• Kubilay (10/5): Çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Madrid'e geldiğimizde mutlaka geleceğiz. - Odamız çok temizdi. Konumu çok güzel marketlere ve yemek yerlerine yakın. Merkeze 25 dakikada metro ile hızlıca gidebildik. Hostel metroya 3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

• D'acunzo (10/5): Se dovessimo tornare a Madrid torneremmo di certo qui! - Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato perfetto! La posizione è ottima: metro a pochi passi, servizi tutti intorno e nonostante fosse centrale è stata molto silenziosa. Plus della stanza: il bidet in bagno!

• Mohamed (1/5): Very rude staff - Nice location and clean place The receptionist was very rude and not nice at all, he stated that the card not working on booking and I’ve changed it on booking then received that property declined your card. He got very frustrated and started to ask you need to pay here I told him I don’t mind hut i need to understand, he said go and find another hotel, I told him I don’t mind paying here now but he left me talking and went somewhere and came back ignoring me. I had no other solution except paying at property with same card declined by them earlier and guess what it worked. Then he gave me room key for already occupied room and opened the door found a couple sleeping in the room I apologised and went back to him and finally gave a right one!!!

• Antonio Francisco (10/5): - Muy tranquilo y limpio, céntrico y a un precio razonable. Me pusieron la cama grande al mismo precio sin pedirlo. El trato fue muy bueno y el personal muy amable. Un hostal discreto y cómodo para moverse por el centro. El váter no tiene escobilla.

Plutôt bonne insonorisation (si les clients se comportent avec respect) Salle de bain un peu petite et pas très pratique surtout la cabine de douche (il ne faut surtout pas être corpulent!).

Un po' di cattivo odore dagli scarichi. Le camere non insonorizzate e dal cortile interno sotto la finestra della camera provenivano molti rumori fino a tarda notte.

J’ai dû laisser plusieurs messages pour avoir le code du wi-fi sans aucune réponse mais à part ça c’était parfait.

A pochi metri dalla struttura c'è la fermata della metro Cuatro Caminos dalla quale si può raggiungere comodamente qualsiasi zona della città e l'aeroporto di Barajas. La zona è residenziale e sicura. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti, supermercati, bar, ristoranti ed attività commerciali. L'hostal è pulito, ha una reception sempre aperta e il personale è disponibile. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto in relazione alla zona non troppo centrale

• Hassaine (6/5): - Está bien por el precio que tiene. No había espejo en la habitación, sólo uno pequeño en el lavabo que estaba muy alto, tenía que ponerme de puntillas para ver media cara. El secador dejó de funcionar al minuto. No sé si las ventanas tienen Persianas, me parece que no, pero hay una ventana enorme en el baño Que solo se tapa por una cortina que no tapa ni toda la ventana. Eso deja mucho Que desear en cuánto a intimidad.

It was also simple but had everything I needed: a tidy room to have a good sleep and a clean bathroom. Staff was at reception 24/7. The facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The bathroom had a window without opaque glass, had to leave the blinds down. I booked the room for the weekend of Madrid marathon and it was quite pricey. The entrance has a few steps so it's not fully accessible.

• Ruben (3/5): No es un lugar que cueste lo que he pagado por él - La ubicación seguramente fuera el punto más interesante, no tanto por la calle que tampoco generaba mucha confianza, pero sí por la zona cerca de Cuatro Caminos. En general creo que es uno de los establecimientos con peor relación calidad-precio en los que he estado, entiendo la subida de la demanda en Madrid, pero me ha parecido abrumador una vez visto. Bastante ruido en la habitación, una luz un poco rara desde el pasillo toda la noche, el armario colocado en diagonal. Bastante raro
• Charlotte (8/5): Nice and clean, would stay again - Room was a good size and tidy, plenty of storage space for a short stay. Bathroom was nice and clean, windows were pretty soundproof It was quite noisy, the walls seemed thin and you could hear your neighbours but that didn’t affect my stay (just something to be aware of). Also my shower head was really high up, I’m quite tall and I had to stretch to reach, could be an issue if you’re 5’8 or under

• Krisztina (7/5): A szoba tiszta, de a minőséghez képest magas az ár. - Tisztaság volt. Van egy zöld udvara a hotelnek, ahol ápoltak a növények. Utazásom előtt a hotelből nem kaptam választ emailben feltett kérdésemre. A recepción dolgozókra a legkevésbé mondanám, hogy barátságosak vagy segítőkészek lennének. A hotel utcája és a környéke rendezetlen, barátságtalan, ahogy a hotel recepciójának környéke és a lobby is. A fűrdőszobában a mosdó alá a wc közelébe volt betéve egy hűtő, ami egy rozoga, igénytalan talapzaton állt. Az ágy nagyon kicsi 2 személynek és kényelmetlen a matrac. Olyan vékonyak a falak és az ajtók, hogy a szomszéd szobák és a folyósó zajai nagyon átjönnek. Reggelire nincs lehetőség.

La habitación y el baño son bastantes grandes Se escucha bastante ruido viniendo del pasillo, de otros huespedes.
