Lo Staff è molto cordiale ed è pronto a prendersi cura del cliente in ogni momento. La zona è piuttosto tranquilla e si può riposare nonostante sia ad un passo da Times Square. Letto comodo e camera rifatta ogni giorno. La metro è ad un passo oltre ad avere parecchi negozi vicini. Dimensioni della camera risicate, manca un armadio a 2 ante, il letto era comodo ma eccessivamente largo per 2 persone, avrei messo un letto leggermente più piccolo e un armadio più grande. In questo modo si avrebbe più spazio per muoversi nella stanza. Sarebbe utile anche un piccolo frigo in camera.

• Marina (7/5): Great location, friendly staff, normal rooms - Very convenient location, the staff was super helpful and kind. The rooms are not fancy, pretty small, but the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good. We got the view in the wall, so that wasn’t too great. The first room that we placed in had a weird smell, but we called the reception and they gave a different room and there was no smell there.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Czysty hotel w dobrej lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja, wygodne duże łóżko. Codzienna zmiana ręczników i pościeli - czysto. Na życzenie dostaliśmy do pokoju lodówkę bez dopłaty. Windy działały bez zarzutu. Ciasny pokój - brakuje miejsca na swobodne rozłożenie dwóch walizek. Po rozłożeniu walizki nie da się otworzyć szafy, która i tak jest miniaturowa. Po wymeldowaniu chcieliśmy zostawić walizki na kilka godzin - jest za to dodatkowa opłata 5$ za sztukę.

We had Misba help us with our bags and was super quick and friendly. And Mina helped us at the desk multiple times. This is a great location that is close to a lot of food and easy subway stations

Des chambres propres, Hôtel silencieux. La seule chose que je pourrai mettre c’est la largeur des lits …C’est bien indiqué que la largeur est entre 131 -150 cm mais un lit de 160 cm devrait être strictement le minimum.

A good comfortable hotel with excellent reception staff - An absolute gem in the heart of mid Manhattan, the perfect location to get easy and convenient travel to the other areas of New York. The Herald Square subway is only a couple of minutes walk away and is a main station in the network making travel around the city very easy. Very helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. Plenty of great quality restaurants nearby including The Keg Room which is opposite the hotel and Keens Steakhouse, which is an absolute MUST.... On arrival, we noticed there was no soap in our bathroom and no tea bags. On asking the following morning, this was provided instantly by the reception staff. The room was serviced intermittently through the week but it was just annoying we had to keep asking for tea bags or a top up on the shower gel throughout the week, which is not the fault of the reception staff, but the housekeepers.

The room was quiet until the people in the room next to mine came in each evening. They were from the West Coast, so I understood their sleep schedule was different. • Ron (4/5): לא אחרי 4 מלונות בניו יורק, לא ממליץ - לא ממליץ בכלל נתחיל בזה שהמלון חייב אותי פעמיים על השהות, למרות שאמרתי להם שבוקינג כבר חייבו אותי הם התעקשו שזה לא נכון. הראיתי להם חיוב באפליקציה ועדיין התעקשו שזה רק לשמירת ההזמנה ואני צריך לשלם להם במקום. שילמתי, מסתבר שבאמת בוקינג חייבו אותי וגם הם וכשאמרתי להם את זה והראתי הוכחה, הפנו אותי לבוקינג. רק שבאתי פעם נוספת ואמרתי שבוקינג לא ענו לי הם הודו שעשו טעות וביצעו החזר. בנוסף לזה חייבו אותי בפיקדון פעמיים!! פעם נוספת אחרי שהות של יומיים במלון בלי שנתתי להם פרטי אשראי מה שהיה מוזר. בנוסף צוות לא נחמד, לא מחייך, קריר מאוד. חדר מיושן וסגנון מיושן, רעש מהרחוב, מקלחת לא נקייה כל כך. היה נציג בקבלה שהיה ממש לא נעים. לקחנו חדר גדול של 2 מיטות קווין, החדר היה חמוד אבל לא כזה גדול אפילו קטן יחסית לחדר של 2 מיטות נפרדות וגם מיטה לא נוחה. הפלוס של המלון זה שהצוות ניקיון נחמדות, המיקום שקרוב לכל מיני מקומות מעניינים ושממול מסעדה כשרה מעולה. הייתי ב4 מלונות בניו יורק - זה הכי פחות טוב וחוויה אפילו מבאסת.

• Mobile415271 (2/5): Very Disappointed by the Lack of Care and Response - We had a very upsetting experience at this hotel and feel completely dismissed by both staff and management. During our stay, our young daughter was injured on the property when she was struck on the head. This was extremely distressing for us as parents. I notified the front desk staff that there was a crack in the ceiling, which struck our daughter. The crack was partially hidden behind a curtain and would not have been noticed otherwise. We reported this so the hotel could address a serious safety hazard. Despite this, no one from the hotel has followed up or responded to our messages. Instead, management has refused to respond and is claiming the incident never occurred (Expedia agent notified me)—despite clear photo evidence. Being told that our child’s injury “did not happen” is unacceptable. The most disappointing part is not only that a child was injured, but the complete lack of care, communication, and accountability afterward. We expected at minimum acknowledgment and concern for our child’s well-being. Instead, we were ignored. We do not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. Safety and guest care should be a priority, and in our experience, they were not.

