Guest Reviews
- Guest (10/5): -
- Guest (6/5): - The hotel was easy to access The picture online did not show the outside of the hotel and did not show that the hotel opened to the outside. The bathroom needed to be more thoroughly cleaned and so did the bedding. The bedding had stains.
- Scarborough (3/5): Poor - Location was good. Staff was super nice. Air conditioning worked well. Stains on everything!, including towels, bedspreads, and floor. Floors were dirty. Tub and walls were dirty. The tub did not drain well.
- Caroleen (6/5): - It was ok I thought the rooms should of been a little more nicer.
- Kaitlyn (7/5): Good -
- Michael (1/5): I didn't stay. I sacrificed the money I paid, left and checked into another hotel. - Absolutely nothing. It is filthy and unsafe. I can't believe it has not been condemned by code enforcement.
- Erin (8/5): Very good -
- Dianne (2/5): Don’t stay here!! - Booked because it was advertised on booking.com as all ground level rooms. Arrived extremely exhausted & told my room was on 2 floor & no elevator. Too tired to look elsewhere so had to climb stairs with a bad hip. Front desk could have cared less. Never ever stay here!!! Everything
- Tillman (2/5): - Don't expect to go swimming. Don't expect a clean room. Matter of fact, don't have any expectations so you can't be disappointed.
- Cassie (1/5): Dirty, - It was cheap for what it was It was disgusting. Filthy. The towels were brown. The bed was obviously slept in and not cleaned. There were dirty towels in the corner of the room.
- Mackenzie (10/5): Would recommend - Very nice and spacious room with a modern/brand new look.
- Fred (10/5): - Excellent location to stop over on your journey, clean, well equipped room close to breakfast and evening dining. I'd stay again.
- Jeanna (10/5): Exceptional - Closer to event party for few days The stairs are too small, very rusty, trashy and fridge is too freezer , freezer is very nasty and not cleaned
- Thienan (4/5): Seems like the room and towels not taken care well - Location Towels
- Nora (6/5): Pleasant - It was pretty noisy as it was on a busy road. We heard police and/or ambulance frequently. There was no breakfast provided.
- Verified traveler (2/5): If you want cheap, cheap is what you get! - As soon as you walk in, there was a HEAVY smell of bleach! Towels clean but looked stained and dirty! People were loud all night.
Luckily, we just needed a few hours of sleep then back on the road. We almost just left anyways, rest stop would have been better and felt safer.
- Scott (3/5): You get what you pay for. It's cheap, but don't expect much. - It was cheap and you get what you pay for. Hated seeing a jail bond place in the parking lot. Tells me a lot of shady people probably stay at the hotel. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. TV did not work at all. It looks like a hotel on its last leg of life -- kinda well maintained, but definitely a sinking ship.
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Lisa (1/5): We were very disappointed in hotel. Only spent a night due to room being dirty and bed sheets had hair all over - Location was convenient to the I75 There was hair on sheets, had to get new sheets
Face plates on switch were missing
Chair was dirty
Will never stay there again and not recommend hotel
- Reyla (5/5): Great service from night shift and great communication along with great art to admire and the staff take privacy to a ke - The patterns and designs in the floor plus the mirrors and bathroom was tiled gave it an immaculate set off💯💯💯 I could tell it was just remodeled but my room was without a microwave not a big issue they did let me heat food up in office but ordering food alcohol was an issue for variety bc the area but it’s manageable I payed for a room not food
- Matthew (2/5): - No check in
- Merkin (4/5): Pleasant enough but not meeting standards I associated with Wyndham. - Room was clean, looked like new carpet, bed was comfortable. Door to unit gave a feeling or insecurity as it was so high off the floor I could put my hand under it and touch the sidewalk outside. 1 bath towel, not good for wanting to wash hair AND shower, no floor mat to get out of shower, hair in the shower both on the wall and floor and shower curtain was molded and the bath towel had holes in it. Bathroom and holey towel
- Janet (4/5): - The room was clean however the bedding and towels were soiled. I brought it to the desk clerk and he replaced the towels but not the bath cloths and hand towels because he said “they aren’t too good so I told him i would just buy some because I was not using soiled linen. I will not be sleeping under the covers either. I have my own blanket. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- ANDREA (6/5): Dingy and spotty linens. - The bed linens, towels, and shower curtains were dingy with spots. Some of the spots looked like very old blood stains. I had housekeeping to change the linen on the bed before I slept in it. I sprayed it down with 90% isopropyl alcohol. That was my first and last time staying at this property.
