L'appartamento era estremamente pulito e la posizione ottima (si può facilmente raggiungere la spiaggia ed il Polo Fiera di Rimini). Niente. Non ho trovato alcun punto negativo.

Tínhamos tudo que se precisa na cozinha, e a cama é bem grande e confortável. E banho de tamanho ideal para estadia Estava extremamente limpo, a temperatura era muito boa para o aquecimento. Chegamos e tinham garrafas de agua, uma gentileza que parecíamos. Boa localização.

• Anatoliy (10/5): Сподобалося і сподіваємося ще повернутися - Апартаменти мають гарне розташування (близько пляж, тихий район), обладнані всім необхідним. Високий рівень безпеки (в номері є сейф, у випадку відсутності персоналу на рецепції, вхідні двері зачиняються. Доступ за допомогою картки). Персонал дуже ввічливий і радо відгукується на просьби. Чистота! Єдиний недолік - відсутність безкоштовної парковки, але це компенсується наявністю громадських парковок. Одна з них Giovanni Zambianci (під мостом) 900 m, або ближче на сусідніх вулицях (Petropoli...). Якщо прибуття пізнє, то можна забронювати за допомогою власників на одну добу місце на платній парковці (8 євро).

There are a lot of small shops and restaurants in the area. One or two nights were a bit of noisier due to a party nearby, but it ended around 01:00.

Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь, любые вопросы решались быстро и доброжелательно. Отдельно хочу отметить удобное расположение отеля — рядом остановки, магазины. Атмосфера спокойная и уютная, чувствовали себя как дома. Определённо рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. С удовольствием вернусь сюда ещё раз!

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Das Hotel ist einfach toll! Wir waren als Familie dort und hatten zwei Zweizimmer-Apartments. Es war alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, man konnte problemlos selber kochen. Manche haben in den Bewertungen geschrieben, die Kissen wären zu weich – für uns waren Matratzen und Kissen perfekt bequem. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!
• Christel (10/5): Séjour parfait quant à hébergement Merci à l’équipe de la résidence Cigno 🙏 - Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Tout nous a été très bien expliqué en Français ! L’appartement est vraiment très propre ! Les 2 petits balcons sont un plus pour se détendre au soleil ! Le lit de la chambre est un XXL et le matelas est épais et confortable. Une grande armoire permet de ranger les effets de 4 personnes. La chambre et la pièce de vie sont climatisées. La batterie de cuisine semble neuve tout est nickel dans la cuisine. Un petit kit est mis à disposition pour l’entretien ! L’équipe nous a même changé nos serviettes à la moitié de notre séjour, c’est une gentille attention ! Le parking que nous avons réservé à l’avance était à 5 mn à pieds avec une surveillance vidéo, l’accès est facile même pour notre grosse Audi et les voitures ne sont pas collées les unes aux autres 👍 L’épaisseur du matelas du canapé lit dans la pièce de vie était à peine trop fine pour 2 adultes de notre corpulence mais en même temps c’est normal car ce n’est qu’un lit d’appoint !

• Giulia (10/5): Camera con cucina e ottima terrazzina - Staff estremamente cordiale, camera comoda con ottimo terrazzino in cui abbiamo fatto sia colazione che pranzo che cena perché o riparato dagli alberi o non esposto al sole e molto fresco con vista su un parchetto. Il piano cucina era fornito dell'essenziale di buona qualità. La spiaggia libera dista 15 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio in struttura perché il lungomare ha una ztl. L'aria condizionata c'era ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Sinceramente era tutto molto comodo e funzionale, oltre che piacevole. Se proprio dobbiamo menzionare qualche aspetto migliorabile, possiamo suggerire cuscini di diversa durezza.

• Gärtner (9/5): - Wir hatten schöne drei Nächte in Rimini. Das Quartier ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Matratzen super zum Schlafen und die Vermieter sehr nett und entspannt. Die Gegend ist jetzt nicht unsere, aber zum einmal gesehen haben okay. Zum Auto Parkplatz der 8€ pro Tag kostet muss man ca. 5min zu Fuß gehen, ist ein Parkplatz mit Schranken wo man eine Karte bekommt zum Öffnen. Es gibt auch ein paar Parkplätze direkt beim Haus.

