• Chantal Marie (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, unsaubere Zimmer - Gute Lage, Parkplätze vor dem Gebäude Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man Wert auf Komfort und Sauberkeit legt. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers war ein sehr starker Geruch nach Mottenkugeln bzw. Minzbällchen wahrnehmbar, was das Atmen echt schwer gemacht hat. Leider waren bei der Buchung nur wenige aussagekräftige Bilder vorhanden, wodurch wichtige Details des Zimmers nicht ersichtlich waren. Das Bett wirkte sehr alt, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad waren noch Haare und Schmutz zu finden. Insgesamt machte alles einen ungepflegten Eindruck und wir haben uns leider nicht wohlgefühlt. Beim Abwischen der Oberflächen war das Tuch dreckig. Nachdem wir das Personal darauf angesprochen hatten, wurde uns zwar ein Familienzimmer gezeigt, dieses unterschied sich jedoch kaum vom ursprünglichen Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde uns aber nicht einfach so angeboten, sondern es wurde dann von uns verlangt, den doppelten Betrag zu zahlen (also für das ursprüngliche Zimmer UND für das Familienzimmer zusammen), andere Lösungen wurden uns nicht angeboten. Deshalb haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet, ohne Rückerstattung, und uns kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel gesucht.
• Gianluca (1/5): Da non ripetere - La posizione La stanza puzzava di muffa aveva l’unica finestra che dava sul corridoio ho chiesto di poterla cambiare e non l’hanno fatto mi hanno messo la naftalina! Il giorno dopo me ne sono andato prima del previsto e per fortuna non ci ho dormito, quando ho detto il perché me ne andavano non hanno fatto una piega… se andate prendete una stanza con la finestra vera, questo vale in generale detto che a vedere le foto la stanza sembrava finestrata.. e non sul corridoio!

• Mwanini (5/5): Vermijd kamers op de begane grond. - De douche is top qua waterdruk en warmte. Ook bieden ze de gewoonlijke tandenborstels en wattenstaafjes. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en attent, daar ligt het zeker niet aan! Let dus vooral bij t boeken op een kamer met een raam en vermijd begane grond. Er waren geen echte ramen in onze kamer (begane grond) wat betekent dat er geen manier is om de ruimte goed te luchten. De ramen die er zitten openen naar de lobby. Helaas heeft de badkamer hierdoor veel schimmel en hangt deze lucht ook in de kamer. Het beddengoed voelde hierdoor ook erg klam aan. Het kan zijn dat dit niet in de andere kamers was en dat wij pech hadden.

• Lionelle (9/5): Super Hotel - Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr vielen Läden und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sauber und man hatte einen Wasserkocher zur Verfügung, sein Wasser konnte man unten in der Lobby am Wasserspender auffüllen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war leider sehr hellhörig so das man alles was vor den Türen passiert ist hören konnte, und unser Schrank hat sehr gestunken.

• Julia (1/5): Horrible experience - We dont understand how this hotel gets such a high rating. The booking reviews must be fake. The room was incredibly dirty and the bathroom moldy. It had no real windows but by far the worst was that we realized after we left that we got fleas from the mattress.

Nous avions jne chambre dont les fenêtres donnaient sur le couloir, mais ça ne dérange pas. Lit très confortable, climatisation silencieuse. Nous avons très bien dormi, mieux qu'à d'autres endroits, car moins de bruit et de lumière. Tout était super. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit-déjeuner sur place.

• Mollie (9/5): Comfy guesthouse! - Good guesthouse around Malang area! We stayed here for a few nights after quite a difficult journey from elsewhere and it was just what we needed. Room was really cosy, clean, had smart TV, good AC & housekeeping offered during our stay. We were able to get express laundry done at the hotel - more of an expense than laundrettes but good for convenience. We arrived very late in the evening but staff were really friendly & helpful. Thanks for having us!

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und haben ein Fenster zum Flur (ich sehe darin kein Problem, das Fenster kann verschlossen und abgedunkelt werden). Das Badezimmer ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem hygienisch sauber. Und auch insgesamt würde ich das Zimmer als sauber bezeichnen. Der Wäscheservice hat perfekt funktioniert.

Non abbiamo capito se c'era la prima colazione, forse farei più pubblicità ai servizi eventualmente aggiuntivi...
