- SONG (8/5): - Big and comfortable
- Ali (1/5): -
- Erika (8/5): An enjoyable stay, suitable for families and close to beaches and main street - A convenient location within walking distance to the main street and beach plus tourist attractions nearby. A large complex with self contained kitchen, a deck with plenty of room to enjoy shared outdoor spaces and facilities. There wasn't a lot we didn't like. it is probably a little bit dated but that didn't bother us.
- HP Krishnamurthi (7/5): - Tidy and neat.
- ASHWIN (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Very spacious, clean and all supplies were adequate including handwash in both toilet and kitchen which isn't the case at other properties I booked. May be some good pillows a little firm and consistently same on all beds.
- Dungca (8/5): -
- Jenny (7/5): It served its purpose for an overnight bed. Long term it has no privacy to sit outside. No deck chairs nor separation fr - Proximity, price It is tired. Fresh paint only covers certain elements. The building decks are old and in need of replacing. The yard is boring, just like a tired old backyard. The window timbers and dressing are unkempt!
- Lisa (7/5): Was great - There was lots of space and in a great location
- Madison (9/5): -
- Angelina (7/5): -
- Mary (5/5): -
- Joanne (9/5): Great location and comfortable stay! - The location was fantastic and the accomodation was comfortable. The apartments were clean and inviting. The area around the apartments and the common areas such as the garden and grass was very over grown
- Legradi (1/5): -
- Franziska Cordes (9/5): -
- Casey (7/5): - Close to beach very convenient We couldn’t park our car due to other people taking park out front of our room may need to get rid of tree in middle
- Sarah (3/5): - Comfortable bed and good location Spa did not work
Lots of spider webs
Not as clean as it should have been
Smelt mouldy
Shower was very small
Older building than I thought it would be
Cutlery and utensils needs to be updated. Did not use any of it.
Overall it was not what I expected compared to what it had been advertised. Not worth the $$
- Kendal (9/5): Great location, fantastic for family’s would definitely stay there again! We will be back - The location was perfect, it had everything you needed for a weekend away! The shared grass area with the sandpit for the kids was great
- Ashil Gautam (8/5): - Double bed mattress
- Lenore (8/5): Older style holiday unit great for a beach overnight stay - Walking distance to Rye pier and shops - easy parking , bed comfy in main bedroom. Light and bright. Nice to have a kitchen to heat things up. Easy check in and appreciated approval for a later checkout. Left a charger behind and staff kept it for collection. All good. Back sliding door lock seemed to be broken so couldn’t lock during our stay.
- Krystle (7/5): - We needed a cheap accommodation at the last minute and this suited us. Accommodation is quiet old and worn
- Nikole (8/5): Great location - The location is wonderful and the communication with the host was great. The beds in both rooms was spacious.
- Nimesha (10/5): - Location and easy access
- Abbouchi (7/5): - Comfortable stay and well equiped. We arrived on a hot day and the air conditioning wasn't the greatest we had to go out and get a fan because we couldn't sleep it was so hot.
- Damian (10/5): Very good location and value for money. - The deal I got was great value. Location was really good. Walking distance to beach, Carnival and pubs. Plenty of room.
- Bianca (7/5): Great location for a short stay. - Great location, I liked the key pad entry for security. Was quite an old house and the shower door didn’t shut properly and the water pressure and temperature was hard to get right.
- Rowena (7/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- QUAN (10/5): -
- Jaide (5/5): - Good locations The heater wouldn’t heat up so the house was freezing, super dusty wasn’t cleaned properly as there was some curly dark hair around the house
The pictures advertised made it seem like it was sitting along a beach front deceptive
- Gurinder (10/5): Perfect excellent enjoyable - Clean, affordable close to beach Shower head was little bit crooked
- Mary Anne (7/5): Spacious and well-located, but in need of some updates. - We enjoyed our stay at the beach apartment, especially the great location — it’s very close to the beach, which was perfect for our family. Check-in was easy and hassle-free. The apartment is spacious and comfortably fit our family of five. It was fairly clean overall; however, some areas felt a bit run down, particularly the bathroom/toilet, which could use some updating. The laundry area also needs an upgrade and a more thorough clean.
- Irene (5/5): -
- Charli (9/5): Overall enjoyed the stay, would return again if these small issues with the apartment were resolved. - Great location, a short drive from the peninsula hotsprings and walking distance to main street of Rye and the beach. Aircon worked great in summer. Unfortunately the blankets on the couch smelled strongly of urine. Also, a small safety concern as the additional front door leading to the bedroom was left unlocked when we arrived.
- Marina (10/5): I would definitely go back! - Location is great and very family friendly. Communication with staff was not great. Even after trying to reach out on the numbers that were sent on my confirmation email, I still couldn't get through to anyone until the day of our stay.
- Anna (7/5): -
- Patrick (8/5): Enjoyable - Its location and facility’s Was abit confusing with the check in.
