- Carol (10/5): It was WONDERFUL! - The room was really good, beds were so comfortable. Sitting in the hot tub after hiking was so relaxing. Breakfast food exceeded our expectations! The workers were so nice 😊 Wish I had a few more days to enjoy this great place!

We especially liked the proximity to Zion with a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel - The property had everything we needed, including flavored water, which was much appreciated after a day of hiking. Reception staff were efficient when we checked in and outstanding when we had a problem with our hire car. The room was comfortable, including the bed, and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. Large car park (for which you pay a daily charge). Breakfast was buffet style; good range including fresh fruit, which was constantly being topped up. We really liked the waffle makers! Bus stop for the shuttle to Zion National Park is just outside the hotel. The road through Springdale is busy, but it is quiet inside. Very much appreciated the jugs of cool refreshing drinks in reception area.

- lakeviewlaw (10/5): Zion's best hotel - This was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay in Zion. The hotel is conveniently located about 1 mile from the park. We were able to walk ( 20 minutes ) to restaurants and bike rental. We could have driven but the walk was invigorating. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The included breakfast was decent. Yogurt, eggs and juice were my choice. There were bagels and other tasty treats. All in all this was a home run. Also, rent an e-bike to full enjoy your Zion experience.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es nefasta: solo hacen la cama (y mal), y cambian las papeleras. Ni siquiera limpian el baño. Las almohadas poco mullidas y malas.

We loved that we could have used the shuttle to get to the park. The food was great and the service at the food area was exceptional. Traci gave me almond milk as I can’t drink regular milk which was amazing. She kept asking if we needed anything and my daughter loved the waffles and my other daughter enjoyed the blueberry scones. The rooms were good but unfortunately there was a musty smell and my daughter and I woke up with crusty eyes from allegies along with her face broke out from the pillow. We were given the option to choose a higher floor room when I checked in on the app but when I stopped by the front desk, they gave us a lower level room and were sold out so no other options.

- cohoman (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Very clean, modern hotel along the main shuttle line into the park entrance. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful in getting us a quiet room with a view of the local scenery. Our 2 queen bed room was rather spacious, clean, and quiet for the night. It came with a small mini fridge and microwave. Large bathroom area. Everything was great. The free wifi speed was at 10 mbps, which was slower than my cellular AT&T data speed of 116 mbps in the room. Parking was $20 per day. The free breakfast is always nice, but limited. They have the usual self made waffle machine and scrambled eggs, potatoes, and chicken sausage for the hot items. A few varieties of cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and small pastries. There is a large outdoor pool but we didn't use it nor see anyone in it during our stay. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. Note, on our checkout day the hotel let us continue to park our car in their lot for the entire day.

The staff was super friendly and the breakfast (included with stay) was one of the best breakfasts I have experienced at a Hampton Inn. The morning staff in the breakfast dining area were exceptionally friendly. Gen and Traci greeted us and made sure our coffee and waters were topped off. Annette the chef was also super nice. We were a tad late for breakfast one morning, and Annette made sure we got some food at the last minute. We will for sure stay here again.

- K5106HJkimberlye (6/5): Great Location Near Zion, But Room Mix-Up Made Stay Disappointing - We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Zion National Park, and while there were some positives, our experience was ultimately disappointing. The biggest highlight is definitely the location. The hotel is very conveniently situated near Zion National Park, and there’s even a shuttle stop right outside the property that takes you directly into the park. This made getting around incredibly easy and saved us the hassle of parking inside the park or paying for parking. However, the biggest issue with our stay was the room we received. I booked a King bed suite on February 2nd, but when we arrived on March 24th, we were given a standard room with a queen bed—not even a suite. There was no prior notice or explanation, which was frustrating after a long day of travel and hiking. We were staying for three nights, so this wasn’t a small inconvenience—it really impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the trip. While the staff did apologize and credited our parking, they did not resolve the room issue or offer a comparable alternative. After long days exploring the park, it was disappointing to come back to a room that wasn’t what we had reserved or able to relax on a couch instead of a bed. Overall, the location is excellent, but based on our experience, I would caution future guests to be aware that the room you book may not be the room you receive.

- Roxanne (8/5): Not free parking/horrible breakfast - Gorgeous location. No matter where your room is, it will be looking at mountains. Booking.com included this property in a search for free parking. It is NOT free. $20 per night which is silly. They had tons of spots. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Watery scrambled eggs, cold boiled eggs and then a plethora of sweet/carb options. This was disappointing as we booked this spot for the free parking and free breakfast, but ended up eating elsewhere. Go to Meme’s for breakfast.
- Amber (10/5): Already looking forward to staying here again - One of our best hotel experiences - excellent location, clean, with the most kind and friendly staff. We felt incredibly welcome and would happily stay here again. I enjoyed chatting with Annette every morning at breakfast. She made oatmeal fresh every morning, and kept a fully stocked cocoa bar that our son adored. We were sad to leave!

Close to nice facilities - restaurants, market etc. Room is perfectly adequate as is the breakfast. One staff member was particularly helpful guiding which walks to take etc. Pool area has amazing views.

- Brian (9/5): A good value, nice people and comfy stay - Big Room and bath. A very clean facility and welcoming staff. The receptionist gave me some good tips on restaurants and places to hike which were much appreciated. Great located just minutes from the entrance to the park and all there shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit of a let down (though at least it opens at 6:30, so good for those who are eager to get out early). But they had healthy options like yogurt & granola. Other than that, highly recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich Top. Aber die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer bräuchten dringend mal eine Renovierung.

- yeraldina2026 (8/5): Zion Trip - I would like to start by saying that Annette was phenomenal. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to make sure we were taken care of. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. The only negative I had was that our room refrigerator froze everything we put in there and it didn’t look like there was a way to increase the temperature. So we were not able to use it like we would have liked to.

A special thanks goes out to Annette who was bustling around the food area ensuring people had what they needed. She is a true gem.

- zhaoz580 (10/5): Perfect experience - The room is spacious and cozy. My husband did the Zion half Marathon, our hotel has the perfect location. He went outside at 6:30 and the shuttle bus was right there waiting for runners. We want to say thank you especially to Annette who served in the breakfast area. She was friendly and efficient to find things that we needed. We will definitely come back next time when we are lucky enough to get the permit for Angel’s landing:)

- AlanThunder (10/5): Kitchen/Breakfast/Dining area - Annette Scott was a manager in charge of the breakfast. They were doing some remodeling of the kitchen and things were different and more confusing because the food area was under construction. Annette greeted us and explained the changes and offered to put together a take out breakfast bag for us. She made sure everybody received the same treatment. She's always very helpful, outgoing and friendly. She totally gets customer service and treating guests like family.

We really enjoyed sitting by the bonfire outside and the hot tub after our hike. The breakfast is great cause you can have it to go for when you are hiking. Also, the breakfast crew- Annette and Scott really took care of us with their awesome hospitality!
