- Doreen (2/5): No cleaning of the room. - The location. The spacious room. Our room did not get made up. When we asked they said they’d take care of it but they only took the dirty towels and did not replace them. The front desk said we had to come down to get them. I said no and they finally brought them up.

- Tomas (10/5): - The room was spacious and very clean when I arrived. The studio space had everything I could desire in a short stay kitchenette. I was able to start my day right with a light jog on the treadmill in the 24hr fitness center and grabbed a quick shower and bite to eat (complimentary breakfast w/ 24hr coffee) in time to be the first one at the office! N/A, this stay exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately; the pool was closed Saturday before our departure for maintenance. She was really bummed as it was her 13th Birthday

Check in was great (we had some last minute packages delivered to the hotel - the staff ensured secure check out of packages once we arrived) Shout to Judy at the front desk🫶🏾 Suite was clean, Bed and sofa bed slept comfortable and it was a great location with ample parking. Continental breakfast was okay 👍🏾 Turkey bacon was on the rough side 🥴 The check out was subpar - it was opposite of what we experienced at check in. As Hilton member - we usually get an icentive of a late check out. By error, front staff had missed putting this into the system by error. I had two rooms booked with Hilton for the one night stay. Upon check out, I noticed our time said 11am. I called the desk several times -no one picked up the phone. I go downstairs and he was outside. He stated that since the notation was not in the system, he would have charge us the fee. We exchanged words however he did not accommodate. Our other guest, who were also Hilton members , experienced borderline harassment as they informed housekeeping they would be out prior to noon - housekeeping came not only once but twice between the 11 o'clock hour and reminded them they would have to pay the fee if not out by noon. Once they got down stairs, they returned the key and informed the same young male staff member about the incident - they reported he was not accommodating and reiterated the policy. It was a very unusual and uncomfortable experience - unlike the Hilton experience that we are used to receiving.

I called yesterday a double checked about this hotel and what it offered for 1 the staff is very nonchalant about the problems at the hotel they didn't even offer accommodations for this huge inconvenience. My family just drove 9 hours to this hotel and wanted to relax at a pool that's why we. Called and checked all week we arrive today to the staff smiling as they tell my daughter on her BIRTHDAY she can't even relax by the pool .. why wasn't a notice sent out to guest they literally told us after they charged my card THAT IS SOMETHING YOU TELL GUEST IMMEDIATELY. Not after you secure the payment. I've worked at the sagamore Pendry for 4 years and the Hilton is giving the likes of a motel 6 very disappointing. There are young kids running around 10pm playing ding ding ditch on guest rooms , very loud place to stay not quite or comfortable at all. The water in our room ran brown so we couldn’t do simple things like brush our teeth or shower. They gave us water bottles and said maintenance was working on it . I wake up at 4am and there are mice running down the halls, me and another guest got on the elevator and it felt like I would break any moment. I have my lawyer contacting management now this is ridiculously unprofessional and sorry Hilton will not be getting my business, my family business or my clients business anytime in the future. Hilton has literally ruined my family vacation and my daughters birthday

- Lorrie (8/5): - You could smell weed and smoke in part of a hallway. Guests were smoking near entryways and throughout parking lot as well. Every trip in the elevator reeked from other smokers of both kinds. Surfaces in rooms could be cleaner. Staff was great and very helpful
- Andrea (9/5): Great staff, clean room, quiet property - The room was spacious and made it easier to share the space, not just my own bed. I appreciated the kitchenette with a real refrigerator and freezer (small, but not a mini fridge). The microwave, sink, and stock of toaster, dishware, flatware, glasses and mugs was really appreciated. It made it easy to bring breakfast from downstairs to eat in peace or toast those bagels and slice the tomatoes I got from a farm stand. Pool hours were limiting by not opening until 9 am. I prefer to swim early in the morning for exercise. The gym had a nice water cooler and filtered water, but it would effectively dry up before getting your water bottle full. Still, great to have good tasting water in the gym.

- Samuel (2/5): - This is my 4th time using this hotel but to my surprise, I was charged for damages that never happened and they could not prove what was damaged. They claimed I broke the towel rail which shockingly they don’t even have in the room I was given, all they had was a little hook on the bathroom door, so where did damages for towel railing come from? SMH. I was also charged $298 from a completely different card after being charged from the card that I had used to check in with no reasonable justification. Front desk was saying something different while their customer service was saying something completely different which made them sound so disorganized and fraudulent to me. Painfully I couldn’t get the charge refunded. I will never be back here again.

Free breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. We will definitely stay here again when we travel through the area.
