- CeriLouiseGeorge (2/5): Avoid Avoid Avoid - Don’t dare to complain if you’re not happy with any aspect of the service. On arrival in the early hours of the morning, there was no-one on reception to greet us, despite this 4* hotel claiming to have a 24h reception. We sat in the reception area for several hours with our very tired 5 year old daughter and as cleaners and other staff walked through, they told us reception would open at 8am. At 8.40am, the hotelier eventually wandered in and greeted us with “good morning”. Maybe for him but not for us, and when we pointed this out and refused to say good morning back, he became very angry - shouting, banging on the desk and even shouting in our young daughter’s face at one point. He told us we were not welcome to stay because we wouldn’t say “good morning” to him and despite repeated conversations with the travel company (LoveHolidays) we were advised to leave. The hotelier refused to refund our money for the week we’d planned to stay there and we had to pay out for another hotel. Loveholidays initially promised to transfer our booking but they didn’t adhere to this. We were lucky to have the means to pay for somewhere else but some people might not. On our return, LoveHolidays continually referred our complaint back to the hotelier for approval - he lied, saying we’d shouted, sworn, been aggressive to his employees and had chosen to leave voluntarily. He had no evidence to support this (and LoveHolidays actually had evidence to prove otherwise) but they always took his word over ours and refused to acknowledge his poor customer service or more importantly, refund our money. The most awful holiday experience ever.

- Uliana (9/5): - Place is the complex of buildings located on very beautiful territory decorated with flowers and plants, there is a beach right in front of the hotel and sunbeds are free to use. Room is spacious, there is a lovely balcony. We really loved the breakfast, it was well done with variety of sweet and salty dishes. There is also bar next to the pool where you can order snacks and drinks while being on the beach, that was very convenient. Hotel has free outdoors parking. All the staff members were nice and attentive, cleaning was good too, we could agree when we wanted to have cleaning and when not. The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated, also didn’t find the pillows very comfortable The sound isolation between rooms and from the corridor was poor and we needed earplugs to sleep Lack of drying rack, since it’s a beach place you’ll have a lot of wet clothes every day
- Claudia (8/5): Ein schöner Kurzurlaub - Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit seitlichem Meerblick. Die Suite war super groß. Der Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. Jeden Tag, wenn gewollt, wurden die Zimmer gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Es gab sogar einen Fahrstuhl, für Leute, die nicht so gut Treppen steigen können. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Lage, direkt am Meer war fanastisch. Ohne Auto ist man weit weg von allem, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir ein Mietwagen hatten. Leider war das Frühstück null Komma null abwechslungsreich. Ja, es gab soweit alles. Aber jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst, Käse, Obst, Spiegeleier. Säfte aus dem Automaten. Es war okay für eine Woche. Aber wenn man 2-3 Wochen dort verbringt geht es auf die Dauer gar nicht. Eine Kaffeemaschine auf den Zimmern wäre auch toll.
- anette (5/5): - Die Lage direkt am Meer und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Leihwagen durch die ländliche Lage dringend zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite gebucht und ein Zimmer ohne separates Badezimmer erhalten. Waschbecken war im Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstür, gegenüber war die "Toilettenkabine" und daneben die Duschkabine. Für uns persönlich war das ein no-go. Das Zimmer hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Die Aussicht vom Speiseraum auf das Meer einfach traumhaft schön, ansonsten hatte der Speiseraum das Flair einer schlechten Betriebskantine, unpersönlich, häßlich und laut.

- Alessandro (9/5): Tranquillità,silenzio e bellissimi gatti. - La colazione era buona,completa di dolce e salato. I lettini e ombrellone una buona risorsa anche se l'accesso al mare era un pò difficoltoso La posizione era ottima per visitare l'isola è comunque necessario il noleggio di una vettura che consiglio di piccole dimensioni essendo le strade molto strette e spesso tortuose. Qualche piccolo particolare relativamente alla manutenzione per esempio del bagno o della tapparella che lasciava diverse fessure ma niente di grave.

Plenty of room. The rooms were kept really clean and the communal areas were pretty and very well maintained.

- Sabine (6/5): Es gibt schönere Hotels auf Zakynthos - Ruhig gelegen, einige Restaurants in Laufnähe. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und am Fenster einen Rollladen, womit man das Zimmer gut abdunkeln kann. Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Das war für uns zu spät, denn für die meisten Ausflüge oder die Fähren mussten wir früher los. Pool Badetücher werden nicht kostenlos gewechselt. Als wir nach 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nach einem frischen Handtuch gefragt haben, hieß es, dass dafür extra gezahlt werden muss. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Unserem Monate im Voraus geäußertem Wunsch nach einem Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk wurde nicht nachgekommen. Wir mussten ein Zimmer im Parterre nehmen, das voller Stechmücken war. Unser Badezimmer war ziemlich runtergekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Beim Bett vielen die Latten runter. Insgesamt gibt es bessere Hotels auf der Insel. Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich.

