- clarecA105NS (10/5): Relaxing heaven! - My husband and I have just had the most glorious week at Twin Sands resort and spa. The attention to detail of absolutely every aspect of this resort is incredible. It is immaculately clean and tidy, the staff are all exceptionally friendly, the food in the restaurants is possibly the best we have eaten anywhere in the world. The location is superb - in the middle of a narrow Peninsula with beautiful beaches to the north and south, each only a five minute walk away. The clientele is varied in terms of demographic, but tending towards older couples, and a couple of young families. It is quiet, relaxed and the vibe is very chilled and gentle. They put on events in the evenings from time to time - we attended a Thai street food evening where they had some young dancers and a very good singer whose repertoire included The Eagles, Simon and Garfunkel - perfect songs to match the vibe here. All we can think about now as our week comes to an end is whether we might be able to return one day, perhaps bringing another couple with us next time. Our room was beautifully cleaned by Jit (see photo); she was so friendly and helpful. The staff in The Blue Mango, Kitchen Table and all the bars (they make superb cocktails here) were amazing, and the Thai Food is exquisite. Every room has a balcony with table, 2 chairs and a rack for wet clothes. It feels like they’ve thought of everything. We took the hotel shuttle bus down to Patong, had a look around, and just couldn’t wait to get back to Twin Sands. I don’t have a single criticism; it is wonderful in every way.

Given the hot and humid climate, should provide at least 4 to a room given dual occupancy. The snooker and table tennis facilities badly needed attention. Should also provide complimentary round trip to Patong, like other hotels and include breakfast in the room rates.

The hotel itself is super clean, looks great and offers multiple restaurants and pools, a gym, shuttle bus, playground for kids and so much more, really anything you can wish for in a hotel. Iris was a fantastic host looking after us throughout the whole stay making our experience really unique. The atmosphere is perfect and we have discovered some close-by hidden gems this stay. Our room service attendant, Nuy kept our room immaculate daily along with some lovely little surprises of the traditional folded animal towels. Highly recommended and worth a visit.

The rooms are spacious and the cleaners are friendly and helpful. Our cleaner Jit gets five stars from us. The hotel surroundings and pool area are clean. The food and drinks have been delicious and everything has been ordered to the rooms as well. We have nothing to complaining.

Клининг на высоте, каждый день уборка, вода в номер, все чистенько, уютно. Ремонт свежий, дизайн мне очень понравился. Территория отеля тоже красивая. На территории отеля живет кошечка милая. Клининг персонал сделал 1 раз лебедей из полотенчиков и украсил цветочками, большое спасибо! Рядом шикарный пляж с коралловым рифом. В бассейне вода теплая, приятная.

Several local beaches to explore, swim and snorkel. Patong main beach only 4ish KMs away. Resort has a shuttle service that runs several times a day if you're not up to walking that far. Jit cleaned our room well every day and made us comfortable. Avi made sure we were well taken care of. Nan and Jang made some awesome coffees

Staying in the room and relaxing is something that I love to do for a week. Sometimes we hang the “Do Not disturb” card at the door knob for privacy. I don’t have to worry on that. Time and again the housekeeping staff are amazing. They only knock on the door after I remove for card to clean my room at a later time. JEAB who housekeeped my room for a week looks out. Jeab only knocks to housekeep when she knows a I need housekeeping. She had been attentive and fast and does a very clean job in a very short time. She also greets with a great smile while she is at work. Jean is hardworking and sincere. A great asset to Twin Sands. Will come back again 😃🙏

Les clients en général sont assez adultes entre 35 et 65 ans Les chariots qui traînent dans les couloirs depuis 5/6 jours . L'emplacement de la piscine du bas qui n'est pas toute l'aprem au soleil . Il faut parfois de déplacer dans la piscine pour chercher le soleil.. Et enfin dommage que les poubelles ne sont pas toujours ramasser. Je vous met une photo de ce matin avant de partir.
- 406becb (10/5): Amazing and worthwhile resort 💫 - My friend and I stayed here from the 31st of January through to the 8th of February and it has been the most wonderful stay we could've imagined! The resort itself is gorgeous - lots of greenery, sunlight, and colour. Our room was very spacious, well laid out, and cozy. It was so cool that it went straight out to the pool! Nuy has been a godsend, always keeping the room so clean and keeping everything stocked up. She is so sweet and attentive. This extends to the rest of the team at Absolute though, they have been so lovely and kind. They give great recommendations and were always a joy to deal with if we needed something. It's in a great location, about a 13 minute drive into main Patong; separated enough to feel secluded but not too far away from all the action! It's been a great value and we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We’ve been looked after well from check in, to any queries we’ve had, room service, ordering taxis for us and Jit has been cleaning our apartment daily and doing a fabulous job while we’ve been out, thank you for looking after us!

Comfortable rooms, pools, bars and good food. Staff looked after us and May did an amazing job of cleaning our room and was so efficient. Will be back again.

Our adjoining rooms were perfect for our family, giving both us and the kids their own space. All excursions, including the city tour, Fantasea Show, James Bond Island, Phi Phi Island, and Maya Bay, were perfectly organized with seamless transportation, making travel with young kids stress-free. Our rooms were immaculate every day thanks to Guitar, our wonderful room service provider. The towel decorations with flowers were such a thoughtful touch and always brought a smile to our faces when we returned. - Levente (1/5): - At arrival they changed/ upgraded our room without hesitation when I complained about the noise level ( it was right next to the road - loads of bikes without silencer would have made sleeping impossible ) My mistake upfront - I did not put my valuables in the safe - I had EUR ( cash ) tided together in my briefcase in a zipped pocket of a hoodie …. But even if I would have left on the table - it wouldn’t have been up for grabs… last they I had the really unpleasant surprise to notice that part of the cash is gone !!! ( I was not drunk this period, I did not have any visitor )
