- Shauna (8/5): - We were attending at event at Torquay commons so the location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the entrance and walking distance to the centre of town. The cabin is basic but clean. The water pressure in the shower is very poor. The cabin has two distinct parking spots which are solely designated to the cabin yet the park allows only ONE car per site. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people so we arrived in 2 cars but we're only allowed one car to enter through the boom gates.

Check in was very easy and the staff were so accommodating and welcoming. Would definitely stay again! I wish the door height was a bit taller, constantly banging my head.

We were under the trees near the amenities which was nice and convenient. Great kitchen and bathrooms for campers. I was expecting ocean views from the photo. But then again it can get very windy so it’s probably a good thing to be more inland and sheltered.

I needed to upgrade from a tent due to rain...Im only one person on a limited budget and the apparently only upgrade I could get was for a family cabin that fit 6 ppl... on some kinda rainy days in november ...I could be wrong , but the park didnt seem that busy...I wouldve really appreciated not paying so much for things I really didnt need ..like an extra bedroom and a giant coach that was so dirty I refused to sit on it or touch it...wreaked / smelt of some kind of chemical cleaner that didnt feel healthy to breathe in for so long.. Also, the entire reception area smelt heavily like bad body odour, I had to leave my bag and go back a few times.. Seems sucha shame to have easily fixable gross smells and things.

The park had ran out of gas but no communication to guests. All found out the cold way. Very poor customer service.