• Nino (9/5): wir sind zufrieden... - Leider gibt es nicht viel zu beschreiben, wir waren von 2012 bis 2016 hier und wissen daher, wie die Atmosphäre ist. Wir sind zufrieden. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, zumindest sollte es eine Kaffeemaschine geben.
• Elena (10/5): - Location ottimale, vicinissima alla spiaggia, ai mezzi pubblici e agli altri servizi, ma tranquilla, non chiassosa, perfetta per famiglie. Il Residence si affaccia su una piazzola pedonale alberata con una bella fontana centrale. Il balcone e' ombreggiato e attrezzato con tavolino, sedie e stendibiancheria. Il parcheggio privato e' adiacente all'albergo, praticamente sorvegliato a vista e per lo piu' all'ombra. La sala d'ingresso e' accogliente e il personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni. Dotato di ascensore, con rampa per disabili/ valigie. Gli appartamenti super attrezzati, moderni, con tecnologia all'avanguardia: i fornelli sono a induzione, molto sicuri; l'aria condizionata regolabile; TV, phon a piu' velocita' in bagno, tutto il pentolame, caffettiera inclusa e il servizio piatti. La biancheria viene cambiata a meta' settimana. Vacanza da ripetere, anche perche' i dintorni hanno molto da offrire, sia dal punto di vista balneare e dell'intrattenimento, sia sotto il profilo storico-culturale.
• Alla (10/5): - Відпочивали тут вперше. Чисто, комфортно, привітний персонал. В апартаментах є все необхідне, кухня теж укомплектована👍 Супер розташування готелю, близько до моря. Я мала коротку відпустку:)
• Volodymyr (10/5): Нормальний - Дуже гарне розташування,море, пляж - якихось 5 хв пішки повільним кроком. Доброзичливі і помічні господарі. В помешканні 2 балкони. На одному зранку приємно пити каву і з'їсти сніданок, на другому ввечері можна спокійно посидіти з келихом прекрасного італійського вина під приємний шум фонтану в дворі. Пляж чистий, великий. Море тепле, лагідне. Ідеально підходить для молодих сімей з маленькими дітьми, так як при березі мілко і дуже тепла вода. Щоб поплавати, потрібно пройтися метрів 50 до глибини. Такий собі сімейний курорт для сімей з дітьми та для літніх людей. Немає про що тут написати.

• Mezővári (10/5): Nagyon tiszta apartman. - Egy hetet töltöttünk a szálláson. Bátran állíthatom, hogy az eddigi legtisztább apartman volt, ahol valaha jártunk. A házigazda rendkívül segítőkész, kedves ember. A lakás közel van a parthoz, éttermek, üzletek sokasága található a közelben. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bármikor visszamennénk. Egyedül a kenyérpirítót hiányoltuk az apartmanból.

Este curat, dotat cu tot ce ai putea avea nevoie, iar proprietarii sunt amabili si te ajuta cu orice. Spălătoria de la subsol ne-a fost de asemenea de mare folos. Plaja este foarte aproape si sunt o grămadă de restaurante in jur (si o gelaterie excelenta). O sa revenim cu siguranta! Nu am niciun punct negativ pentru aceasta locație.

• Eduardo (10/5): Ihr stressfreier Rückzugsort am Meer. - Mein Lieblingsort in Italien – Residence Signo, Rimini Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal im Hotel Signo – und jedes Mal fühle ich mich hier noch wohler. Das Hotel wird von einer sehr herzlichen Familie geführt, die sich wirklich um alles kümmert. Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestens betreut. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte sogar zwei Balkone – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal: nur etwa 100 Meter vom ruhigen, schönen Strand entfernt. Ich reise oft nach Italien, aber nirgends fühle ich mich so wohl wie hier. Carlo und Tonino sind einfach großartige Gastgeber, die sich wirklich bemühen, dass sich jeder Gast willkommen fühlt. Die Residence Signo ist für mich ein ganz besonderer Ort – ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder. Nichts.
• Adrian (9/5): Good hotel at a fair price - The staff is very friendly - always smiling, greeting you, answering your questions and helping you throught your stay. This is a family run business and they work hard to stay at a high level. The rooms are very clean, not a spot of dust. This is our third stay at Residence Cigno and I can truly say that this is the cleanest hotel I have visited. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen is well equipped - you can cook if you want. There is no stove, just an induction plate. Parking place at the hotel - you have to reserve in advance, but it is worth it. The streets are very narrow and they lack parking places. The hotel is 50 meters from the beach. The beaches are clean and the water clear. You have a few choices of restaurants in the vecinity, also a good place to eat piadinas. The couch in the living room/kitchenette is a little on the firm side, but I managed to sleep well. The TV is a little bit small and akqardly positioned on the fridge, but this is a minor detail. You are there for the beach.
