовить все специи, масло и тд надо будет приобретать. Стиральной машиной пользоваться нельзя гласила надпись на стене. Утюга тоже не было. Были микроволновая печь, фен, холодильник с морозильником. Уборка номеров каждые 3 дня, замена полотенец ежедневная - приносили только для лица, больших банных не было. Воду не выдают - покупала внизу в магазинах. Телевизор рабочий, однако звук не выходил. Не стала разбираться. Рядом много магазинчиков, кафе и ресторанов. Расположение очень хорошее. Есть лифт. Было не понятно как набирать код на общей двери, те было написано 7639* - а вот конкретно звездочки на табло не было. Пришлось пригласить сотрудника и оказалось цифры те же, но другие кнопки до и после нажимаются. Кровать была удобной, матрас средней жесткости, подушки не тряпочки. Вход с помощью умного замка с кодом - без ключа, карты. В душе с водой проблем не было с горячей водой, напор воды хороший для душа. Фен на 1800 вт - приемлемо. Все отлично.

• Moon-Gyu (9/5): 팔레드시즈에서의 11월 숙박 - 위치와 면적은 매우 만족스러움. 해운대비치가 호텔 바로 앞이며 미포해변에 가까움. 또 주변에 5성급 호텔이 많고 좋은 식당, 커피샾, 술집 등이 충분히 있어 좋음. 그리고 대중교통 및 택시 이용이 매우 편안함 숙소가 위치한 각 동 1층 현관 안내 직원들은 위탁업체의 파견직인데, 체크인 하는 날의 직원은 친절하였음. 다만 퇴실일인 2025-11-29 11시경 젊은 근무자 2명 중 더 나이 들고, 키가 더 크고 얼굴 넙적한 녀석은 불친절하기가 짝이 없었음 이 녀석은 반드시 해고내지 교체되어야 함.

Asked for towels and had after three times asking, had to go get them myself! I was told my upgrade was in a unit with a recent remodel, but it was original from when the building/apartment was built. Very disappointing. The location was excellent right on the beach with amenities all around, so that offset the condition of the unit.

They do supply bath towels. Only had hand towels in the room. We have to pay extra for bath towels. They don't have facial tissue either. They advertise as having a gym and a swimming pool. But when I asked for gym and swimming pool, they told me they don't have it. I showed them picture of swimming pool that is in the hotel description, they told me it was of the waterpark next door and have to pay admission to the water park. Washer and dryer are listed in hotel amenities. But when we go into the suite, there was a sticker on the washer and dryer that says: "Do not use. If the washer breaks down when you use the washer, you will be charge a repair fee." So ridiculous. I had no idea that Korean appliances are so fragile that they will break down if you use them. Anyway, there are plenty of properties along the beach front. Save your marriage divorce lawyer cost, stay away from this place.
• Sanjay (10/5): - The staff is very helpful and it’s very convenient to haeundae beach and town. The bedrooms are a bit sparse—no bedside tables and mattress is extremely firm. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The condo is modern, clean and has everything you need. The staff is impressively very quick to respond. Access to beach is great and views are fantastic. We had a great time.

• Jordan (9/5): - The apartment is beautiful, the view of the ocean is mesmerizing. We also really appreciated how attentive the property manager Gunho has been each year we have visited, he helped start the stay off in a great way and made us feel welcome. We will surely hope to be back next year.

Although I might suggest having a coffee mug for guest will be good! But overall, we are surely satisfied and will not hesitate to book here again for a stay. 😊

• Martin (2/5): Fortement deconseillé - La réception était fermée à notre arrivée, la sécurité que nous devions aller voir était absente. Le code pour entrer, reçu par message n'était pas fonctionnel. Personnel ne parlant que Coréen. Des cafards dans le couloir. Lit incomfortable. Linges non présents le premier jour.
• Jason (10/5): - We had a 3 br panopramic room. The apartment is huge and has a fantastic view of the beach (apartment complex is right on the beach) The location is great and there are several restaurants and convenience stores right downstairs, but it is still quiet in the room. 2 things to note: It is sparsely decorated, just beds in the 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa in the living room (with a big tv) We didnt mind it, but some might. Also for Americans (which we are) , they asked you to take out recycling to the garbage center at the end of the visit, which seems odd, but apparently, its normal in big apartment complexes in South Korea. Other than that, its a great choice, especially for groups and families, who want a bigger space.
