- LIMOR (5/5): מישהו השקיע בעיצוב ובמבנה אך לא בצוות שירותי ומזמין. ארוחת בוקר לא מומלצת ואתר בניה צמוד - המלון במיקום טוב וניכר שהשקיעו בחדר ובעיצוב מאוד. המיטות היו נוחות צוות מזעזע. התייחס מאוד לא יפה. המלון היה כמעט ריק, הפקידה התווכחה איתי שאין לי הזמנה, אחכ שזה לא כולל ארוחת בוקר ורק שהצגתי לה "הוכחה" השתכנעה. ארוחת הבוקר דלה ומטבלים היו נראים ש"עמדו" הרבה זמן. האוכל מוגש מתפריט ואין "בופה" או בחירה. היה לי חול במיטה על הסדין הטלויזיה לא עבדה וב 23:00 הגיעו לסדר לנו אותה, זה לקח 20 דק וכבר היינו ממש עייפות. הכי נורא היה להתעורר בבוקר לקולות של בניה וקונגו וטרקטורים. מסתבר שבבנין הצמוד עושים עבודות בניה. כששאלו למה זה לא היה כתוב באתר, ושזה היה משפיע על הבחירה שלנו, קיבלנו תשובה מזלזלת של "כל תל אביב בבניה עכשיו". בקיצור, היינו מזועזעות. יכולנו בקלות למצוא מלון זול יותר ובחרנו במלון רוטשילד שממש לא סיפק את הסחורה.

- Aviva (7/5): נהנינו , ענה לצרכים שלנו לביקור בתל אביב, נקי מסודר ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדר האטכל נעים ונקי שירות אישי - ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה נהנינו מאד הצוות היה מאד נחמד קואופרטיבי ועזר. החדר נקי ומסודר. המלון ממוקם מעולה קרוב למרכזים שהיו חשובים לנו. השפופרות בחדר האמבטיה לא נוחות לשימוש. חסר קומקום קטן עם תמציות תה וקפה, לא תמיד אפשר לצאת מהחדר או להזמין.

- Katilia (10/5): Second time here and still great! - This is my second time staying at the Rothschild in Tel Aviv. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and well-equipped. And this is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Make sure to get a cappuccino. Also, it’s in a great neighborhood where you can just walk outside and enjoy the vibrant city. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

After I waited for 5 minutes, I was already prepared for a shower and had to put on my cloths and go to the reception as they did not answer my call. They said I have to wait at least 7 minutes for hot water. I was in room 12. This is not what I expect from a botiqe hotel

The property is understaffed, the service is rude and unprofessional. Terrible value for money. We left halfway through our stay—this place is simply not suitable if you're used to even basic standards abroad. Avoid and book elsewhere.

Balcony room is a plus but will hear cars and motorcycles at night. Beautiful pedestrian walkway. Restaurants walking distance. taxis arrive in 2-3 minutes. Young staff, English speaking and service oriented. Has shelter in lobby.

Comfortable rooms furnished with excellent taste with all mod cons but still echoing the times that were (water in a earthenware jug). Great water pressure and l'Occitaine cosmetics in funky vial shaped plastic bottles and wooden stands. Very quiet at night. Excellent front desk service (kudos to Dimitri) and yummy breakfast made to order. The present situation shown in slight lack of tlc (spent battery in the safe) but nothing a call to reception cannot mend. Note - a few seemingly unavoidable steps at the entrance and lobby and specifically ask for a room with walk in shower if the bathtub does not work for you. Will do all my very best to come back soon.

- Matthew (6/5): - The room was nice and clean, but bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel says it has free parking - but you can only access it if you’re in a small car. Our medium sized SUV wouldn’t fit in the driveway, and we had to park a number of blocks away and pay.

- Tamar (8/5): Good hotel with a few weak points - This is a long-standing hotel in the center of Tel Aviv, a short walk from the concert hall and Habima Square. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was fine, but the bed was not so comfortable for us and the pillows were very soft. Also, they offer free parking on the premises but after reserving they contacted us to clarify that they accommodate only narrow cars and don’t have much room. That was disappointing.

Although the hotel notifies the guests about the parking lot it wasn't very reassuring to find out that we can't park there. Had some problems with water drainage in our rooms.

- sharon (4/5): - it's a stately hotel in the center of the city. however, we were told only after booking that the free onsite parking is limited to cars less than 1.8 meters wide, which terribly limits the cars that fit. i called and was told that don't worry, if the car doesn't fit, there is a lot across the street, one block away. my rental car didn't fit, and the closest lot was a 10-minute walk, which we needed to do late at night. and getting to the lot was a 20-minute adventure thru traffic, and a $9 charge for the 12 hours we parked there. to top it off, we were woken some time around 6:00 in the morning by a smoke alarm --- apparently set off by the kitchen burning some food. and the alarm went off numerous times that morning. so while the hotel itself is nice, with a courteous staff, the overall experience led to only a 2-STAR rating.

- Heimann (8/5): I liked it a lot, but for the same price I would choose a different hotel next time. - The location is amazing The lobby and the entrance area are designed very nice. The staff was very friendly. I felt very welcomed and everything was exceptionally clean. My room was ok. The view to the side, into the windows of other people was less excellent. The possibilities to watch TV were poor, everybody else has already Netflix, Apple TV or something similar.