• SueWrites (10/5): Outstanding in Every Way! - This is NOT your average Best Western (although we stay often at these hotels and have always been very pleased)! Where shall I begin? This is a small boutique hotel operated by General Manager Gehad Abdelhamid and her very capable colleagues and family members. It is charming, spotlessly clean, and in a terrific midtown location . The room rates are very reasonable. Most important to us as travelers is customer service. We make frequent visits to New York and have stayed in accommodations ranging from Air B & Bs to the Waldorf Astoria. None has provided service that matches this hotel. We were greeted professionally, courteously, and warmly. The hotel instantly became our “home away from home!” Ms. Abdelhamid explained that many of their guests are repeat visitors and the management prides itself on getting to know them and remembering their preferences so all will be ready for their arrival. The rooms are well-sized for New York hotels and tastefully decorated. The bath has a roomy walk- in shower and new fixtures, and the bedding is luxurious. The facility contains an exercise room and a cozy dining room where breakfast can be purchased and is made to order. Premium Joe’s Coffee is served, along with pastries delivered fresh from a bakery each morning. Make a reservation the next time you plan to be in New York. You will see that my assessment is no exaggeration! Visit the next time you are
• 850zackh (10/5): Best hotel choice we've made. - Amazing location. If you plan to use transit while youre here you need to consider this hotel. The staff is also fantastic, the rooms are tastefully appointed and the area around the hotel felt safe even late at night. I usually like to stay in different hotels when I visit a place but next ny trip were coming right back here.

• Trek36149519423 (10/5): An enjoyable, long weekend in Midtown, Manhattan. Great food, sightseeing and excursions. - The location in Midtown is ideal for shopping and sightseeing. In close proximity to Penn Station, 5th Avenue, Empire State, and Times Square. The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful, and the breakfast cafe is excellent. The rooms are clean, tidy and basic and great value for money. Everything you need after a full day out walking and sightseeing. The beds are clean, comfortable and the shower is hot. There is street noise, which is to be expected and didn't cause any issues. Close by is a Target for snacks and supplies, Joe's Pizza was excellent and there is a Five Guys on the next block. Lower Manhattan is a twenty minute subway ride away on the 1 line, Times Square a 15 minutes walk, which gets very busy on weekend evenings, but the atmosphere is great. If you go to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, beware of the scammers in uniforms outside trying to sell tickets for a free ferry trip to Staten Island and back. They are very insistent. The ferry is good and the views fantastic of the New York skyline. If you want to see the skyline from above, the Top of the Rock is highly recommended with fantastic views of all Manhattan, and a great cafe. A great time.

The Keurig coffee maker with non recyclable pods has no appeal for us. The hotek staff provided us tea bags but ghe machine does not work without a pod in place & the pod makes the tea coffee flavored. Other than that , the hotel was good for our short New York sojourn. Staff was excellent . Witty & efficient .

• 137quana (2/5): Embarrassing - After checking in, I went upstairs to my room and tried to open the door with my key card but it wasn’t working. I heard people inside the room and it seemed like they were having intercourse. I went downstairs to tell the staff lady that the card doesnt work because the room is already occupied. She didn’t seem to beleive me so we went back up to the room and she opened the door only to discover a naked couple in the room. To say this was a ridiculously embarrassing experience is an understatement. I’m currently in contact with my lawyer to explore my options.

Location was prime minutes from Subway station, Times Square, lots of restaurants and everything else. The staff were also very friendly. If we return will definitely come back to the hotel.

Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and offered assistance when needed. Secondly, the rooms were very tidy and clean. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is excellent as it is near by plenty of tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We were able to check in a little early and they held our luggage for the last day for a small fee, $5 per bag. I thought I had left an item there the last day and they were diligent in trying to find it. The overall service was excellent and I would stay there again. The location was perfect and we were close to a lot of things we wanted to see. The room was very clean. The room was pretty small but we were really only there to sleep.

Está en el midtown por lo que ir al downtown o al down es súper fácil y cómodo, además tienes varias líneas de metro cerca muchos lugares para comer en una de las mejores zonas a unos pasos de la quinta avenida el personal fue maravilloso, nos recibió una señorita con hijab no recuerdo su nombre pero fue muy linda y amable al recibirnos. También Chanda fue muy amable. La vista de mi habitación daba al Empire staten que más se puede pedir En realidad todo me gusto
• eddy3 (10/5): Absolute gem of a hotel for everything! - Just back from 6 nights in NYC from UK. Super hotel - everything we wanted & needed. Very close to all the tourist spots but a little off the main drags so doesn’t feel as frantic but most hotspots walkable- Time Square, Bryant Park, Madison Square Garden etc. Brilliant service from all staff, particularly Kushi who helped with everything we needed. Room very spacious compared to usual Manhattan rooms & bonus was a superb view of my favourite building the Empire State Building! Brilliant comfy bed & great shower. Great maid service & room kept spotless. Only slept in room so for us no point in overspending and this was perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & if we go back I’ll stay here again.

The room is so small you can barely move, the towels have holes and are see-through, the room would not get warm, and the blanket they provide is laughable. $ 580 a night, that's how much I paid for this place.