- Tracey (5/5): We will not come back unless these things improve. - No breakfast was served To start, walking in room smelled cleaned. But the bed linens were disgusting. Don’t you used bleach? There were stains all over bed covers (2 queens) and someone’s hairs all over pillows , sheets, pillows. And a lipstick mark on the bed cover. We had to ask for towels, and pillow cases. Did not want to sleep on these sheets. And the door was not very secure. We could see outside. And the cars coming and going and people locking their cars woke us up every hour.
- Garrett (1/5): Bad -
- Maggie (2/5): Never again! - Nothing. There was stains all over the covers and pillows. There was a used sanitary napkin in the bathtub. Discovered that when I went to take a shower. There weee multiple cigarette burns on the sheets. The pillows felt so rock hard that I woke up with a migraine.
- Hernan (7/5): Good -
- Brena (9/5): Superb - I stayed at the property on my way to a softball tournament. It was a good stay for the price.
- Melanie (1/5): Bad -
- Brenda (7/5): Good - It was convenient for what we needed. The towels were stained and bed covers.. No coffee for guests.
- Trajan (2/5): - Horrible customer service I still haven’t got my refund. I stayed there for one night very dirty spiderwebs all over the place.
- Deanna (1/5): RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! GROSS - I honestly didn’t like ANYTHING about the property. The location is awful. It’s next door to a truck stop and bail bond office. The sheets and towels are dingy gray. I checked the bed for bugs and didn’t see any. The mattress is wrapped in heavy plastic that makes noise every time you move. They say they are pet friendly but there is no grass. The shades on the window don’t go up and down like they are supposed to, they were rolled up and wedged to stay open. When I went to close them a dirty rag fell out. I slept with my gun next to the bed. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!
- John (6/5): It was a Cheap Price. I wasn't expecting very muc - I would rate it 3.5 to 4 out of 5.
Beds were fine. Shower pressure was kind of weak. Walls were thin the poor guy in the room next to us needed to go to the doctor he coughed and hacked all night. I slept through it but it kept my daughter up.
- Jean (5/5): might stay again. price was right for just wanting a place to sleep on our way to our vacation. - no breakfast. location was fine. not too noisy from highway traffic. no breakfast in the morning. Shower nozzle was very low in the tub. My husband had to duck to get his head wet.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Pizza rolls - I normally would not even make a review but we checked out after 2 days and checked back in for 2 more days. They gave us the same room and the sheets were not changed. I'm sure they still haven't been changed look for the stain on the bed closest to the door. Not to mention we found pizza rolls (not ours) in the microwave. I'm sure they're still in there. I cant say I got the flu from here but I instantly got sick.
- 778jeannef (4/5): short stay - Amenities were to include daily housekeeping, coffee & breakfast items. Neither were available. Refrigerator & microwave not working. Since no one at lobby, I was not able to address this issue. If housekeeping was daily, my notes about non-working appliances would have been seen. The freezer compartment was defrosted (implies that with room turnover, appliances weren't check for cleanliness). No coffee in room. Upon checkout, girl in lobby didn't have computer password to give me a receipt. She also said there was no breakfast since Covid, so for 4+ yrs, the website info is incorrect. Also, she mentioned the coffee maker in the lobby was broken & has yet to be repaired. Coffee maker in room but no coffee. Only bath towel & wash cloth, no hand towel. Bed was comfortable, pillows - not so much.
- Sheilah (8/5): You get what you pay for. - Convenient Stains on bed linens and bathroom linens; bathroom needed a good cleaning.
