• Lauren (1/5): À fuir : rapport qualité/prix catastrophique. - La vue sur l’océan depuis la chambre était l’unique point positif de ce séjour. Très décevant pour le prix. Sur 1 mois et demi au Japon, c’est clairement le pire hébergement !! - Clim en panne dès le 1er jour - Deux nuits avec des cafards - Piscine vide - Onsen minuscule (et payant !). - Odeur de moisi dans l’ascenseur et les couloirs (extraits photos) - Wi-Fi quasi inutilisable - Restaurant impossible à réserver sans s’y prendre un mois à l’avance. - Personnel inégal, seuls deux membres vraiment agréables.
• Krista (5/5): It was okay. The room felt a little cheap, but it worked for our needs. - The view is nice. Generally speaking the staff were very friendly. The lobby has a cool retro vibe (or dated depending on if you're a glass half empty or half full kinda person) There weren't many outlets available to charge devices. The light in the bathroom was dim. The flooring next to the genkan was peeling. I believe the hotel says English friendly, but there was no attempt to speak English or make sure we understood everything in Japanese.

• Eric (5/5): Correct, but not the most appropriate for families. - The breakfast was the best thing of the hotel. Traditional Japanese style, and was different every morning. The room was big, especially for Japanese standard, with 3 single beds and space to move around and put all of our luggage. The location was a bit hard to reach, avoid booking if you're not coming by car. The staff was very passive, not helping and not flexible despite having very few customers (the breakfast was great for adults but not really matching the taste of an occidental kid)., there was also no juice for example). The advertisement highlighted a public bath but it turns out it was closed since years. This was very disappointing as this was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel. The room is OK, but not the most comfortable one, and a little old. The bathroom is small. A renovation would be needed.

• Verified traveler (2/5): 次は無い - ある施設に行く為に近い宿泊先の中からここを選んだが、徒歩○○分とあったが実際は倍以上の時間がかかり翌日から脚筋肉痛で仕事に影響出た。ｶｰﾄﾞ決済はフロントのみで売店で購入時はフロント迄行くのは不便で× 私の見落としかもしれないが、大浴場は部屋と別棟で又、別料金(高くは無い)がかかり、利用しなかった。素泊まり料金にしては高く、値段相応の宿泊先で無く、次は無い宿泊先。
• SHU CHEN (8/5): - 飯店房間蠻小的，我們是訂一間4人房住4人，行理箱如果放躺的，就沒空間可走，且有一張床是加床行軍床，也很老舊

• CHONGWOONG (8/5): 가성비 좋고 조용한 호텔 - 조용하고 저렴하게 지낼수 있는곳. 조식도 괜찮았음.

• SOSOL (8/5): - 가족3인 묵었습니다. 수족관이 가까워서 좋았고 시설이 그리 좋지는 않았습니다. 골프텔이다보니 주변에 아무것도 없어서 필요한것은 사서 올라가야해요. 그래도 성수기에 합리적인 가격으로 잘 지냈습니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 넓은방에 조용하고 좋습니다 - 아이둘과 어른둘 해서 패밀리룸을 잡았는데 방도 넓고 화장실 샤워실이 분리되어 있어서 좋았네요. 더블침대 하나. 싱글 둘 정도 예상했는데, 싱글침대 넷에 보조침대 하나까지.... 아마 방 두개를 터서 하나로 만든것 같은데 가족끼리 자기 좋습니다. 다만 산에 있다보니 벌레가 방에 들어올수도 있겠더라구요. 복도에 가끔씩 기어다니는 걸 봐서.....

• Arlene (10/5): Most Relaxing Hotel - We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a beautiful setting, very relaxing, and the staff very helpful. The only negative is how difficult it was locating the hotel. Map didn't show the secondary road leading to it and was printed only in Japanese.