- Davide (9/5): - La struttura è pulita, i proprietari sono molto accoglienti e lo staff super professionale. Consigliata la formula mezza pensione perché il cibo è stato buonissimo sia a colazione che a cena. Un'oasi di pace Per esigenze organizzative la cena viene servita per tutti alle 19.30. Tuttavia vista la qualità e il servizio il vincolo temporale passa subito in secondo piano.

- Myriam (10/5): Il n’y a qu’une route vers le bonheur c’est (Hôtel belussi beach) - C’est la deuxième fois l’année dernière puis cette année ,Jamais deux cent trois donc peut être l’année prochaine encore !Pour nous tout était nickel le lieu les gens le personnel les propriétaires j’ai envie de vous dire j’aimerais les trouvez partout en vacances c’est un pur bonheur !J’ai égarer ma montre qui vaut beaucoup d’argent mais aussi inestimable pour moi car le cadeau de mon mari ,le soir en rentrant j’ai chercher partout j’ai cru mourir 😞 je me suis dit que la réception était ma dernière chance,à peine arrivé la propriétaire à compris donc je remercie aussi Svetlana ♥️🌹toutes les personnes qui travaillent la bas ! - Sabrina (10/5): - Everything was perfect at this hotel. I can highly recommend it and will come back for sure. The ambiente at the beach and the sundowners there are amazing. It was very quiet, I really appreciate that. The room is more an appartement with much space. We always had a parking space for the car which is so comfortable. The best thing is the breakfast. You have a huge variety of everything. And the food is of very good quality. Hotel Managers and staff are very friendly and helpful.
- Christian (5/5): Das Hotel war als 4 Sterne Hotel verkauft worden, ist aber meiner Meinung ein 3 Sterne Hotel. - Die Lage des Hotel war gut! Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer hat keine Ablanen für die Utensilien. Der kleiderschrank hatte keine Ablagen. Im ganzen fehlte dem Zimmer die Gemütlichkeit. Der Strand zum Hotel war toll, aber es lagen überall Zigarenttenstumel.

- günther (7/5): war ok. - Frühstück war wirklich fein, die Lage ist gut, Anreisetag wurde supernett gemanagt, wir waren viel zu früh, wurden auf das Frühstück eingeladen und konnten bereits um 09.00h das Zimmer beziehen, echt gut. Busanbindung war echt schlecht, Infos dazu auch, manchmal hat es rund ums Pool unangenehm gestunken.
- antonino (8/5): Ottima struttura sul mare con buon rapporto qualità prezzo , ideale per famiglie e chi desidera una vacanza tranquilla - Posizione vicina al mare, ottima piscina, buona colazione, stanza abbastanza grande, grande parcheggio gratuito. Posto tranquillo lontano dai principali centri abitati e dalla movida. Condizionatore un po’ rumoroso, bagno piccolo, mancanza di kit cortesia, arredamenti sufficienti ma molto essenziali non adeguati per un 4 stelle. Pulizia non impeccabile

Very comfy beds, sheets and quiet AC. The beach is nice and the water is crystal clear. The hotel has aged a little bit over the years I guess which shows and not sure it would still qualify as 4* anymore. Nevertheless price/value is definitely there.

- Francesco (9/5): - Very clean and big room with a nice view, swimming pool, kind and polite staff, Private Parking Few tavernas in the area (walking distance) Close to a bus stop I cannot say that I did not like this, but I had personally underestimated that it is quite distant from places where for instance you can walk in the evenings. If you have a car it is not a problem, but just walking to the closest minimarket will take some time. That said, probably this is exactly what travelers who choose this part of the island are actually searching for. A quiet and relaxing place far from the chaos of bigger cities. Quite an authentic place and I'm happy about my decision. There is a little kitchen in the room, but it would be nice if they provided a boiler for tea and coffee. But no big issue: you can find little cheap ones in the minimarket closest to the hotel.

- Marieta (10/5): - Locația are vedere la mare, este într-o zonă liniștită. Personalul foarte amabil, curățenia zilnica. Piscina mare, curățată zilnic. Mic dejun variat, bogat. Se poate servi și cina, dar cu rezervare in prealabil. Lipsa marketurilor din zona.

- Daniela (6/5): Struttura molto bella ma tenuta male - Struttura molto bella, colazione eccezionale e personale di sala gentilissimo. La struttura è tenuta male. La biancheria da bagno e da letto era pulita ma tutto il resto della pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Il piatto doccia era pieno di incrostazioni nere e dal bagno usciva puzza di fogna. Il balconcino, molto accogliente e con una vista bellissima era purtroppo sporco e pieno di formiche. Anche le zone comuni erano poco curate ed è davvero un peccato perché la struttura è davvero molto bella.

- 786zoltanj (10/5): Unforgottable - Nice 4* hotel in Zante at a quiet place. Private beach with sand, swimming pool. But not these things are matter... The hospitality, a friendly, smilie staff, a perfectly clean rooms, a top quality food what you got. The whole feeling of this place is unforgottable. We came at 10 a.m. and we were invited for a free breakfast, we left after one week, and left the room at 13:30. This family hotel just want to keep you satisfied from the owners till the trainee waitress. Thank you Dionisos for this experience and your hospitality!

