- Amber (4/5): - The carpets we’re extremely stained. The toilet was dirty. And there was a vape pen under the bed.

- TravelWithMira (6/5): Extended Stay - We needed a place to stay for a few days.
From the outside, it looked great. Inside, it was a bit tired and worn, especially the furniture—we really sank into the sofas and the bed. That said, the room was clean, the service was great, and it served its purpose for our stay.
Helpful tip for future guests:
If you plan to use the kitchenette, check with the front desk to have it stocked with pots, pans, plates, and utensils. For extra towels or towel changes, you’ll need to request them at reception. Also, be aware that there are fees if trash is left outside your door.

- Christine (2/5): - This is a nice looking property from the outside but it stops once you step inside. The room was reasonably clean except for the toilet (feces) and the furniture was very worn and used looking. The VERY limited staff was helpful at check in. We had a kitchenette but be informed there is nothing in the cupboards to use. I had to ask for ice as apparently there should have been trays in the freezer. In the morning there was vacuuming and cleaning right outside our room early in the morning...SADLY, I left my gold earrings in the room and was hopeful i could possibly get them mailed back to me. After several unanswered phone calls I reached a staff member with who i explained what happened and asked if she would go check for me but even before she "checked" she told me they were likely thrown into the garbage as that is what is done with items left behind. She was very impatient and annoyed to be talking to me and told me they were not there. Lets be realistic..no one is going to throw gold earrings in the garbage. I asked for the manager and asked for the housekeeper. I was told they had gone home. No manager on site at 3 p.m.? EXPEDIA gave me an email address for the manager which was not correct. Email was returned. I feel really dismissed by this hotel. THERE WAS NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER to help or at least make me feel heard. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
- Rafael (10/5): - I would recommend it real quiet great staff and roomier room great
- Luis (6/5): - My stay was OK, but I got to say it could have been better!
I know rooms cannot be requested, but I ask when I made the reservation, then again when I checked in, and the front desk didn't even care to recheck as they had the check-in package ready...when I ask/arrived!
Unfortunately, I was given room 101, which was on 1st floor, very noisy as everyone comes in-out through the back door, so they bang door and steps and talk loud like a lot, so every morning, or evening...was a challenge to be able to rest!
The back door is absolutely not acceptable as the handle is broken and don't work as needed, so anyone can come in/out of the property, even if they are not a guess.
There is a piece of steel cord attached to it, which definitely doesn't make it SAFE for anyone!
and on top of that, room was not clean/touch at all during stay, not even garbage cans, towels, etc.
- Harold (10/5): - We very much like this place. Would definitely recommend it. Bring your own breakfast food as breakfast items VERY limited
- Kevin (10/5): - Torrie is very helpful at the front desk.
- Tracey (5/5): Front desk staff was very accommodating. - Not much for breakfast options. Location was okay. Desk staff was very helpful. The room was okay, It was stuffy when I walked in. The a/c was not on and tried turning it on, but wouldn't work. I had to press the reset button on the cord (into outlet) to get it to work. Also, the table lamps by the bed were unplugged.
The breakfast consisted of granola bars, oatmeal packets, coffee and some juice.
I booked the room through booking.com but the hotel also charged me, so am currently working on that to get it resolved.
- Joyce (6/5): - The room was large and comfortable but the carpet was disgusting, filthy and we were not comfortable walking in bare feet on it.
Never anyone at the front desk when you needed them.
- Betty (4/5): - The carpet in the room was so filthy that we didn’t know if we dared look at the rest of it. The couch looked like a party couch from a frat house.
- Mary (4/5): - We arrived at 8 PM and was told that our room wasn’t ready “because a lot of people just checked in before us…” Did she give our room away?!?! We had to wait for the desk attendant to go clean our room.
We were looking forward to sitting at the bar after checking in, to be told that they are still working on getting their liquor license and there was nobody at the bar. Lights off and no staff or customers.
When we entered our room, it was an ice box, when we found the controls on the wall behind the TV and put the heat on it smelled like burning plastic so we had to unplugged the whole thing.
While checking out the room, there was a random toothpick on the desk, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, rip in lamp shade, food crumbs under bar chair.
In the morning, while checking out, the office person was sleeping at his desk.
- Dex (8/5): - Good location, and a comfortable place.
- Wayne (2/5): - Hotel was double booked
We got there at 12:30 AM greeted with " We were waiting for you sorry we are double booked. No room for you we will get youba refund. " No phone call at all " we never thought about that"
- James (10/5): - Very big, comfortable room
- Michael (10/5): Great room and service - Great extended stay. Outstanding staff. Had an issue with the door latching on my room. It was immediately repaired. The quick response was appreciated. Large and comfortable room. Great amenities. Really enjoyed my stay x 4 nights.
- Rogelio (1/5): - Me cobraron 2 veces en la aplicación y en el hotel me cobraron 2 veces Me cobraron 2 veces en la aplicación y en el hotel me cobraron 2 veces
- Megan (8/5): - Big rooms, but room smelled off.
- Laxmi (10/5): - The hotel was safe and clean with professional yet friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Disappointed - The facility met basic requirements, Roof, HVAC, Bed, Bath. Breakfast was a disappointment, Instant Oat meal and packaged muffin and coffee. Room carpet was badly stained and even if vacumed it gave the appearance of being FILTHY!! room 202. Had to take our garbage out to dumpster ourselves. Kitchen utensiles and dishes were available upon request at front desk but not stocked in room. Facilities infrastructure were designed for a premium stay , cabinets were available for full breakfast service and it even had a bar area. nice outdoor patio with grill.
