The beds were very uncomfortable and considering Motel 6 is basic motel the price we had to pay was very high given what you got in return.

- Tim (10/5): A fantastic stay at Motel 6 New Stanton, PA - I had a fantastic stay at Motel 6 New Stanton, PA from August 22-24, 2025! This no-frills motel exceeded my expectations for the price. Despite the run-down area, I felt completely secure thanks to the numerous security cameras throughout the property, and my car was safe at all times. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a great-working TV and an exceptionally cold AC that kept me comfortable. The front desk clerk was incredibly friendly, professional, and even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge plus. For the value and experience, I’d 100% stay here again! Highly recommend for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming stay.

My husband turned the water on after work at 12 midnight and someone started pounding on the ceiling as if his shower was to Loud I will never come back bc that’s bs

We booked and paid online about an hour before arriving and were very pleased with our stay. Nice and quiet with a comfortable bed and fast food nearby for a late night meal before turning in. Nothing, we had a great stay during our road trip, a quick stop to rest and recharge.

The owner/manager/young man working the desk was extremely flexible and helpful and friendly. The pillow and mattress were comfortable. The temperature of the room was easily adjustable. I can understand why others have also given it a high review. The quality of things wasn't high and the furnishing of the room was minimal. There was the aroma of Asian food lingering in the hallway.

I was on a trip stop and this was the right place.The price made me select it and I really recommend this place.The sheets were clean and the room was spacious enough.It has a medium size fridge and a microwave . It also has a table and two chairs for inside dinner use. The area is safe and many restaurants around.

- David (10/5): - OK, hear me out. This hotel is exactly what it claims to be. It's a clean, inexpensive room to sleep in while traveling. I wouldn't plan a vacation around it, but it served it's purpose very well. Bonus points for having a Sheetz, Cracker Barrel, and an Eat n Park within walking distance. My partner and I were a little apprehensive at first, but when you're accustomed to staying in $300 a night downtown suites, this was a bit of a culture shock for us, but that's an "us" problem. Not a hotel problem. We've rebooked at this location for August. I think that says a lot. The owner seems really appreciative for the business. That means something to me.

- KEN (10/5): - I have been travelling all over N America for business for 30 years. I have stayed at many different types of hotels and motels, and i have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This economy motel was very clean and well run, and the management was very caring and concerned with details. They went out of their way to help accomodate my request to be moved to a ground level room... and they actually called me back to let me know they had done some juggling to make it happen. . They seemed very polite and caring, and took my comfort and the hospitality of the guests very serious. As economy accomodations go, this place is just about the best ive ever stayed at.. in this kind of price range. A very decent place to stay if you are on a budget, ... clean, well maintained, and the management has integrity. I would definitely stay there again!!
- Csd (7/5): Friendly and clean place to stay. - Even though it is an older building the owners made it look nice by putting fresh paint throughout. They put new carpeting in the hall. Everything was clean in the room and the halls. There was a table and 2 chairs in the room which we appreciated so we could bring in food to eat. I always check the bathroom vents in every place we stay to see if they are clean or if there is built up dust and mold. The one in our room was very clean. We've been in much more expensive places where the vents were filled with dust. The bed was very comfortable. They do allow pets. We had our 10 pound Cavapoo with us. The staff was very friendly. We were offered bottled water when we checked in. The room had a small fridge with seperate freezer and a small microwave. So even though this is an older place and much less expensive it was a good place for a couple of nights. We are going to stay there again on our way home. Cudos to the owners and staff for their hard work. The only negative that I can think of is the walls are kind of thin and your can hear loud tv, loud people and doors closing hard. But that didn't happen too often and when it did it was only a couple of minutes.

Fresh coffee is available every morning in lobby. BBQ restaurant within walking distance served excellent food. Dollar General store within walking distance. Gasoline stations and fast food close by. Recommend trying Sheetz food offerings.
