They made every effort to assist with my needs such as setting up an app to find a cab during a rain storm. The hotel is a bit tired, the furniture is a bit worn. The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous visit. One slightly confusing thing is the location of the restaurant (lower ground floor) in relation to access by the hotel's three lifts.

The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a touch of elegance. Its location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially loved the soft bed and high-quality linens. The bathroom was modern and fully equipped, with great water pressure and nice amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

It’s such good value for the quality. Breakfast was tasty with a nice selection. The location is perfect: right in front of a park, so it’s quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The hotel is 2 minutes away from many spa, restaurant and cafe. Super easy to get around the city from here. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely come back!

The issue is with the bathroom, there’s no shower screen or curtain, the water pours onto the floor, although there’s a drain in the floor the marble floor becomes a death trap when stepping out of the bath. We made a dam with a towel to stop some of the water escaping from the back of the bath and dripping down onto the floor. Other towels were used to dry the floor, I don’t go on holidays to carry out domestic chores! Water seepage has blown the plaster off the wall and lifted the laminate floor in places causing a trip hazard. We were with a tour group and these problems are generic in other rooms. We advised the staff and were just offered more towels!!

- Panot (7/5): Ok, cannot complaint. - The location is perfect for walking around, just 5 mins from the pink church. The rooms size is pretty big, feel comfortable with that. Cleanliness is okay. The bathroom is too small. The A/C in my room was not working well as it's set. It's a bit noisy in the early morning, since this hotel is just located next to the busy street.

- O141MSsarahd (8/5): 5 nights stay - We stayed here for 5 nights. Our room was fine with a comfortable bed and views over Central Park. Nice bathroom with two different showers over the bath. Plenty of toiletries replenished daily. Only downside with this hotel is they only offer breakfast (it’s an ok breakfast if your Vietnamese) . You can’t get a snack/evening meal or drink at the. bar as they don’t have one. They have a small fridge in reception for canned drinks but just turn left out the hotel and a few shops down you can get them for half the price. Central Park is lovely and perfectly safe to sit in day or evening and watch the locals dancing, ballroom and salsa. Plenty of sport to watch, beach football, badminton etc. Nice location for tourist spots, most within 30 min max walk. We also walked to district 1, the financial district and where the river cruises go from, about 40 min walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Laundry service takes 24 hours and was excellent. Only one man who was on reception the morning we checked out (18 January) who was pretty rude to everyone. As other reviewers have said there is only a small undercover area at the front of the hotel to sit if you want to be outside.

The rooms with tubs are quite unsafe with no grab bars of bathmats. The WiFi in the hotel is terrible either way it impossible to get a covdyate t signal anywhere. The breakfast was mediocre

Breakfast was inadequate and understaffed - considering the number of Westerners in the hotel the breakfast failed to identify customer needs. Choices were poor, coffee undrinkable, tables were not cleared and there were very few staff to rectify issues or replenish food.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming compared with the rest of the places I stayed in Vietnam. The first room I was given had construction happening underneath it on the 8th floor and it was hammer and jacks going for hours. The second room I got had staff washing in the room upstairs and it was clip clop of feet and water running for 3 hours before I went up to see what was going on on the 5th floor in the back section. It was a staff area. That was after I had asked for a quiet room. The third room I got was upgraded and very nice.

We had to sit down on the bathtub to take shower or water will be all over the place. There was NO shower curtain nor glass panel. Other regular rooms are the same. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, I had better breakfast in Hostels for 1/5 of the price. Very small window in the room. For such price you can find much better places in Saigon. Not recommended at all.

My room wasn't made up each day. I also had the cleaners tell me I had to check out on the second of three days. Poor communication by staff between each other.
- Kathryn (6/5): Value for money in a great location - but unhelpful reception staff. - The location of this hotel is great and handy to riverside (about a 30 minute walk straight down the street). For what you pay the hotel is clean, comfortable and great value for money. The reception staff are particularly unhelpful - its like you asking them questions is interrupting their day. The breakfast could be better - the coffee pot was cold every morning I had breakfast there.

There was free wifi and the location was really convenient for public transport. The bathroom was clogged I requested to be fixed multiple times. After 2 days the third day I was moved into a different room. In the morning when I stepped in to the shower there was one hand towel and it was already used. I had to use my closet to dry myself.

- Vito (6/5): Good location & comfortable stay - Single “Cosy Queen” room was comfortable & clean with ample sized bathroom. However having to change rooms (from a tour booking) to my booking & asked to be charged VND 200k per night to keep existing room was petty. The new room was exactly the same room, one floor down but with no window. The window on 1st room had window, but no view. Shower was never hot, just mildly warm. Bed very comfortable & two small bottles of complimentary water each day appreciated. Breakfast underwhelming with staff very slow to replenish either food or glasses. Otherwise all staff friendly & helpful. Use Google Maps to find good food places nearby - there are a few - great bakery Tours Les Jours just a block away.
