- Fatima (9/5): It is what it is - Close to restaurants,clean facility, friendly staff, That the pool was closed for maintenance,I should have been informed because that was why I booked the hotel. Also the housekeeping staff were going in and out of the doors making their slam when you were trying to sleep and then the room next door to me had balloons all over the room and they were popping them and they were making a loud noise as well. They should be considerate of the guests when they are going in and out of rooms letting the doors slam behind them. Also in the bathroom the bathroom door would not stay open it closed up behind you because the door was too heavy to stay open by itself. The toilet ran and had to shake the handle in order to stop the toilet from running.

They told me they didn’t have my reservation as 2 queen beds but only had a king room. Then they said I had to pay for the room all over again when I had already paid for my original room days prior. Financially it got resolved and I didn’t have to pay extra but I still had to stay in a king room.

From the moment we entered th - Close to I-85 I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we entered the room, there was a musty odor that lingered unpleasantly. Additionally, the door hinge was loose and almost fell on my husband’s head due to missing screws. Upon closer inspection, we noticed a hole in the bathroom door and a half-used toilet paper roll left behind. There were hardly any towels available, and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall with exposed wires, which was a major safety concern. Lastly, the bed sheets also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I hope the hotel improves these conditions for future guests.
