Shelley (8/5): Quiet and restful - We needed an inexpensive room for the night, and this place more than met our needs. The room we were allocated was enormous! There was a very comfortable super king bed and a single bed as well. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The kitchen facilities were appreciated. The room was very good value for money, and it was a short drive (or walk) to restaurants and the supermarket. We did feel that the main lighting in the room was very bright, with limited options to dim, although there were small bedside lamps. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

raj (1/5): Never again. - Location I guess It’s pretty outdated and run down for the price charged near the lake but no view of the lake from the rooms I’ve stayed in. Limited parking. Staff enter room while you’re out without any notice or permission. Privacy violation in my view. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Unprofessional, borderline rude staff. Recommend other places to stay in Hamilton: Alcamo, Barclay, or even Settlers motel.
Makereta (9/5): - Good location, very spacious, everything we needed for our stay. My husband has a bad back and knees, couch was very low and unsupportive.
Garry (6/5): Cheap, comfortable and handy. - Large, spacious room. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable. It had a spa bath (which we didn't use). Handy to town. Walking distance to lake. Fault with our alarm system meant it had to be attended to, twice. Staff are not on site all day, although all issues were fixed in a reasonable time. However, the kitchen lacked a plug for the sink. There was a lack of basic kitchen equipment (sharp knife, spatula, etc) and everything felt a little dated. The room although large was spartan and could easily be improved.
Dover (6/5): Questionable billing practices - It was at a good location and facilities were adequate for a short stay. I thought I'd be charged online via booking.com but I got charged at check-in and had to pay a 2.8% transaction fee plus a $100 deposit, neither of which I was expecting. It's now 12hrs since checking out I'm still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Not a great experience.

Saw this happen to mutliple groups over the weekend some waiting even longer. Ants infested the room, do not leave any food or drinks out the ants will find it!

Rachel (9/5): - Was a very good location for us given we had a family member in hospital. Very comfortable beds with good quality linen, an older motel but very comfortable. The shower head needs attention in unit 9 and the skirting boards in bathroom could do with a wipe due to dust build up, the outside could do with a little waterblast but we were very happy with our stay indeed.