- Mohamad Taufiq (10/5): - Clean and cozy
- francina (6/5): -
- QURAT-UL-AIN (10/5): - Comfortable clean
- Tneale (5/5): - Everything felt dirty, over priced Close to town centre
- Frances (10/5): We all enjoyed our stay and will return early next year. - Location close to everything. Beach hotel shops. We tried to put up the outdoor umbrella but it needed replacing.
- Nathan (7/5): -
- Michelle (9/5): Very Happy. - Location was great for us. Bunk beds were comfy and clean. Easy checkin. Easy to contact:) Teeny weeny bit rough around the edges
- shivang (1/5): - Due to heavy rain, there was a significant roof leakage in our room, which caused our clothes and bags to get wet. When we raised this with the property manager, we were told that the issue was already known and that maintenance had been requested.
If this was a known issue, we’re disappointed that the room was still allocated to us, especially as we had young children and the floor became very wet and unsafe.
- Francis (7/5): -
- Marian (8/5): -
- joseph Bristow (5/5): Not shown as in the photos - Close to the town centre Not kept clean
- Melinda (9/5): -
- Chelsea (2/5): Would not recommend staying here - Good location. Only 5mins to alba hot springs. Right near beach and restaurants. Cheap. Had microwave and cooking hot plate. Didn’t look like some of the pictures advertised. Was an old work site container. Very dirty. Had dust and mould (some hidden on roof with paint). Was making me cough, sneeze and have respiratory issues. Found a pair of underwear behind a door! So obvious the place hasn’t been cleaned. They also didn’t finish making the bed. The couch is super cheap and uncomfortable. Had to sit in pillows just so it was tolerable. There was a pillow in the middle of it, with no pillow slip. Hot tub was also not clean smelling. Smelt like mildew. Also not very private. We had people from the other units snoop around and try to get into the hot tub. U need to make it clear with an outdoor sign it’s for unit 7 only. There was also no way to turn the lights off on the verandah with signs saying do not turn off. So there was a lot of light pollution coming through the cracks between the old blinds. Also the smoke alarm low battery was beeping throughout the whole night!! Had to put white noise on my phone to dull the noise.
- Zoe (10/5): - Great location and very spacious for a small family. There’s a small sandpit for kids to play in. Very comfortable unit with all facilities and equipment.
- Jimmy (8/5): 1st room given was not clean. After contact the owner, they quickly arrange another room for us. Overall experience is s -
- Walter (9/5): - Do not judge a book by its cover comes to mind
The two br apr was very clean and comfortable. Could have stayed longer Neede to run the Ac all night to keep the apt warm
- Shane (9/5): Excellent Location and Comfort. - Great Location with walking distance to restaurants and cafes. N/A
- Deepa (9/5): Fantastic - Easy and comfortable Not much
- Jasmine (7/5): Nice for the location - Place was good with great location. Heaters in bedrooms and heated blankets were a good touch. Parking and garden area very useful. Could do with some more tea spoons as we only had 1. Living area took ages to heat up, but it may have just been a cold night
- Jon (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable. - No Breakfast. The Apartment was wonderful, close to shops and eateries, spacious and comfy.
Thumbs up from everybody, will stay there again. Cheers Nothing to dislike.
- Jo (7/5): Nice place but just needed better cleaning - It was place very nice The Proptey was very dusty it wasn’t ready when we got there and we got there after check in time
- Debra (7/5): - The location was great and late check in availability The only thing was on such a cold night the split system did not warm up the room not even warm. And only one of the 2 bedrooms had heating fans.
This made it uncomfortable cold.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Good location for a Sorento stay. - Our stay was in the Spa suite. The bed was sadly one of my most uncomfortable I can recall. It was made well, looked incredibly inviting but was shocking. Plenty of coffees, sugar and tea but no milk. Can I suggest popping some single serve UHT pods in the fridge/cupboard. Awoke to have a good cuppa but sadly disappointed no milk. Bring your own, otherwise an ok place but would probably look elsewhere if in the area again. I understand that there is/was no on site check-inAnother couple arrived when we did and they were unhappy with the cleanliness of the unit and we're looking for someone to sort it out.
- Charles (8/5): Okay - Location ok Back door was very difficult to close
- Madlen (6/5): - Locals is close proximity to shop and beach.
Perfect for quick overnight stays.
- Ines Cristina (7/5): It was a very clean and well-located little unit in Rye. - It was a very clean and well-located little unit in Rye. The unit is a bit neglected, with holes in the walls and some cracks, but it was good to stay one night in Rye for the price we paid :)
- Avinash k (7/5): -
- Thierry (9/5): Great place - clean, good location need one more small heater as there was only one portable heater for only one room, got really cold overnight.
- Isabelle (10/5): - Basic but clean and well kept with enough amenities Would be nice having a mini milk in fridge on arrival for teas/coffee if I'm being picky :)
- Hazel (1/5): Bad - Close to beach Dirty spa, no front door key!
- Ting (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marianne (8/5): Good stay and good location. - Location, most of the amenities The cushions for the bunk beds should be replaced as we could feel the steel rails on our backs and it kinda hurts and very uncomfortable. Extra pillows would also help.
