• Manfred (4/5): Nur empfhelenswert, wenn die Lärmquelle ausgemerzt wird - Dieses Gästehaus ist nur für Menschen zu empfehlen, die mit weniger als 3 Stunden Schlaf in einer Nacht auskommen bzw. Menschen die absolut Lärmresistent sind. Jedem anderen würde ich von einer Buchung strikt abraten! Nie in 11 Jahren Kambodscha habe ich einem Gästehaus oder in einem Hotel übernachtet, in der es mehr Lärm in der Nacht gab wie im Golden Noura Gästehaus. Auch eine Intervention beim Inhaber brachte keine Abhilfe. In 3 Nächten kam ich insgesamt nur zu 7(!!!) Stunden Schlaf…

• Arthur (6/5): - This is one of three hotels where I woke up with a headache because I was gassed with anesthetic gas, while I was asleep, and I'm also in one of them, robbed of $6000 by burglars.
• roseline (8/5): Accueillant et souriant - Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs mais on a bien fait d'y aller et d'avoir notre propre avis. C'est un guest house. Mais les lieux sont propres et le personnel ultra accueillant et souriant. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner y a du choix. Bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande Toujours du mal avec les salles de bain .... 😂

Ne faites pas confiance à la note bcp trop élevé sur booking fier vous plutôt au commentaires google map nettement plus adéquat vis à vis de la prestation rendu. Ménage non fait avant notre arrivée, cafard dans la douche à plusieurs reprise et douche également casser. Je passe très rapidement sur le ménage mais cigarette au sol, trace suspect dans le lit avec cheveux… La réception n’en a que faire de votre avis, vous conseillant plutôt de partir si vous n’êtes pas satisfait. Comportement totalement irrespectueux et irresponsable de la part du personnel. Que dire à pars de ne pas réserver ici.

• Fernando (7/5): Centric old hotel, good qpr but don't expect anything fancy. - Location, close to city centre, museums and riverside. Room was quite spacious. It's an old hotel, needs some renovation.I was on a 4th floor with no elevator and a tv on my room that wasn't working. Entrance between 11pm and 7am depends on a nightshift receptionist who, besides he's always keen to open to you, is sleeping on the lobby and it's a bit awkward. Although I understand is for ssafety reasons, I'm leaving a suggestion to improve a late night entry system.

• Amber (4/5): Okay if you want just a quick room to sleep in and aren’t too fussy about cleanliness….. if not I’d book somewhere else. - Location is good, staff friendly. The room was pretty dirty (and I generally have very low standards). The bathroom mirror had clearly never been cleaned and had layers of built up spit from people brushing their teeth. There were clumps of people’s hair on the bedroom floor and an old sock in the wardrobe, which was falling apart. There was no toilet paper in the room. The aircon didn’t work very well but it did manage to cool the room down a little (set to 11 degrees!).

L'odeur de cigarette présente dans les couloirs et chambres malgré l'interdiction de fumer. Certains employés fument dans les espaces communs ce qui est plutôt troublant.
• mark (7/5): Affordable stay in the middle of the city - The location was good, right in the middle of everything. The restaurant below has decent food and is affordable. The beers were just .50 usd. Friendly staff. The beds are somewhat comfortable. No elevator. Closes early 10 pm downstairs.
• Mark (6/5): A mostly enjoyable stay. - The food was good and reasonably price. Best price on beer. The management has their young children in the lobby/restaurant area throughout the day. Playing, eating, crying, watching cell phones, etc. It was distracting at times. It would be nice to have a little peace and quiet while dining, relaxing or talking with fellow travelers.

• Globetrotter118 (8/5): Budget Guesthouse in an excellent location. - I really liked this place apart from a couple of things. This place reminded me so much about the good old south east Asia travels backpackers places you used to find everywhere back in the days. The full package is available here. Basic budget rooms, English speaking friendly helpful staff, transport tickets, laundry and a travellers cafe serving the basic, simple but good food, inside or on a few rickety tables outside. Cheap beers, ok WiFi most of the time. I liked that they took payment through Booking.com. The location is superb right across from the Royal Palace and close to the 'travellers food street '. Biting ants and some mosquitos get into the room, possibly through the air vent, as windows and doors seemed well sealed off. Some bug spray would have done the trick. Also, somebody should tell the people who do the laundry to put some bleach in with the water, so towels and linen looked white! Everything was clearly clean though, but far from white anymore. The rooms don't look anything like the photos, which isn't a problem for me. Everything worked, but I had to put the Aircon on dry mode to adjust the temperature, the cooling mode was fixed on 16 degrees.
• Björn (7/5): top location with decent infrastructure and fair value for money - Location is amazing, two minutes walk to the King's palace. Nice view from the shared Balcony area. AC works well. WiFi is strong. Restaurant downstairs, coffee is okayish. Value for money is great! Two drunk guys were kinda getting heated with each other upon my checkin. There is a pub downstairs, it belongs to the hotel. I was greeted by a cockroach when I entered the shower for the first time. Quite some street noise at night.

It was good value for money. The bathroom wasn’t overall very clean and the room was insanely noisy, all we could hear was traffic. The rooms don’t look quite like the pictures. Get what you pay for I guess!

At the time we thought we left it at reception when we checked in and we annoyed staff so much asking to see the CCTV and if they found it yet. They handled everything so gracefully and later the tuk tuk man contacted us to say he had it and it wasn't at the hotel at all. We are very sorry for annoying you and thank you for being nice about everything. Nothing.

• John (10/5): Like meeting old friends 🧡 - I have to say that when some one makes an effort to give an idea as to how good a hotel is... then, sure all the usuals come into play, cleanliness, location, comfort, price etcetera etcetera......but the top test of any hotel in my book is the staff......they treat you like a member of their family and nothing is too much and for that alone...this centrally located gem In the heart of Phnom Penh truly deserves 5* ++....👍👑 Nothing.

• Aurélien (9/5): Ideal guesthouse for budget travellers - I am a regular guest at this small family guesthouse for years. They are very friendly and welcoming. It is centrally located in Phnom Penh and close to pretty much everything around. It is a budget hotel, with wear and tear here and there, there is not too much to expect in terms of fanciness. But the rooms are very clean, there is hot water in the shower, the air condition works fine and the free WiFi is fast. They have a restaurant on the ground floor where they provide a large choice for breakfast which was good. I will definitely return.

• Samuel (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, air con cooled the room down, bed was a good size and they gave us fresh sheets when asked. Firstly there were so many mosquitoes in the room we have atleast 20 bites each even with repellent on, fridge only works with key card so water only stays cool over night, the room wasn’t clean, there was dust and dead bugs everywhere, wasn’t a very a good stay.

I ñ - S Perfect guesthouse, on Riverside at 178 street...a fantastic location with lots going on...markets royal Palace, Museum, shops , bars - & restaurants. Very friendly management & staff who are always willing to help..all in all a fantastic choice for Phnom Penh and the price is unbelievable.

• Jessica (5/5): Ok for budget travellers for a night or two - Good location, reasonable price, staff helpful for late check in and arranging onward transport Quite dirty, the towels looked unclean with stains. Bedsheets had large stains and cigarette burns in the sheets.
• Sergii (9/5): Superb - Considering the cost, which was about 12 USD per night, it is was exceptional. I mean, a big hotel room, a strong air-conditioner, fair to decent WiFi, and a somewhat substandard shower. Very soft and comfortable bed. Extremely good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
