- madalynnb2026 (10/5): Great stay - We had such a great experience the staff was very attentive, and Hotel was clean. We are satisfied with our stay.
- U5037NTolgac (10/5): Excellent - Best place to stay in uvalde I would go back to stay again great customer service very clean rooms. Breakfast on deck the pool very clean
- rolandod657 (10/5): Excellent - All the employees are very professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
- Rebecek (7/5): It was an okay hotel, but over priced. There were too many inconviences. - The location was good and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Our AC didn’t work in our room. I called the front desk and he said he’d send someone to look at it. At 8:00 at night. I said I just wanted to change rooms. He said we needed to bring all of our stuff down to the lobby and we’d get another room. I had to say no we’ll bring the key and get another key, we ended up just moving one room over. We got to the new room, the tv wouldn’t come on, after we finally got it on by pushing buttons on the TV there was no sound. We gave up and went to bed. The next morning while fixing our breakfast the cereal dispenser dumped half of the cereal out on the cabinet. It seems there needs to be some maintenance and upkeep done.
- Nevarez (9/5): Overall, a good stay. - Easy to get to. Strong cold air blowing right in your face when you leave the hotel room
- Carla (9/5): - They changed us for parking. Just when and why are they changing that .
- Moises (7/5): We enjoyed our stay. I will rent again if needed. - Breakfast and toiletries. I did no get or offered a senior discount.
- Drew (4/5): Pay to park in the parking lot with no gate or security guard. - Hot breakfast and juice options were tasty. There was a hidden fee to park in the parking lot that I did not appreciate. This fee was not explained upon checking in and there were no other options for parking other than inside the parking lot. I have stayed at this hotel several times before without this fee and now that it has been automatically added onto the bill, I will be considering other hotels in the area.

- James (8/5): Clean but expensive - Expensive
- Hector (10/5): -

- petee355 (4/5): Ripoff Parking Fees - No Daily Housekeeping - Worn Out Hotel - Go somewhere else. They charge for parking at a suburban property and don’t offer daily housekeeping. The employees are friendly but the hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. I was immediately unimpressed with the hotel conditional and the ripoff parking charge, so I tried to cancel my room at check-in, but they refused, even though the reservation was made within an hour of my arrival. I’ll go to the Holiday Inn Express across the street next time I am in the area.
- George Kanetakis (8/5): Pillows - The pillows were enough but all of them too soft.
- Danny (4/5): - Toothpaste from previous guest all over the faucet in the bathroom, dirty carpet, tv would not work. Clerk provided 2 separate remotes that didn’t work. He said someone was going to come but no one showed. Definitely was not a good stay. I would not recommend.
- Melinda (10/5): - The staff was extremely helpful.
- Jacob (10/5): - Very friendly and clean and great customer service
- Sandra (5/5): -
- Geoff (4/5): - Room was fine. Wireless did not work for any of my devices on the first floor. TV guide was reading as no information. Person at the main desk was on the phone all three times I tried to ask about it.
I would not stay here again for $200.
- Mirella (10/5): Excellent service. - How clean it was. Outside and inside as well.
- Joyce (5/5): Close to event. - The closeness to the event. There were stains on the bedspread, floor and air-conditioner. We were in a hurry to attend an event, so I didn't have time to say anything or wait for anything to be done
- Matias (8/5): -
- Cruz (9/5): Very cold room and comfortable bed - I found a pair of dirty socks under the bed
- Yolanda (10/5): -
- TravelJunkieFlorida (2/5): Hidden parking fees... Stay somewhere else until they drop this unfair charge. - I am Hilton lifetime Diamond Member. I stay at Hampton Inn (since I travel for work) on average of three times per week. For some reason, the Hampton Inn in Uvalde (which is 75 miles from San Antonio in a remote small town in Texas) has started charging for parking! Unbelievable. THIS IS A SCAM, SINCE YOU DON'T FIND THIS OUT UNTIL YOU CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL. I told the Front Desk about this upon check in. If you need more money, add it to your rate so we can all compare rates fairly. I'm staying today at a Hampton Inn in San Antonio, one mile from the airport, and they don't charge for parking. Very disappointing.