- Mal (8/5): Cosy and close to everything - Location was prefect for what we needed. Close to the hot springs, beach, and local restaurants. The unit was clean and had ample space for our group. The mattresses on the bunk beds are a little uncomfortable, but five for 1 night. The beds creaked on the floor boards, too, which was fun when any of us sharing the room had to roll over. Some nice textured rugs would go a long way, but being a holiday rental, I can understand why that's not a popular option.
- James (8/5): everything to help relax. Would certainly book again - Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and spacious. the clothes dryer wasn't working
- Jacinta (10/5): Love love this cute little place very well equipped - Well equipped , clean Nothing
- Vatorres (8/5): Great value for money and good location - Great value for money. Nice location, a 7 minute drive to Hot Springs Peninsula which is the reason we chose this hotel. Comfortable and equipped with all neccesary things. Overall, very happy with my stay at this hotel. Nothing really. Bear in mind that it's an old property so you get what you pay for, but overall in very good condition and well maintained. It'd be good to have power outlets next to the bed sidetables.
- Frank (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good - We had a great little vacation!!.
Great location for hot springs and the shops.
This our second time and would stay again.
- Medgar (6/5): Pleasant - • Location.
• Heating split system.
• Furniture comfortable.
• Kitchen well stocked. Needs maintenance and a better clean:
• Globe missing in lamp in kids room.
• Rubbish in fridge, under bedside table and on top of cupboard in kids' room.
• Rubbish and thick dust under main bed.
• Blind in bathroom is broken.
• Used and dirty kitchen sponges, no new ones available.
• All glassware dirty. I would expect dust as not always used and on display shelf, but they were put back without being washed! Everything we used, I washed first.
• Shower head leaks and squirts onto ceiling.
• Occupants of other units did not park in their allocated bays.
- Violet (8/5): Very good -
- Cassandra (6/5): A little ordinary - Air conditioner didn't work, the room wasn't ready and we were supposed to have the spa room but were sent a room that had people still in it. Ended up staying in a different room with no spa. No discount given.
- Ian (2/5): Disgraceful - Nothing. We drove out after inspecting exclusive spa suit!, It was a disgrace to drive into. Rubbish by gate and lawn totally overgrown. Pictures not true to site. We lost our money but refused to stay there. Didn’t even meet staff. You had to phone a number to get the code. These booking agents need to scrub up!
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abhishek (7/5): Good -
- Charlie (10/5): Loved it just wish we had booked for longer. - Amazing location. Everything you could need.
- Daniela (7/5): Good - The location of our stay was perfect. Close to the shops and Rye beach. I rang before I booked to confirm whether the WiFi was fixed and I was assured it was. For the 4 nights of our stay, the WiFi was absolutely terrible. Mine and my childrens devices would hardly work. The laundry was in a dark corner of the property and the there was no detergent to wash our clothes. A part from these 2 things, our stay was comfortable and the location was fantastic.
- Kaveeta (8/5): Had a lovely time with families - Has a wonderful stay with families, beautiful locations very close to Rye Beach (kids had a lovely time at the Beach) Was nice and relaxing short stay 😌 Great stay👍 If Lawn was mowed would have spent some time outdoor at the backyard with kids.
- Kirsty (5/5): Passable - Location was good and access was easy. The ceiling had peeling paint, the freezer needs defrosting, there is a hole in the floor underneath the linoleum in the bathroom.
- Mayavanshi (10/5): "I highly recommend this wonderful and relaxing place to stay!" - It’s such a relaxing place with a spacious garden for the kids to play in, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back with friends!"
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Brendan (8/5): Very good -
- Rohini (8/5): Very good -
- Melanie (9/5): Superb - Great location, short walk to the beach, short drive to the hot springs. Perfect for family, or two couples like us.
- Jennifer (7/5): Good -
- Roslyn (8/5): Very good -
- Andrzej (8/5): Very good -
- Wie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anderson (1/5): Absolutely horrible - Nothing From the minute we tried to check in we were told there was no room available, the room we had booked the toilet didn’t work. They tried to find us new accomodation no where near, and with two seperate motel rooms. Single mum with 3 young kids, traveled over 2 hours and they expected me to travel more and put the kids in a seperate motel room?!
They ended up changing another guests accomodation to suit. However wish we just went home then! That night was horrible, parties all around us, people running up and down the shared deck, banging on our windows and doors… kids and I were so scared all night, didn’t sleep at all. Front door dead bolt was also broken
Ended up leaving after the 1st night when we had booked and paid for 2!
Provided feedback and said they would look into it and get back to us and nothing.
The grounds were not maintained, grass was long, bins over flowing. Place just felt dirty!
Worst experience, do not stay here!
- Sarah (8/5): Good value for money + really nice living room/bedroom space. Enjoyed our stay here! -
- Aysen (10/5): Excellent break . - Location had everything i had at home. Wasnt long enough.
Definitely coming back & telling family & freinds.
To book when going to Rye. Love the way i was communucated by staff the cleaners very friendly.
- Minna (5/5): Passable -
