Guest Reviews
- Jemae (2/5): Not worth it. - Location. No elevator. Bathtub has cracks, not very clean, there's cockroaches on the floor. did not give essentials upon checking in. Only 1 key card ( we are 3 guests in total), no breakfast stub, no mineral water, no toiletries. All had to be requested. Called the reception 3 times before answering the phone. Took a while for the requested water to arrive. Breakfast stub needs to be taken from the reception the next morning.
- Theresa Mori (8/5): -
- Wojciech (10/5): My castle , my home . - Very friendly personal I was missing my room when i was staying on my first stay
- Agujo (5/5): Average - Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular. Smell. Hall ways smell like paint thinner.
- Cordel (5/5): -
- Avegail Espinida (9/5): - The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
- Cleff (7/5): - Convenient location Amenities are limited
- Erin (1/5): Don’t ever stay here people I know I will never ever stay here - Nothing Very dirty , when we checked in room was disgusting nothing was clean took them 2 hours to clean while we waited, never ate there to scared how dirty the whole place is
- Kurt Ivan (9/5): -
- Tuan (8/5): - The accommodating staff and the theme of the hotel There were molds on the shower curtain.
- Rosemarie (10/5): -
- Janet (8/5): - Great location! need a bit of updates.
- Maria (6/5): - Staff are very friendly and accomodating. It's conveniently located near a shopping center so grabbing basic necessities is easy if you forgot to bring something. The breakfast was okay, a bit on the high price for the quality. The hotel and room itself is absolutely cute. I loved the decor in the lobby! It gives off Medieval times charm. The room is a bit smaller than what I'm used to but it's okay if you'll just come back after long day and merely sleep. The building facaded of the hotel probably will benefit for a little bit of an update. It looks outdated and takes away from the charm of the interior.
- Timothy (4/5): - The staff are amazing, wonderful people. The dungeon bar and lobby restaurant are fantastic. The carpets in the hall and room, the bed are disgusting. The shower water did not work and we either burned or froze. Other than having gross carpet, bedding and pillows, and shower water inoperative selections, was wonderful.
- Mary dion (10/5): - Very nice property. Host was very friendly.
- Frankie (10/5): - You can walk through the mall opposite and there is an night club
- Joel (8/5): - Nice and affordable. Need a bit of upgrading in facilities
- Nicholas (8/5): - A serene place to lodge in at a very affordable price. I I’ll definitely go back
- Towfiq (2/5): Cold shower - No hot water so I left 5 hours later
- Ross George (10/5): - All of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! The room, the restaurant and the pub with live entertainment was all 100 percent! I look forward to my next trip to the Philippines and if I am in the Manila area, I would certainly stay here!
- MC (6/5): - I like the location, price and staff service. The property urgently needs renovation.
- Mar (4/5): - I don’t like the place. The room is dirty and I saw small cockroach. I will never go there again.
- marcelino (10/5): - Comportable
- Irene (2/5): Everything is a mess! - The place is creepy. Everything in the room is old including the closet. The tv is SO blurry that you can't even see what you're watching. The reception old lady was mean and rude and judgemental. I could say she's talking about me and my friend checking in. She's not accommodating and approchable. The wifi which they advertise for free is NOT FOR FREE. You have to pay for it for like $2 per hour which is insane! I'm paying for the room for almost $40 for a night and everything is a mess! The only thing is good is the food. Even the sink of their bath thub is very hard to use. The water is dripping all over the floor. It's not clean and has a very bad engineering. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Bettee find other place guy, there's a lot cheaper and better. They also advertised the cancellation is for FREE but when you tried to cancel it, they won't refund it! Ridiculous people. #NeverAgain
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Idyllic but good for an overnight stay with such a low rate - needs to revamp up about services and amenities, modernize the rooms...
- Eric divino (8/5): - Comfortable
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good except no wifi or signal in room
- Verified traveler (6/5): Expected More - It was ok. I have been here before when it was still the Old Camelot Hotel. I expected more from s remodeled hotel.
