Horrible management staff, Tasha was extremely rude and aggressive towards us. We were explaining our issue with the false advertising that a pool was available for our child after driving for hours in a car when it had been closed for months. My daughter was very upset and crying because we had promised her a reward to use the pool after a long drive and nobody had informed us upon booking that the pool was closed. When we explained our disappointment to Tasha she told us she’s not doing anything to resolve the issue or offer us anything to make up for the lack of information upon booking and instead to leave the hotel or she will call the police. Have never been treated with such disrespect at any hotel and we are frequent hotel goers and elite members at other hotel chains. Tasha also lied about the hotel being a part of the Hilton brand and refused to give us the name of the supervisor to discuss this issue or her terrible service. Would never stay here again.

- Rodney (8/5): - Newly remodeled Hilton Hotel. Beautiful, modern decor. Great, fresh coffee all the time in the lobby. Breakfast was not so good. The only hot option WOULD have been oatmeal but the attendant didn’t show up till 7:00 and didn’t get it made.

We didn't have enough beds for people and the management would not give us a bigger room like we had initially paid for. they did not offer any refund (infact it was a little more expensive than originally) They did not offer any solution. The breakfast, which was supposed to be a full hot breakfast with the other hotel was made into a Sparks hotel style, but did not offer even an assortment of bagels, like is typical with sparks. They offered plain bagels and that was the entirety of their breakfast. Luckily after reaching out to the Sparks franchise they did make amends for the issues.

Checking in the front desk attendant was attentive and friendly, the hotel was clean and smelled fresh, the rooms were comfortable, well lit, and super quiet. If there was anyone above or next door, never heard any noise. The door was thick and heavy. Shampoo and body wash was provided along with facial soap, hand soap and lotion. The tv had lots of options as well as nice chargers next to the bed with a bedside table on each side of the bed. The check out staff was also attentive and very friendly. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of hard boiled eggs, flavored yogurt and vanilla along with cereal, granola, fresh fruit, bagels, coffee, juice, oatmeal, and plenty of other condiments. The grounds were clean, well lit and safe feeling. There were several places to eat within walking distance. And best part, it was extremely affordable. There isn’t anything I can think of that could have been better, be changed, or even tweaked.

- Kathleen (4/5): Never again. - Breakfast was poor. No hot food, just grab and go type stuff. Pool wasn’t open, breakfast was poor. Our 3 criteria for hotel stays are HOT breakfast included and a working swimming pool. I was not informed that Hilton had taken over and we are NOT pleased. We had 2 very disappointed kids about the pool and a furious husband about the breakfast.

Many items were missing from the breakfast - milk, spoons and bowls. When staff was asked to let us have a milk from their concessions cooler, they refused and said "sorry, I just work here"

- Alexander (9/5): Don't count on the breakfast! - Very large and clean room, modern lobby and hallways. Newly remodeled with new appliances, large TV with HBO and Netflix. Good water pressure, microwave in our room. Washing machine free to use. No coffee maker in room (coffee in lobby cold and thin). Fridge very small and without freezer compartment. No normal TV channels such as NBC or ABC. We disregard the breakfast in this review (if we did, we would only rate our stay with 1 point). Missing: toast, cereal bowls, on second day: plain cream cheese, milk (that means you don't have any milk for the cereals!). When we asked for milk we were asked to buy milk for $3 at the hotel shop! This is ridiculous. When we asked for bowls we were told that this is due to the current transition phase to Hilton. But being under new mamagement cannot be an excuse for not having milk or breakfast bowls. There are two large supermarkets in Glendive that certainly have milk or toast... It is really sad that you have to leave the hotel with such a bad impression. If we return to Glendive in the future, we will definitely not stay here again - as we are not sure whether the problems are hotel- or staff-related.

- Mikkelsen (7/5): Not good - Location was good There was food in the fridge when we went to put ours in, the TV didn't work the girl at front desk came up but couldn't get it working couldn't get it turned off so was 0n all night causing distracting sleep,no cups in room for water,my daughter steeped on a screw on the floor,lamp on wall on one side didn't work so yes very disappointing, I really think w I should get money back on this place.

There is no one at the front desk, had to wait to check in then I was informed that they only have a bagel breakfast!!So you get a bagel and coffe or juice If you want anything more than a bagel for breakfast don't stay here!!! No coffee pots int he room, no microwave in the room. The place is going through construction and should not be renting rooms! Had to step over tons of bedding to get to one of our rooms int he hallway. Not good!! the key cards dont work, they finally had to open our room with a manager key after 5 attempts to get the card programed..

- Zane (6/5): Nice new facility. Either don’t offer breakfast, or improve it. - The hotel had just switched to Hilton Honors, and we were told this as soon as we checked in. It would have been helpful to receive notice of that before we arrived. The breakfast was laughable (bagels, bread, two juice choices) and we found in poor taste the sign suggesting purchasing in their shop what they weren’t offering. We didn’t see (or ask for) the location of the shop. I answered this in the comment above.

Only negatives were breakfast and the pool/spa and workout area closed. Breakfast was bagel, toast, donuts, etc. No hot food. Expected more. Pool/spa/workout area being renovated, but not mentioned when booked or when called.

Wish the bath towels were bigger or they gave you more. And the breakfast options were very limited, and no protein options available just carbs

Tiny fridge, was not on when I arrived, did not have a freezer section, no microwave, curtains did not block out the light from the 24 hr gas station in front of the hotel, no pool no hot tub, terrible pillows