- Kandis (8/5): - The free breakfast was really good and great selection
- Kandis (8/5): - The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
- Menley (9/5): I would stay here again - The front desk staff was amazing and bent over backwards to be accommodating. A great start! Room was clean The walls are very thin, sound carry’s even when neighbors are just talking. The bed was a bit firm for me but ok
- Austin_TexasMelissa (4/5): Save your money - This Hampton Inn needs a remodel and deep cleaning. From the entrance, elevators, hallway, bathroom, bedroom, diningroom to the gym the floors were either sticky or dirty. The dining room area only had five people eating but no clean tables. The front desk and dining room personnel had too much talk and not enough work to get their jobs done.
Also, this Hampton Inn charges you to park…in Uvalde! I’m shocked that this hotel is under the Hilton brand.
- Seiyi (10/5): - Todo estuvo excelente, el desayuno riquisimo la verdad no me había tocado un desayuno tan rico.
- Toni (10/5): Will stay again - How clean it was Breakfast no so good, seems like easiest foods were out, no boiled eggs
- Thieu (4/5): - The hotel is good and not clean. We saw dead roaches in over room.
- Judy (8/5): Almost Perfect - Check in was great, very friendly service. Check out was not friendly at all. She only said 3 words to me. Room number? Receipt? That was it. Her customer service needs a lot of work. Maybe learn to smile and actually look at the guest instead of the computer screen. Just left it on a really bad note. Everything else had been wonderful.
- Guadalupe (10/5): - Nice
- miriam (10/5): - Very good service!
- Ohtobeinsandiego (6/5): Can't believe they charge for parking! - Wide open parking lot and they charge $3.99 to self-park! What a rip-off. We've stayed here a nunber of times over the years and this is a new trend where they are charging for parking. There is no access control on the parking lot, nothing to justify charging for parking except for management's greed....
- Becky (10/5): - Very clean and neat
- Marty (10/5): - Always a great stay and staff.
- Gilberto (6/5): - The employee who checked me in was neither friendly nor attentive. When I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and asked if I could provide my membership number, she ignored me. It seemed that she was more focused on obtaining my license plate number than on providing good service.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in Uvalde - In town for a weekend for Makenna’s memorial event and the hotel was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and clean.
- AMBRE (6/5): We would still stay here again.... - We stayed Easter weekend to visit family. For the most part everything was fine, we got to the room after check in we recieved our Hilton Honors welcome bag that was a nice surprise. We went to check out the room and drop the bags off we had a King Non smoking, the room smelled stale but was clean for the most part, we left came back about 130am and jumped in bed and dang near BROKE OUR BACKS, the bed was so HARD and Pillows so small the floor would have been an upgrade. It was so bad!! We just toughed it out because we didnt feel like moving rooms, breakfast was good Saturday, but Sunday which was Easter it was bad it was just hard as rock biscuits and water gravy, i understand it being a holiday but some cereal, muffins, something quick would have been nice and they also charged for parking 3.99 which I'm not understanding why, I dont know where else we could've parked.
- Angie (10/5): - Check in was very fast and courteous.
- Meghan (10/5): - It was a decent hotel - I was glad to see that they still provide personal coffee makers in the rooms - unlike others in the area. Lobby trash cans could have been emptied, they were overflowing. But overall, I’d stay there again.
- Juan (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (4/5): - I moved to two different rooms and neither of them had working deadbolts on the doors. There were stains on the walls. The soap dish in the bathroom was dirty.
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeff (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was good . I like scramble eggs they had some type of pre made egg thing
- Kathleen (8/5): - My big complaint as a tea drinker is when a business mixes the coffee dispensers with the hot water dispenser causing all hot water to taste like weak coffee. I did not have a decent cup of tea in my 4 day stay. Other than this, my stay was fine.
- Sonya (10/5): - The hotel was really clean and the staff was super friendly.
- David (7/5): Too expensive for value received - Clean and comfortable. Sheets were worn and didn’t fit the bed well. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay fully open and didn’t lock. Breakfast was okay but they didn’t keep up. Black debri came out of the hot water for tea.
- Trish (6/5): - Room seemed clean but on closer inspection while searching for phone cable, I found a LOT of food and trash behind night stand. This tells me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Also I feel cleaning agents were used to make the elevator smell clean but after being mopped, there was still dirt and crumbs in the corners and along the perimeter. So that being said, I am not confident the cleaning anywhere, including rooms was thorough. Staff was nice and professional. I was given a bottle of water which I appreciate. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Was not the worst place I’ve stayed but for 165.00/night I’d expect a lot more comfort and cleanliness.