- Sampiere (10/5): Exceptional -
- Baker (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean rooms
- Edmonds (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (2/5): Very poor - Clean n easy check in No coffee or even continental breakfast. Lobby was in disarray and cared none if I had coffee or not.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Won't be staying here again - The bathroom door and entry door were filthy on both sides, loud heater and fan in bathroom, cobwebs on the blinds, crumbs on the floor, very poor ceiling patchwork, very few tv channels. The entry door is not sealed well and leaks so much cold air. Shower head was falling apart. The beds and pillows were comfortable
- Ray (2/5): - I would not give those towels to anyone
- Sherry (1/5): Bad -
- Z1806IDchrisk (4/5): Dirty mistake - They accidentally gave my room away to someone else under my name. Then they gave me an extremely dirty room, when no working phone. Had to call from cell phone, but when we called, they gave us a new clean room. They were supposed to have free breakfast and they had nothing.
- Ramirez (6/5): Pleasant -
- Vice (8/5): Very good - The staff was nice. Decent Room. Convenient restaurant walking distance. No Complaints
- Nicholas (4/5): part of door lock was busted but good price. - the price was good that's all. part of door lock was busted and black mold in shower and there was a used wet towel Lane in the bathroom.
- Gentry (4/5): It was ok - Convience Tv not working
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - clean nothing
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - clean
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - clean
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanelle (6/5): The door - The customer service was nice the only complaint I have is that the door doesn’t exactly close all the way leaving a pretty good gap under the door where air comes in and I could literally stick my big toe under the door and the towels and washcloth and linens looked bad, I always bring my own towels and washcloths but what if I didn’t. Also, I wasn’t aware that I would be charged a few after booking and paying for my room already, they said it was just in case there was any damages. I’ve booked online for years and have NEVER had to swipe my card again onsite when my card is already on file, but ok 😊
- Kishore (4/5): - Not clean
- Dirk (4/5): - Days inn charged. Fighting with them to get charge dropped.
- Jessica (1/5): Disgusting go somewhere else - Nothing The room smelled like cigarettes smoke. There was no remote for the TV or holder for the toilet paper. Dirty stained towels and bedding. No curtains in the room and a light outside the window that lit up the room all night. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else.
- Joyce (2/5): Would I stay again no I wouldn’t. - I like how it was very quiet not a lot going on. The room were nasty had roaches and stains in the sheets, blankets, towels, and the walls. The microwave and refrigerator is nasty food all in it.
- Christian (5/5): Not terrible but it was $41 - The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. Nice! That was the last I saw of them. There was no drink machine. No coffee offered nothing. I would say it could use a good scrubbing but for the price I was passing through it was okay. The location somewhat shady very noisy but it was like 41 bucks so that's what I got.
- 328alannah (2/5): The wort experience!!! - They charged me twice switched my reservation with someone else's and made me out another card on file and tried to charge it another 40!!° !!!!!!SCAMMERS!!!!!!on too of all of that it wasn't even no pool open or breakfast for anyone which was literally the only reason we drover to Calhoun they caused nothing. UT problems on top of problems!
- Baker (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alli (3/5): Poor -
- Courtney (8/5): - This is an affordable, quiet and clean place to stay passing through. Local choices of restaurants and shops minimal. Staff are welcoming and accommodating.
- Dakota (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chamoni (2/5): Very poor -
- Michael (1/5): Absolutely would never stay here - Absolutely disgusting walked right in and walked right out and refused to give us their money back bugs in the cleaner things on the bed exposed wires still waiting for a refund I would never recommend this place to anyone not even sure I want to stay in any day then if they're not controlled from one hand making sure they keep the place neat and clean Everything
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - Maintenance was great Room hadn't been cleaned properly from past people. There was hair and used shampoo bottles in the room. TV did not work. When I booked it said breakfast was included but once I went to the property was told no breakfast.
- vivek (4/5): - There was not even a coffee powder in the whole premises
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - It was very Clean
- Petro (2/5): - This hotel is very dirty.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Lynette (2/5): - No hand towel. No trash can. TV did not work. No chain on door.
