- Jodie (6/5): - The hotel was in a really good location close to everything. Staff are very friendly. it above a night club so if you dont want to sleep till after 1am go for it. The breakfast was not good. The price for the hotel is definitely way to expensive for what it is. I wouldn't stay there again.

Am Strand kann man nicht schwimmen oder liegen ist nur ein Surferstrand!

- Mohammed (6/5): بالي جميله ومتنوعه - الموقع مقابل الشاطي مباشره. الاجنحه فقط لها بلكونه على البحر. الباقي على المسبح والحديقه والحي المحاور. عند الوصول لاتجد من يساعدك في حمل الشنط. الفطور متواضع جدا. رائحه الاسياب غير جيده خشب ارضيه الجناح مستهلك ومتغير لونه تشعر وكانه غير نظيف. باب البلكونه لايغلق بالمفتاح طاوله البلكونه مستهلكه وبها اثار تدخين.

The construction site building blocking the views of the sea from the swimming pool area which did not show in the pictures when we chose the hotel, and was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.

- Bay (9/5): - The Kuta Heritage Hotel is very to every facilities for the travelers who would like to explore more. For instance: shopping mall, beach, water park and another big mall. The room lightness was little dark that was looking for.

- Felipe Kazumy (10/5): Hotel muito bomm - Seguranças que ficam na frente do hotel muitíssimo gente boa, quarto muito espaçoso, por mais que a estrutura do hotel seja antiga , o hotel é nivel 5 estrelas, muito bom… pra quem for ficar em Kuta é ótima localização Quanto ao hotel nada a reclamar… mas a praia de Kuta não é a melhor, deixou um pouco a desejar…

- John (6/5): good when not gasping for air in the room. - Breakfast was great staff were very good and friendly, kids enjoyed it Room hygiene could have been better as the A/c filters to the room had not been clean in a while. Air quality was very poor to a extent where i could not breath. Staff cleaned it air quality improved but it was time to go home holiday spoilt as we got sick from it

- Mario (8/5): I found everything very positive. - I rate everything very positive for my stay, the suite was very spacious and welcoming. I found everyone very nice and friendly, especially the girl and the boy at the restaurant. The only thing that disturbs a little is the proximity of the road to the hotel.

Close to everything! - The hotel location is amazing, right across the road from Kuta Beach and everything you could want to see is within walking distance. The pool and gym were great. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows are like clouds. Absolutely loved the large bathtub - perfect for a romantic getaway. Staff are all friendly all the time. Our room didn't have an outdoor-facing window. It was a window pointing to the lift area, which was a high-traffic area, meaning we had to keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy. I'd suggest paying a little extra and booking a room with an outdoor balcony. And the hot water in the shower ran out on one morning (I'm assuming the system is shared with other rooms), but you don't expect that for a room at this price point.

- Jennifer (9/5): Comfortable clean and friendly hotel - The location to Kuta beach and our favorite places to eat. It was lovely, a few minor things. The front entrance ramp was steep and no option to use the step just ramp. When wet was slippery. Doorman was very help and friendly assisted me down the ramp. Pool bar prices high so didn’t go to pool a lot.

No es un hotel de 5 estrellas, es uno viejo sin comodidad y huele a humedad, es el primer hotel que solo me dan 1 toalla, al solicitar una adicional me decían que sí pero nunca llegó. El desayuno es buffet pero solo había 1 magdalena dulce sin gluten y estaba dura. Las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables. Sobre todo la personas de seguridad de la puerta y limpiadores.

- Jean loup (4/5): - La chambre est pas mal. Je ne sais pas par quoi commencer… Les équipements : ne vous fier pas aux photos. La piscine n’est plus face à la mer mais face à des travaux qui conduisent à boucher la vue mer. Dommage car du petit déjeuner au réveil jusqu’au soir nous n’avons donc pas vue la mer de l’hôtel qui est affiché sur Booking.com où devant l’hôtel ! De travaux pourquoi pas mais être prévenu nous aurez permis de regarder ailleurs car nous recherchions pas ce genre de prestations. Le personnel n’a rien de l’élégance, de la bienveillance et des réflexes d’un 5 étoiles. Pas d’assistance porte bagages, pas de service quelqu’il soit au déjeuner malgré le buffet il n’ont aucun réflexes, à la piscine j’ai été chercher les serviettes moi même dans les placards… Sans exagérer on peut enlever 2 étoiles sans que cela ne choque ! Quand au petit déjeuner… on est sur les mêmes prestations qu’un tour operator. Rien de maison, donc pour les bons produits que vous trouver habituellement dans un 5 étoiles la encore faudra repasser.
