- Vikas (7/5): I’d avoid if your noise tolerance isn’t good - The room had very good WiFi and comfortable desk and chair for work. The rooms have no sound proof g at all. If you are u lucky and get a road facing room, you are done for. This is by the the worst noise insulated 4/5 star property that I have stayed in. Given that Indian traffic is notorious for non-stop honking and all other sorts of noise pollution, Holiday In should have put in better quality construction material to dampen the noise. Even If one was to cut them some slack due to noisy outdoors, one can hear people in the lobby when you are in the room.

The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, with courteous and welcoming staff. The breakfast and dinner spreads were decent, with a good variety to choose from. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of furniture and overall structure, but they are well maintained and clean, which made the stay comfortable. One thing to note is that the hotel is located around 9 km away from the Taj Mahal area, so it may not be ideal if you’re specifically looking to stay very close to the main attractions. While the staff were polite, we did feel there is scope for improvement in terms of training and coordination, especially between reception, housekeeping, and the F&B team. A smoother alignment here would really elevate the overall guest experience. Overall, a good property with potential to be even better with a few service enhancements.

- Rebecca (6/5): - Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent friendly tour manager Adnan. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were checked in at reception by a very unfriendly man who made us feel very unwelcome. Went for a drink in the bar and was shown the 2 for 1 offer. Ordered 2 Gins which we were told were on the offer and when we went to pay was told we had to order 4 to qualify! Waiter and bar manager started having an argument behind the bar. Terrible service. Very few people appeared to use the bar- I wonder why🤔. Nice chinese lady on restaurant entrance but the rest of the staff were too busy watching the cricket to serve us most of the time. Would not stay there again. Staff need better training and a much better attitude.

The reception staff is very rude, abrupt, plus I had a price on the website and he charged me almost 10 euros more, when I asked him he replied that it was none of his business, that the problem was with my bank, when I showed him that I had stayed at 5 other hotels in India and I had never experienced the same thing anywhere, he also said that it was none of his business.
