The location was good, in Goreme close to the balloon launch sites, so we could enjoy the spectacle in the morning. There were a lot of parking places which helped us. The room was big and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Beds ate comfortable and rooms are huge A major turn off was the stray cats which the hotel staff could not keep out, so every time the door opened, one had to be weary of a stray cat running into the room. They should sit right in front of the room doors. A cat even scratched a staff member until he bled and needed first aid

Breakfast was generous but limited variety. Staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and supplied additional bottled water whenever required. Even warmed food for us that was bought outside. Overall a very good and relaxing stay Unfortunately the shower drain had a terrible sewage smell amd in the bathroom as well which was really offensive. We thought it was coming from outside hence we did not report to staff. Only on the last day we discovered it was from the shower. Besides this, the over stay was incredible

- ARTIKORN (5/5): Everything was great except some staff behaviour - Room was quite large compare to other properties. Location was great not too noisy but everything was in walking distance. A man who look like manager at Breakfast area, his manner and the way he spoke to us very disappointed. Look like he was not happy to welcome Asian tourists. By the way, the way he took care other nations tourists was so different, he was so welcome with big smile and warm greetings.

Дуже красивий вид з веранди. А також є зал для відпочинку окремо, що зручно, якщо велика родина. Номер нам дуже сподобався. Ванна з джакузі. Діти були в захваті. Було дуже холодно і ми ввімкнули кондиціонери. Вони не гріли. Коли ми відкрили їх щоб подивитися на решітки, то там було ДУЖЕ БАГАТО бруду та пилюки. Тільки після того, як ми помили, то кондиціонер почав опалювати приміщення. І коли ти йдеш з номеру, то кондиціонер вимикається і приміщення так і не нагрівається. Тобто, взимку я б тут не хотіла жити. Холодно дуже. А ще всього 1 рулон туалетного папіру на родину на декілька днів. Ну... таке собі, наче знущання. Немає сушилки для рушників. 1 раз витерся і все... рушник не сохне і його треба міняти. Дуже холодгл у ванній кімнаті. Сніданок з 8.30 до 10.30 шведиьский стіл. Ми прийшли о 9.30. Вже половини блюд не було. І їх не оновлювали. Прийшлося просити, щоб нам посмажили яйця і сосиски. І це зробили без особливого задоволення.

La doccia avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, i raccordi perdono acqua. Il bagnoschiuma e i saponi non vengono ripristinati giornalmente, abbiamo dovuto chiedere in reception.

- Izzy (9/5): Amazing staff and location, great stay! - The property was in a great location. It was a 10 minute easy walk into the town but also really quiet. In the morning we got up early each day to have a view from the terrace of all the balloons flying over. The room was spacious, clean and well done. Breakfast was really tasty and freshly prepared each day. The team were so kind and helpful and very efficient. I couldn’t recommend them more. It was really easy to arrange transport pick up through them and they were helpful with location recommendations. We could also organise our whole hot air balloon ride through the hotel which was really easy and great! Our only issue we had was the room was very hot! The team did look at the air-con for us which helped a bit but it was still warm for the setting of 18 degrees.

Colazione varia e buona, dolce e salata. Il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi ma dalla struttura non si vede il paese nelle rocce che è meraviglioso. Terrazza panoramica per vedere le mongolfiere. Noi due adulti e due bambine siamo stati molto bene.

- Ahmed (10/5): Perfect place to spend a few days in cappadocia - We were only here for less than 72 hours but are very glad we chose this property. I didnt realize at the time of the booking that the hotel is the same as the operator under the name Royal Balloons. They helped me book a balloon flight for the day after our arrival. The sunrise was fully booked so we took the “daylight “ one just 45 min later. Still we had to wake up at 4 to be ready in the meeting point by 4:40…which happened to be our lobby. So keep in mind for first flight you will need to be ready by 4am to be taken to launch site. I guess folks staying elsewhere have to account for even more time if they are booked with Royal Balloons, in order to be brought here. We booked a family deluxe suite which had a queen bed in the bedroom and two separate twins in the entry room. Perfect for our family of 4. Both the hotel and the balloon flight worked out great for us. We happened to arrive on early flight from Istanbul landing at 12:40 and the shuttle arranged by the hotel was already waiting w our name among others. And we made it to hotel by 2 pm check-in time giving us rest of day to explore. Goreme is well situated to explore cappadocia. The town itself has a lot of shops and restaurants and easy 6-8 min walk away. Front desk gave us the idea to maybe rent car if we want instead of all day tour so we did for 24 hours and it let us explore at our timeline and the sites we wanted to go from the red tour. Highly recommend this place for their friendliness and location

The only thing that it was not ok was the air ballons price which they want it to charge me 230 euros, but on the main street of Goreme I got for 100 euros. I recommend to buy all the tour on the street not in the hotel ok.

If you’re lucky, the rooms have a view of balloons which take off in the morning. If not, you can go to the terrace which is a comfortable place to view it as well. The room I stayed in was otherwise small suited to a maximum of two. My only tip is to plan your pick up or shuttle if possible. Taxis cost to Göreme is about US 60 to US 70.

Location is about 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre. Some good coffee, restaurants and bakeries are nearby.

- Yasir (7/5): Good - I liked the breakfast and the man who was overseeing breakfast was really friendly. Staff were doing their job but I wouldn’t say anything more or less. Just doing what needed to be done and answering the questions asked. They mentioned that they would pack us a lunch when we left for the airport but didn’t really follow up on that.

- Glenn (10/5): - This hotel exceeded my expectations. I initially wanted to experience a cave hotel, but the price here couldn’t be beat—it was much more affordable than the cave hotels. We also wanted space during our stay, and this place delivered. There were four of us, and the room included a separate living area, a bedroom area, and a huge bathroom that was almost the size of a standard hotel room. They provided slippers, bathrobes, soaps, shampoos, shoehorns, shoe polish, and other thoughtful amenities. The food was great too. We had to leave early at 6 a.m., and they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us to take on our journey.

- Xiaofan (10/5): Perfect！as always! - I've stayed here three times over the course of ten years, and it's been consistently excellent! It's a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is truly spectacular. You can watch hot air balloons taking off and landing from the rooftop, and it's also a great starting point for hiking trips! Highly recommended!

- George (10/5): An amazing place to stay in Cappadocia 🎈 - This is an amazing place and I fully recommend it. I booked last minute and they sent me a shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport. The staff are super friendly and location was wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic with an amazing rooftop where you can see the balloons taking off 🎈

- Eftee (9/5): Superb - We booked a triple room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looks new, clean and big. We arrived late around 2 a.m and greeted by Ahmet (front desk crew). He was courteous and assisted us with our luggage. (1st floor - no elevator) to our room. He was also our shuttle driver for our Balloon ride. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. We also would like to thank the breakfast team, they were kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast has a large variety and delicious! Last but not least, thank you to the Royal Balloon team for a wonderful experience! Stayed for 2 nights only 😞

- Miroslav (9/5): Overall experience was really good - Staff was nice, location is short walking distance from city center, breakfast was good, rooms are comfy As you all looking for best terrace for viewing this one is ok but not high than others hotels and you dont have a swimming pool. Not a classic cave hotel. Not a lift for people with disabilities.
