The afternoon and evening drinks free of charge in the restaurant area is a real bonus. Walkable from the station and more central areas of Sapporo. The room was quite dated in terms of furnishings and bathroom. For a hotel this size felt like it lacked facilities like a gym.

- Midori (9/5): ゆっくり滞在を楽しんだ - ホテルが大きく造りもゴージャス。部屋はキングベットの部屋で一人にはとても広く、日常を忘れてゆったりと過ごすことが出来た。 レストランの朝食は素晴らしかった。 毎朝いただいたのはデトックスウォーターととても立派な大きさのスモークサーモン(流石北海道)そしてご飯が美味しくいただけた肉豆腐、連日はなかったが熱々のちまき、デザートでは季節メニューのいちごのタルト、コーヒーも毎朝二杯いただいた。夜には無料でアルコールなどがいただける場所にもなっていて、お子さんから年配者、お酒が飲めない方にも楽しめるラインナップになっていて とても良いなぁと思った。とにかく天井が高くガラス窓もあいまって閉塞感が皆無。気持ち良い空間での飲食は毎回楽しみであった。 忘れてはいけないのは１階のショップ。ホテル内で必要な飲み物やおつまみ、お菓子、アイスもあり、北海道の作家さんの品物が沢山置いてあったり。とても広い店内でワクワク感が止まらなかった。スタッフの方のとても丁寧で温かな接客には心から感謝。 フロントのスタッフ皆さんも親しみやすく品があってとても好感が持てた。 三泊四日の一人旅、大変お世話になりました。 中心部から離れているので静かではあるが、周りにお店が少なかった事くらい。 コンビニ(ファミマ)が歩いてすぐの所に一軒あり。

Complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening at the lounge including alcoholic brinks making it a great spot to relax. Some rooms are quite dated. Location is a fair walk from the man shopping area.

We appreciated the amazing views from our room. As a family of 4, the room was very tight with four beds and one bathroom, and would recommend booking separate rooms if available. The staff were so helpful, including giving us great local restaurant recommendations, and assisting by calling the local bus company after we had to change our travel plans due to the earthquake. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sapporo was fantastic and we will be back. Recommend separate rooms for family stays.

- Jas (9/5): Love the service! - Service is very good! Whenever we called for extra tissue papers or tea spoon we will get it within 5 mins. They have free drinks and snacks at 3 pm and 9 pm. The folding bed is very comfortable too. Bus to New Chitose only served in the morning (last ride at 10.30 am). Restaurant only serves breakfast. During lunch and dinner the restaurant is closed.

- Jessica (5/5): - The room had a distinct smokey smell from cigarettes so this caused our allergies to flare up and my children found it hard to sleep. The room was very hot and we found it cooler in the hall way. When I spoke to them they said it was central heating. I tried to adjust the thermostat in the room but it did not work.
- KAZUYO (1/5): 対応がホテルとは感じられなかった。 - ソファーベットありで予約したがなかった。 1人追加になり、エクストラベットもしくはソファーベットを依頼したが、スタッフ不足で出来ないと断られた。家族の1人は、そこから別のホテルへ行くことになりました。

- junko (1/5): - あまりないかな 最初の部屋は朝から お風呂のお湯でないで 修理にかなりかかり 結局治らず お風呂だけ隣 無駄な時間と 間に合うかドキドキでした。 お値段高いのに最悪 2回目はスタッフの対応最低 ペイペイなので どうしてほしいかと強いの発現 こちらは 紙がないのできいているのに お客様に向って切れる態度 お値段高いわりには粗末なスタッフでした。 もう二度と泊まりたくないです。

- Hung Ruei (10/5): - 以日本來說，這飯店的房間超級大，價格也很便宜，每天還有兩個時段的點心時間，提供點心飲料跟酒類飲品暢飲，週邊距離路面電車跟地鐵約2~300公尺而已！就算是從札幌車站搭車到飯店也大概是1000yen上下，週邊也有全家、Lawson、7-11。
- Naoko (6/5): 頑張っているのはわかりますが、値段と見合ってないように思います。 - 朝食 満遍なく、品数がありました。なんでも普通に美味しかったです。パンケーキ、エッグベネディクトはとても美味しかったです。 夜のラウンジでの飲み物、おつまみが無料で楽しめるのもよかったです。 やはり古い。ただそれだけにつきます。カーペットも綺麗に掃除してあるのでしょうが、古いのでなんとなく気持ちが悪い。

- Ashley (10/5): - A very nice hotel with modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds, an amazing view (we were on 17th floor), and a great breakfast buffet. The hotel was a quick taxi from the train station and one can easily walk to the botanical gardens and Odori Park as well as to the subway & streetcar. This was the best hotel we stayed during our 18-day trip through Tokyo-Tohoku-Hokkaido.

- KIMIO (6/5): - とても清潔に保たれているので、施設が古いのは仕方がなく我慢できる。ラウンジで飲めるのは最高にありがたい！ただし、風呂のシャワーヘッドが壊れていたり、水圧が弱いのは治してほしい。最悪なのはトイレ。流れが悪くとても苦労した。いくら家族とは言え嫌な気分になった。
- Mai (8/5): - チェックイン前だったが、荷物を預けられるロッカーがあり、大変便利だった。施設内も美観が整っており、心地よさを感じることができた。室内はオートロック、アメニティは人数分のみ、1日ひとつといったくらいで必要最低限の量であった。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディウォッシュ、ハンドソープは備えられているが、化粧水やヘアクリップ、シャワーキャップなどはない。ルームウェアは上のみで膝下まで隠れる丈だか、ズボンはないので少し肌寒かった。冷房の効きは良く、温度調整可能。禁煙の部屋を選んだはずなのに入った瞬間若干のタバコ臭さを感じた。部屋の清掃はエコを重視しているため要望しない限り行わないので注意が必要。清掃に関しては清潔感を感じる徹底ぶりが伺えた。部屋自体に年季を感じるのでバスルームなどは若干清潔感に欠けた。トイレの水圧は弱いがしっかりと流れるので然程不満はなかった。

- eri (8/5): - 部屋がタバコ臭い。ドライヤーが音がうるさすぎて耳が痛くなった。しかも乾かない。子供も起きてしまうのでその旨フロントに伝えたが替えは無いとの事。その他は良かったと思います。
