• Coralie (4/5): - Galère pour se garer, insonorisation affreuse, taille des chambres petites, puis de jour dans la chambre, vue sur un mur. L’hôtel est propre et proche du centre.

La salle de bains est petite et mansardée. mieux vaut être svelte et petit pour rentrer dans la cabine de douche et se servir des WC. Petit déjeuner en option. il faut le réserver pour l'avoir (peut être). L'accueil n'est pas plus nourrissant que le petit déjeuner. C'est cher pour le service.

• Marco (6/5): Gute Lage aber extrem laut - Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Check In, gute Lage. Zimmer eher klein. Haus sehr ringhörig & Lärm während der ganzen Nacht von betrunkenen Leuten, welche auf dem Heimweg waren. Kein Internet!

Gros bémol par contre, l’insonorisation inexistante dans cet hôtel... c’est vraiment dommage de partager le quotidien de tous les clients de l’hôtel dans la chambre... vraiment dommage, le reste était impeccable.

• Alain (8/5): Un hôtel accueillant - Séjour sympathique dans cet hôtel situé dans le centre de Biarritz à proximité de la plage des Basques et des halles. Le patron de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Les chambres ont de belles proportions.Le quartier est calme la nuit. Bon petit déjeuner au réveil. Seul regret, le manque d'insonorisation qui nuit à l'intimité. Mais le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant.

• Cordula (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Der Hotelier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns erklärt, wo wir kostenfrei parken können und die Koffer aufs Zitgetrsgen. Das Zimmer war ok, nur die Matratze vom Bett war für zwei Personen etwas dünn und hart. Das kontinentale Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

• Charlotte (6/5): Oui mais... - Attention, certaines chambres sont aveugles et d autres donnent sur une cour avec un vis à vis immédiat. Ceci n est pas indiqué l de la réservation. Notre confirmation indiquait une chambre vue ville. Notre conseil serait de passer un coup de fil avant d arriver. Nous avons récupéré une des chambres aveugles. Il faisait chaud et il n y avait ni lumière ni air. Le propriétaire a pu nous changer de chambre des le deuxième soir mais nous étions échaudés... par ailleurs, nous deconseillons de prendre le petit déjeuner à l hôtel. La pièce est sombre et peu accueillante. L hôtel reste très bien situé mais se garer dans les environs est un parcours du combattant (2h le samedi soir) et coûte extrêmement cher.

The single room is tiny but nice. No tea making facilities, which was a disappointment. Hairdryers available form the reception. The room was warm and clean, no noise from the street.

• Sergio (8/5): Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville - Proche de la plage, cet hôtel du centre ville est accueillant. Le responsable a toujours une petite attention à votre égard. Il est à l'écoute. La chambre est confortable et la literie de qualité. La salle de bain est une peu exiguë, surtout devant le lavabo, ou il ne faut pas être très grand. Le petits déjeuner est très correct. Le pain et les viennoiseries sont fraiches.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Correct - Chambre très (trop) petite pour le prix..surtout que la salle de bain/wc est ouverte sur le reste de la chambre.. donc pas d´intimité possible.. C’est surtout assez bruyant car les chambres donnent sur une cours minuscule qui raisonne donc il faut vivre avec les voisins.. et quand il n’y pas de clim, mieux vaut avoir des boules quies. Cependant, le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Et la situation de l’hotel reste idéale.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Vicino al centro ma rumorosissimo eletti scomodi - Stanza piccolissima, noi eravamo due adulti e due bambini; senza parcheggio con davanti solo parcheggio a pagamento e se non ho capito male il parcheggio non spettava a chi comprava su Expedia e Booking. Io non ci tornerei più, Biarritz è pieno di hotel...
• kevin (8/5): - We have no problem with this property apart from the noise level caused by guests walking on wooding floors.This may sound trivial but at 1.30 in the morning when you are a sleep.The building defo needs more sound prooffing. Overall a very clean and friendly place to stay.Also very convenient to getting around Biarritz.

• Dave (8/5): Good hotel in Biarritz - This hotel is conveniently located close to all the main sites in Biarritz. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Very tall or broad guests may find the rooms on the small side (especially the shower). I would definitely recommend this hotel at this price point.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel middle of the city - Breakfast OK, but no cheese or sausage. You can use the fridge, if you are use to have them. Good restaurants near. The hall is near and also the bus stations. It's not long from the city center or the beach.

• Claire (8/5): Walking distance to beaches and biarritz town. - A lovely hotel which is in a quiet street with the best childrens play park to the rear of the hotel. Close walk to beaches and biarritz town. We were very comfortable and the hotel was clean with good shower in en suite bathroom. We stayed in the triple room with plenty of space for the three of us. Comfortable beds and towels provided. We took our travel kettle, hairdryer as always in France for our room. We shall return!!

Ligger lite långt bort från centrum men ändå helt okej. Lite störande ljud från grannar och rum mot bakgård drar ned betyget. Litet trångt rum men mysigt ändå.

L'hotel au centre de tout,tres propre,le petit dejeuner plus que copieux et pour couronner des patrons super gentils ,a votre ecoute et a votre disposition. Je recommande cet hotel les yeux fermes..... Si une prochaine fois j'ai l'occasion de retourner dans ce coin ,je retourne sans aucun doute a cet hotel

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good, except parking is a serious challenge - This is nice homey-feeling hotel. It is an easy walk to the ocean walkway and not far from a small beach. It is also a fairly easy walk into town. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. The only concern I'd have with staying again is that I was here before the main season on an unexpectedly warm day and it was extremely difficult to find parking nearby. There is a spot reserved for checking-in and dropping off your luggage, but you may spend some time hunting for a space after that! If you're taking the train, I'd certainly recommend it.
• Gerard (8/5): A perfectly acceptable hotel for the price. - Fine for a short stay but don't expect any frills. Breakfast good value for 7 euros. I suspect that the walls might be a bit poorly insulated noise-wise but thankfully there were no late night revellers.

On a l'impression d'être dans une maison. C'est joliment décoré. Biarritz est une ville magnifique que l'on ne peut manquer d'admirer.
• Kamal (2/5): Négative - A l'arrivé, on a vu la chambre vraiment petite d'une manière ou on ne peut pas passer dans la chambre avec une valise. Alors, on a demande une autre chambre, il nous a proposé une autre avec une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir, autrement dit impossible de faire l’aération. Finalement, il fallut ajouter 10€ pour avoir une chambre plus correcte.

Le gérant est super sympa et disponible. le quartier est très calme à l'écart des turbulences des nuits bien arrosées de Biarritz. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais tout y est, wifi gratuit, télé, informations, lit confortable, accès à l'hôtel 24/24, parking non payant dans les rues aux alentours...

• Nat (8/5): Great value - we stayed 5 nights in the hotel and really had a good time. Very friendly and helpful owner, small but very comfortable and modern room and perfect location in Biarritz, close to the ocean and city centre. Definitely recommend it.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Hip to be square - OK location, but less-than-paper thin walls and unnecessary laminated floors ensure that you will not have any sleep whatsoever until ALL your neighbors, including those on the same floor as you as well as those above and below you - do. And the town being a party place, well, good luck with that.
