• Leigh (4/5): - I requested a room to accommodate my disabled friend but was placed instead on the upper level of the motel. My friend walks with a cane, and is 85 years old. She had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the room.

The electric blanket on the right side of the queen bed doesn’t work. The light showed it was on, but it didn’t heat up. The microwave oven wasn’t great. Only one button worked. Only express button worked. Had to press several times to warm milk

• Choni (3/5): It was actually terrible. The room smelt like it hadn't been open for years it smelt musty and stale - The shower The smell in that room was gross. They didn't have ventilation for cooking so alarm went off just cooking eggs. Beds in room were horrible same again I dont think those beds had been cleaned since last people were there so they smelt too. So noisy from downstairs to upstairs. Was looking for clean affordable accommodation for 2 nights. I got affordable but after that stay would rather pay more. I wouldn't say you get what you pay for as ive stayed in beautiful motels for same price. Reception lady was very nice.

• Russell (5/5): Not up to usual good standard. - No one there to check in. Had to call 0800 number and wait for a reply. Check in message arrived an hour later. Only sink was in bathroom. Fridge was tiny. No service all weekend and coffee/ hot chocolate were not replenished. Have stayed here before numerous times and was very disappointed this time.

• Karyn (3/5): Wouldn't stay there again. - It was in a good location, close to inner city shops & supermarket. The bathroom was clean. The floor was so dirty & sticky, especially in the kitchen. Our feet were black. Also when you opened the kitchen drawers & cupboards it smelt very mildewy & we had to wash all the plates & cups to get rid of the smell before we could use them. The walls are very thin & you can hear all your neighbours. No couch to sit on.

• Hardy (10/5): I have stayed here on two occasions in different rooms, i will stay here again many more times. - The shower pressure is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The free wifi works well and the tv was good. They supply free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, and salt and pepper. As well as conditioning shampoo, soap bars, makeup wipes and a shower cap for your hair. The room also had a fan, extra blankets and a hairdryer. There was beautiful art on the walls as well. Always a very comfortable stay here. There wasn't anything that I didn't like, everything was perfect.

• Burkhard Bartold (4/5): Zentrale renovierungsbedürftige Unterkunft mit unfreundlichem Empfang - Wir konnten direkt vor dem Appartment kostenfrei parken und hatten mehrere Betten zur Auswahl bereit (insgesamt 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten). Die Unterkunft lag recht zentral. Der Manager war bei der Einweisung im Waschsalon eher unwillig und hat uns morgens beim Frühstück im Appartment mit dem Hinweis gestört, dass wir in einer halben Stunde abreisen müssten. Die Unterkunft hatte für die Anzahl der Betten viel zu wenig Interieur (nur 6 Stühle für 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten und stark reduziertes Geschirr und Besteck/ Töpfe). Die Duschkabine war nach einmaligem Duschen undicht und der Wasserdruck war nicht ausreichend. Alles machte einen stark abgenutzten und unordentlichen Eindruck. Das war den Preis nicht wert!