- Angie (4/5): - First time to experience a hotel stay without toiletries available in the bath room, pillows are hard and lumpy and filthy inside, disgusting.
- Terri (10/5): - Great place to stay -shops and restaurants across the street and live band nightly-also very friendly staff.
- Cesar (10/5): Nice place - It is a great place to stay. It is newly refurbished which removes its seemingly old odour. Staffs are helpful, courteous.
- mary ann (10/5): Super happy - Its great and im always impressed with amazing food they serve...yummy delicious.very convenient on location too. Staffs are very accommodating too.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall wonderful experience as usual, remains one of my favorite hotels, located in South Triangle, one one the best areas, private rooms, comfortable and a nice time, feels like you're a resident in a castle instead of a tenant in a hotel. The hotel has it's own quality restaurant and cafe or 7-11, restaurants, groceries and more in the mini mall at M Place right across the street. Restaurant food delivery right to your room from almost any local restaurant or fast food joint. Within a short walk or short taxi ride to anywhere.. shopping, many malls, attractions, restaurants, many forms of transportaion, tricycle, taxi, light rail within walking distance and the bus depots to anywhere is close by. Try the trinoma mall, basicly 5 floors of food choices, outdoor gardens and restaurants even on the top floor. Local celebrity sightings near the hotel, even as close as across the street at the Coffee Bean. Every posible food choice, even street food is on the same street or Pinay Ave behind M Place if you want to taste. Never disappointed with this hotel or the area.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to everything we needed for our stay in the city. Restaurant was excellent food and well priced.
- 建煇 (2/5): - It’s very old hotel,may be over 30 years,bed and old equipment ,dirty bed sheet&bath towel,wi-fi not availbably,no airport transportation,big difference with advertisement,it’s a hostel not a 3.5 star hotel
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not good for business travelers - Free Wi-Fi with good connection is only available in the check-in area. They don’t even have a work area nearby so you would have to sit in an old couch to work. You have to pay to be able to use the internet in your room, which I was told would not guarantee a good connection. The internet service was down for 3 days while I was there so I have to find a coffee shop in the area to send out important files.
- Verified traveler (6/5):
(8/5): Not bad. - Not bad. But so many ant. It's a terrible!
- Aimee (6/5): Not really nice.. - I didn't expect that the small single bed, usually its twin double bed, and also there is no complimentary toiletries especially toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner, you need to call them and they charge me double the price of srp. Its good to stay just to have lodging after my event but hopefully to improved their service & accomodations and also a renovation perhaps to not look like creepy & Scarry.. Thank you..
- Verified traveler (6/5): No free breakfast and wifi - Well the most important for travelers to have free breakfast and wifi for their guest. But unfortunately they are not included for online booking
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great hotel concept but just rundown - Stayed 3 nights. First night told the staff the sink was leaking. They came looked and said it was where I had spilled water on the floor. The next day the leak got much worse and had to change rooms. Day two second room. Pull back the blanket to find horribly filthy sheets. Request new bedding and this seems to irritate the staff. Day three ask for clean towels and once again the staff is irritated. Suggestions to the owners renovate and repair issues and hire a staff that actually wants a job
- P (8/5): Nice location friendly staff - Nice location friendly staff. Good for the price.
- DELIA (10/5): - It was a very good experience and will go back and will refer my family and friends to stay there. Everything is there and it was a right choice we made to stay there.
- DAI (10/5): A nice historic hotel. - I and my wife had to attend an event near there, so we stayed here. Price is affordable, and comfortable was beyond of our expectation. In addition, a nice bar "Dungeon bar" is underground of this hotel.
- mary ann (8/5): BE OUR GUEST AND TAKE IT TO A TEST! - Its cozy, food is awesome, hotel ambiance is great with a touch of royalty experiences. One thing im not satisfied is their WIFI OFFERED. you get ripped off using their wifi:(
- Verified traveler (10/5): very accessible, accommodating and efficient staff - It was awesome...The hotel is accessible and just in front of 7/11.
