- Hester (8/5): Uitstekend, prettig, zeer aangenaam - Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping (15e) en het uitzicht was prachtig. Hotel is heel erg schoon en personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Naast het hotel wordt gebouwd wat enig geluidsoverlast gaf. Maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.

- Pamela (5/5): - MAJOR Construction noise outside after 11:00 p.m. on 2 of the three nights we stayed there. Our room 307 was on the front of the hotel. Slept poorly. Hard to believe that this would be allowed in front of a major hotel during the night. Coffee maker had issues - the pod kept falling down - poorly designed/ no specific instructions. Elevators are very small ... 2 people with reasonable luggage could hardly fit in one.

(Did not eat in the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. We had trouble with the coffee maker. We liked the idea of making a cup of coffee, but it would be good to have simple instructions near the machine.

Se escuchaba todo desde la habitación, fue difícil descansar ya que nos despertábamos con el ruido muy temprano. Aunque es algo que no depende del hotel, habría estado bien que avisaran de antemano y quizás comprar tapones para evitar el ruido. Por otro lado, siempre se agradece cuando el hotel regala botellitas de agua, infusiones en la habitación o similares a los huéspedes, ya que en otras estancias en hoteles de la misma categoría lo han hecho. No estuvo mal, pero por ese precio, he tenido tratos y hoteles mucho mejores.

- Melike Nur (8/5): A classical European hotel with superb location and quality service - location, location, location! Close to everywhere that I wanted to visit, easy access by metro and bus, a peaceful and cozy residential neighborhood - Retiro - like an oasis, far enough from the touristic hassle, a heartfelt neighborhood feeling, like home! The staff was very friendly. There was a construction - a lot & lot dust and noise. That was not mentioned at booking, I may not have preferred to stay. They tried to compensate this by moving me to an inner-court facing room, that was quiet. But it was too dark and dull. There is not much of a comfortable common area like lounge. For limited time it is bearable, but with all this dark mood in the room, I could not find a spot where I can work / study / socialize. The hotel looked like more modern from pics, but it is a bit heavy inside the room and with such dark inner-court scenery. So it was a tradeoff between noisy and dark stay.

- Rocío (10/5): Cómoda y práctica - La ubicación es maravillosa porque es bastante cercano al parque del retiro, además es una zona bastante comercial que tiene diversos restaurantes alrededor. La habitación era amplia, la cama muy cómoda y se nota que está nuevo y bien cuidado. Te da sensación de lujo.

La relación calidad-precio es realmente maravillosa y las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el equipo humano: todo el personal fue increíblemente cálido, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La gente de recepción fue inigualable, y en el restaurante el servicio también fue excelente. De verdad, gracias a todo el equipo por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos. Lo único a mencionar es que había una obra justo enfrente del hotel, lo que hacía un poco difícil descansar durante el día.

- Sabine (10/5): Wunderbares Hotel - Das Hotel liegt an einem guten Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. In nur wenigen Schritten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle oder die Metro. Den Retiro-Park kann man von dem Hotel fussläufig erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Cafés. Das Hotelpersonal ist besonders hervorzuheben, da es außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Unsere drei Kinder haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