- Ibarra (1/5): Absolutely horrible! - There were two people that were working there and one was Miss Kim and the other one was Miss Joe very sweet and kindhearted people taking care of the customers Just about everything, the TVs didn’t work the microwaves didn’t work. The refrigerators didn’t work. The rooms were filthy. The sheets had stains of all kinds of things on them. There were holes in the walls, mildew smell, paint, chipping off of the ceilings and walls. The beds were very uncomfortable, the AC practically didn’t work. It was a horrible stay. I will never come back to that and the premises was absolutely the pool was green and the owner and his son were very rude.
- Chastain (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (2/5): Place needs lots of TLC and at least coffee. - Bed was adequate. Location was acceptable. There was no breakfast. Shade didn't come down all the way. Door to the room was damaged and had to be slammed in order to even close. No coffee available in room or any lounge/office area.
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isaiah (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (2/5): - There were feces on the toilet seat and on the the base of the toilet, stains on the sheets and just overall nasty
- Claude (6/5): - Of primary concern were 3 things…
1) Unusual electrical wiring along the wall. Probably not meeting electrical codes.
2) A lot of black mold growing in the bathtub/shower tub area. Poisonous ? ? ? (Sorry, no photo.)
3) No toilet paper holder.
- A (7/5): Good - All was satisfactory except for the Management staff. Rude and not being reasonable.
- Sherry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Goltz (3/5): I want my 30$ back that’s some jacked up crap - The rooms were clean, The pool needs be covered up nobody wants too look out at that … I asked for a early check in and the man wouldn’t do it and charged me 10$ for every hour so that was and extra 30$ which was total crap cause the one in canton ga . Always does early check in
So basically the room and the front desk girl that had long brown hair as she was busting her bottom tail to do house keeping and front desk (she needs a raise ) her out going personality deserves it ..
- Timothy (7/5): Good -
- Randal (8/5): Very good -
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Anissa (9/5): Superb -
- Sri Lalitha Meghana (2/5): - The property doesn’t look like the one shown on the images. They mentioned that non smoking but the entire property had a foul smoke smell and it was noisy and also dirty. We had a terrible experience the sheets and towels which they provided are so dirty and was smelling bad
- Michael (6/5): - Not intended to be a middle to upper level hotel. Came into the area a day early without reservations at our cabin so needed a place for one night and didn’t want to pay a lot. It was cheaper and a little better than I expected (which wasn’t much). Get what you pay for. The office staff was pleasant. Not sure I’d stay there again unless really needed to but wasn’t horrible. Oh, had a sweet local cat stay most of the night. Made it all better. lol.
- Dale (4/5): Disappointing - There was no breakfast as advertised. No coffee a very few towels, refrigerator frosted over
- Stephanie (2/5): Nasty - Don’t Stay Here That Photo doesn’t look like the room
- Balch (5/5): Wasn't terrible - Bed was comfortable. Lady at the front desk, was very nice. People who were staying there, were friendly. The price wasn't bad. Floor was nasty, unswept and un mopped.
- Pamela (3/5): Poor - The WiFi and tv actually worked The bedding was dirty and the maid walking into my room without asking at 6 am. And the owner said she does it all the time and this hotel is not a 100% satisfaction hotel and what does he want him to do.
- Rebecca (5/5): Passable - Room was very dirty hair all over the bathroom tub was nasty. Refrigerator worked off the light switch light had to stay on if you turn it off Refrigerator goes off. Smelled horrible like straight urine. Beds were supposed to be white they were dirty black. Carpet was sticky. Advertised complimentary breakfast there was nothing. Room was disgusting
- Zachery (1/5): Dirty - None Nothing
- Taylor (1/5): Bad -
- April (2/5): Needs a good cleaning - One of the beds had stains on the comforter. The pillows had stains on them. The air conditioning filter hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The walls need to be painted to cover the dirt stains.
- Holmes (10/5): Exceptional -
- Devan (10/5): - great