I really appreciate the efficient staff even the security on duty was able to provide me a direction on my way to church and even gave me tips to have a cheaper mode of transpo. kudos!
- Verified traveler (6/5): WiFiが有料だった。 - WiFiが有料であったのは残念でした。
- nenita (8/5): - It helps when staff were helpful, nice and friendly, in which, they were. Only the room needs to be improved because as I mentioned above. Beddings/towels and garbage were not changed and collected for how many days, 'till I asked them. So as the toilet paper and soap were not replenished each day. Over all, it was ok.
- Jennyfer (4/5): Locationis good - Creepy, old, smelly carpet.
- Morris (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay very much and will stay there again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice! - Nice themed hotel, friendly helpful staff, convenient and close to malls, restaurants, grocery, access to transportation, taxi, tricycle, mrt. Attractions nearby. Felt like home.
- KBonita (6/5): Tudor Style Hotel - The hotel is good. When you enter, there is a nostalgic feeling because of the decors and appearance. Room is ok, pleasant to stay. Across the building have a shopping mall so it is accessible to get groceries if you feel like to.
Very near to Quezon City Hall, about 5 minutes by taxi. It is a great location if you have appointments in there to avoid the traffic in the morning.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good - Good
- RP (8/5): Decor is true to character, rustic but comfortable - Charming facad and lobby. Small but comfortable room. Nice flat screen tv, but too bad no remote control. The supply of towels was inadequate. Only two bath towels provide and no hand towels or wash cloths. Also no shampoo and conditioner provided. And no spare roll of toilet paper was provided until we asked for it. food menu is pricy for the location, but it is worth ordering room service for the convenience. Most of the food was delightful, but even though tasty, all meat dishes we tried were much too oily or greasy, and we tried most of them. Hotel staffs were very helpful, and service was very prompt and courteous. We spent a great deal of time in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. Karaoke was nice, but bring a flashlight or you won't be able to read the song titles and reference numbers. More table lighting would enhance the experience. Beware the distance from the airport is not as close as you might expect. It was a 2 hour taxi ride from the airport. We wanted to go to karaoke a second time, but they don't offer it every night, so a little disappointed in that. Overall, we were well pleased with the hotel. It was a good value
- Verified traveler (6/5): Dungeon Bar - The only problem I had here was smoking in The Dungeon Bar. The live entertainment and drinks were good, but the customers smoking spoiled my experience. This is a very outdated practice in most countries.
- juliet A (8/5): Good Entertainment, Served our purpose - Served our purpose close to places to dine & my medical visits at st Luke''s, too bad no free wifi & local calls. These free services are essential. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Staff very courteous. Towels, toiletries & blankets could be better.
- LUISITO VENCO (8/5): Need to improve guest's pampering methods - Average hotel but what surprised me a lot are the guards...They are so helpful and attentive to guests needs and always with smiling faces each time I was near..best examples for the management of this hotel, to be applied to the rest of the staff...but overall for me it's Ok
- D (8/5): Nice style of hotel - Great overall, nice decor, friendly staff, clean room, good food. Good location
- Manuel (4/5): Bad trip - Poor service very uncomfortable to sleep , the a/ c is noisy . You need to pay everything and the food too sweet.
- Yukki (8/5): Cheap but it's worth than it. - Considering its cheap accommodation. It's good in terms of location, room, the stuff.
- Claus (10/5): Nice, very charming - I stayed a week at This hotel. I only have positive things to say..
Friendly staff, Nice rooms. And cosy evening nights at the hotels bar.
I Would definetly stay here again
- Roberto Romero (8/5): Close to places where I wanted to go. - It needs remodeling specially the rooms. Staff are very professionals and outstanding in accommodating/meeting with customers demand.