- Andrea (7/5): La bella Zante - Dionisio(proprietario )troppo gentile e la colazione buona,unica pecca che appena arrivato mi è stata richiesta la tassa di soggiorno che già avevo versato in fase di pagamento della prenotazione,però ho ripagato ma con il dubbio ma poi sono andato a controllare ed era come dicevo io,presentato il problema giorno dopo mi sn stati ridati i soldi Alloggiando dentro il blocco suites staccato dalla struttura hotel ho notato che la camera aveva bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione approfondita,è una pulizia PROFONDA,la piscina non aveva ricambio di acqua e veniva pulita tutte le mattine,ma ovviamente tornado nel tardo pomeriggio era sporca di nuovo consiglierei di lasciare un retino ad ogni blocco per fare una pulizia fai da te di tutti gli insetti che galleggiano,consiglierei anche un armadio sopra noi stavamo alla suite 1 e unico armadio era di sotto e quindi essendo su due livelli dovevamo andarci a vestire di sotto quando la zona notte e di sopra,scorrimano trabballante doccia sopra i vari soffioni dell acqua super ostruiti dal calcare come stessi i rubinetti dei bagni sopra e sotto mancava una lampadina su pendente del comodino lato sx,non so se la consiglierei questa suite per il prezzo pagato

Ho avuto la prima notte una vista mare laterale che costava su Booking 700,00 €uro non 1200,00. Il bagno non esiste . a fianco del letto attaccato al comodino c' era un box in vetro con la doccia alla destra della porta d' ingresso un box in vetro con solo il Wc ( no bidet) e alla sinistra della porta d' ingresso il lavandino . ditemo Voi che 4 stelle è questo.

A warm welcome from the owner who informed us about he hotel and showed the way to our room made us feel welcomed and happy. The room was big with a nice view of the garden and even the sea. Ok beds and an ok bathroom. A plus that there was a rather big refrigerator and a kettle. The included breakfast was really great, lots to choose from and it was slightly altered from day to day. You could choose to be very healthy or the opposite! Nice pool, just enough to even swim some lengths in it and cool enough to cool down from the heat. The pool bar was great, nice lunch and a really helpful and friendly staff. We will definatly go back here, we really liked it!!!

La struttura è molto bella, il panorama, la piscina. La stanza spaziosa. È un po’ isolata, non avendo preso a noleggio la macchina non c’era nulla di raggiungibile a piedi. Bisognava affidarsi a un taxi.

Гарна поруч таверна для романтичних вечерь біля моря. Уважний персонал на барі біля басейну. Дякую за гарні спілкування. Володар - зірка. Аж занадто. Трохи зовсім не відвертих посмішок і все. Інший персонал (бармен та офіціантки) дуже привітливі) на відміну від хазяїна та мабуть його дружини, що працюють на ресепшн. Може варто найняти менеджера з управління, щоб були більш орієнтовані на клієнта. Сніданки зовсім одноманітні. За вісім днів жодного разу не було ніякої курки чи meatball, тільки бекон та дешеві жирні половинки сосисок. Ніякої пасти чи рису (гарніру) зовсім! З вуглеводів тільки хліб. Але були гарні фрукти та салати. В цілому - задовільно. Пляж - то жах, камені такі що зайти до моря дуже складно не поранившись об гострі края підводних каменів. особливо коли є хвилі, а шторм тут майже завжди. Але якщо таке трапиться , персонал завжди надасть першу медичну допомогу. Дякую! Для більш гарного пляжу можно пройтися трохи лівіше до таверни, 30 метрів і там гарний вхід до моря та більш прозора вода. В цілому враження та емоції позитивні, не дивлячись на ці мінуси, що я перелічив. Аура в цього готелю добра та гарна. Задоволення було точно більше, ніж негативу. Та Закінтос чудовий острів. Треба брати машину обов'язково.

La nostra camera in pessime condizioni, senza paralumini, lampadari con luce al neon e in camera nemmeno una poltrona. Non è decisamente un 4 stelle. Le sdraio vicino la piscina era vecchie e tutta la struttura comunque vecchia e mal tenuta. Con parti (vedi docce esterne ) arrugginite

Ich würde empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da fußläufig kaum etwas erreichbar ist und die Insel einfach unfassbar viel zu bieten hat!

- Sally (9/5): - The hotel feeling is really great. From the family who owns the hotel to the waiters at the pool bar. Everyone was super service minded! The location is secluded, which gives you all the calm you need for a relaxing vacation! The hotel pool is of a good size lowest end 130 cm. The beach is also private and nice for snorkling. Lots of small fish and crabs to see. The prices for staying secluded and having calm days is that If you do not rent a car, it can be difficult to move around. It is just outside the zone and therefore most tours you go on will charge you extra for hotel pick up. There is a bus with a fixed schedule Monday to Saturday. Taxi prices are fixed (one way): Tsilivi 15 euro, Zante town 25 euro, water village 30 euros. The breakfast was fine, but would be greater with small signs with information on what the dishes are and contain in case you don’t eat a certain thing or have allergies.