- Guadalupe (10/5): - Good place to stay is comfortable
- Larry (8/5): - nice and clean
- Maria (10/5): - Almost good in everything except the cleaning. The room was duty especially the bathroom
- Steven (6/5): Normally a great stay, this time not so - The deadbolt didn’t work on our door
- LINA (10/5): - Love staying here! Bathroom needed to be swept but that the only con.
- Gilberto (4/5): - Dirty
- arturo (10/5): - I am always looking for comfort, safe, clean and good service, and I got it at Hampton Inn at Uvalde. This was a business trip.
- Adriana (10/5): - was a very good stay!
- Eduardo (10/5): - Bbb
- Nathan (3/5): Poor -
- Rene (5/5): Passable -
- Antonio (10/5): - Convenient location for a 1 might stop in route to destination.
- Ernestina (10/5): - It was a nice play to stay when we decided to take a last minute trip. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wish it had more breakfast options but we did appreciate that breakfast lasted until 10 AM.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbee (10/5): - People were very helpful and friendly.
- Lanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kevin (8/5): Nice for our short stay - The staff was very friendly and the location was convenient. The room had a fairly strong smell of cleaning supplies.
- Padilla (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (10/5): Will definitely my goto when staying in Uvalde - Everything was great! The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I still slept well.
- Desiree (8/5): - Overall the property was great. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, comfy. The bathroom came with shampoo and conditioner which smelled really good; not your normal little bottles that u would see in other hotels. The location was close to different restaurants and even a walmart. The morning breakfast was just right. Taste good and plenty of options, could've used bacon tho . The pool was clean. I'm usually shopping on budget so the price per night was way more than I am use to. In my opinion I was paying for the name. Also, the mini fridge wasn't working at first, my husband had to move it and adjust the temperature in the back.( The front desk suggested that). I didn't get to visit the gym but it looked nicely equipped. The only other thing I wasn't liking (besides price) was that there was only 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel. It was always in use. I think maybe 1 or 2 per floor might be a little more convenient for guests. Considering they have long term guests there (TxStTroopers)
- Gildart (8/5): It was comforting and leisurely purposed. - Helpful employees. Nothing
- Rojelio (8/5): - Stayed two nights didn’t know I had to request room service for the second day
- Rojelio (8/5): - The overall stay at the Hampton Inn was OK. The problem I had that we stayed two nights. Didn’t know you had to ask to have the room cleaned on the second day. Had to go down and get extra towels and other stuff. It’s not automatic, But cost the same for each day. The staff was great
- Eugenia (9/5): Superb -
- miriam (10/5): - Comfortable and safe!
- Victoria (10/5): - Awesome hotel great staff and would definitely stay here again
- Rushelle (8/5): Enjoyong but needs flow mgt in breakfast area - Really clean . Tub didnt drain too well during shower. Elephants went into room above us and woke us up. But hotel was great service great...breakfast was really good. It would help to have juice cups near juice and have plates etc more easy to find. I spent more time searching for those and the coffee was way down at other end of room. Went on a search mission for that too.
- Daisy (10/5): - Every thing was perfect 👍
- Scot (10/5): - Good
- Bertha (10/5): lori-b-day - It was a wonderful stay. room was clean and refreshed. Had a good nights sleep. the pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was a Hot meal. Staff was very friendly and polite.
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pam (2/5): - We did not get a room. The Hampton Inn Uvalde cancelled our reservation. We had to get a room at another hotel. No explanation.
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (9/5): A good stop with a goodnights sleep in a very calm and clean hotel. - The hotel was very peaceful and relaxing, breakfast was good with the general area being very calm. Room was good and a goodnights sleep was had.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eduardo (8/5): Confortable place, friendly hotel people. - Brakefast and location is ok. Cofee was good, front desk person gave us a welcome kit with water and snacks, were very helpfull, nice dining room at the reception, nice experience.
- Mark (9/5): Just what I needed. - Breakfast and snacks. Can’t think of anything.
- LUIS ENRIQUE (6/5): - iT IS NOT AS CLEAN AS I EXPECTED. THE MATRESS IS A LITTLE OLD. I THINK IT'S NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID.