- Rhoda (8/5): - The room was very spacious and had almost everything we could have needed for a night. The bed is in need of replacement. Rolled to the middle all night long.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Everything was good except for the floors in our rooms were pretty filthy. We noticed after our showers the bottoms of our feet were black due to the floors not being cleaned properly. Other than that the experience was very good.
- Miguel (1/5): Worse Hotel Ever - The bed....comfy Last room on the 1st floor, near exit door. Very busy. I could hear people coming in out until late hours. Could hear steps from people in the room above me ALL NIGHT LONG. Lazy and rude front desk staff. Wouldn't even tried to help me get change to buy water, even when I told her I needed to take my medication. She would keep looking at her phone while SAYING NO to everything I asked.
Please do me a favor..... scratch that hotel from my list of options. I dont ever want to stay there again.
- Kelly (6/5): - No ice machine. Ice maker in room but turned off.
- Samuel (4/5): - The room looked as advertised in the photo. The check-in staff was friendly. However, the "funny smell" we noticed when we first entered the room just seemed to get worse during our stay. A "wet dog" smell that seemed to be in the air vents and permeated the bedding. The floor also felt gritty, although the other surfaces looked clean. The room just smelled bad by the next morning. We we eager to leave and will not be back. I don't know if there was a pet-free option available, but I wish we had checked. The odor alone made the stay disappointing for us.
- kevin (4/5): - Carpets were terribly stained. We had asked for a different room, but they said they'd all be the same as oilfield workers must wear their boots all over the rooms. Apparently taking them off at the door isn't in the cards. Anyway we had also tried to move on after the first night, but the property refused to budge with the third party provider of the reservation on the three night stay so we were confined to this one. I always hate when the customer has no leeway on these things. But with some companies its all about them. Other than that, it was fine.
- Brett (6/5): - Staff were welcoming and helpful upon check-in, very efficient! The room was bizarrely clean but also filthy. Bathroom, bedding, kitchen area all clean. Carpet and walls were extremely dirty with stains and dirty hand prints. Breakfast was just packaged muffins and granola bars. Oatmeal available but no bowls.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not as expected :( - This used to be our go to hotel. It WAS elegant and felt luxurious. Not anymore. The property has not been kept up.
The lobby area and the patio outside are in need of a good cleaning as are the rugs in the rooms and hallways. The bar in the lobby does not function as a bar anymore and the advertized vending machine, to my knowledge, only contained soda. The hot breakfast no longer exists. Instead there is packaged oatmeal and muffins in plastic or a granola bar. There is not an option of juice, fruit, or anything that is more than the bare minimum of a grab and go breakfast.
The layout of the room we stayed in is a great idea - a living room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The furniture in the room's living areas needs a good cleaning (or to be thrown out and replaced). The pull out was very uncomfortable. The coffee table was worn and water stained. The kitchen is not equipped with supplies in the room (as it used to be) but you can request they be delievered to the room. The pot and pan we were offered were teflon and very scratched and ill kept. I had to go back to the desk several times to get dishwashing soap, dish towels for the sink, sheets and piillowcases for the pull-out.
Overall, this was a disappointing stay. We had invited several family members to visit us at the hotel and I felt I had to apologize for the condition of the hotel.
- P9287CPericaj (4/5): Not that great - Room smelled of cigarettes, floor was dirty.Shattered window in my room held with tape! Some staff unfriendly.Non licensed bar so no bar!Sticky remote control. Some type of ashes on coffee table.
- Peek (10/5): - The place was very clean and the staff was very polite. The cost was pricey but I picked this place because I stayed there in the past.
- Melanie (5/5): It was a room and bed - The size of the room was great and bed was comfortable The carpet was gross and dirty. Big sticky spots on the carpet
For the price we paid and all you got for breakfast. Was a dry old muffin or granola bars and coffee.
- Jody (2/5): - Waited for someone to come to desk for check in, no one available at desk to check out. Room had unpleasant odor, stained carpet. Furniture was water stained and scratched. Bathroom did not look clean. Couch uncomfortable.
- John (10/5): - Enjoy overnight stay
- Jolene (10/5): -
- Rodriguez (6/5): Marginal Accommodations for the Price! - Looked nice on the outside and comfortable. Rooms were nice size. The furniture in the room was worn out and needs to be replaced. The carpet was stained and had an oder, pillows were Flat.
- Hooper D (6/5): - Breakfast was cereal bars and the bar doesn't have a loquor license
- Petro (6/5): - Quite outdated, carpets need to be replaced and really noisy!
- Keith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (4/5): - The property and staff were acceptable, aside from hallways and stairwells in need of cleaning.
This stay was booked via Expedia, by way of Travigo. I specified that we required a pet friendly listing (and traveling with my wife's support dog).
Upon checking in we were informed that we were REQUIRED to spend an EXTRA fifty-two dollars in pet fees, for a two-night stay.
Both my wife and I have disabilities, and money is carefully managed. Two years ago, we booked at the same property (with same said dog) about half as much night and NO added PET FEES.
Extended Stay, Expedia, and Trivago I am very displeased with everything about your dishonest BAIT AND SWITCH style of discerptions.
I wish that I knew which entity that we could ask for apologies and refunds.
I can not afford to travel much, but this experience greatly question whom I can trust in the future.
- Rachel (4/5): - We were greeted by polite and friendly staff who were helpful and promptly changed our room when we raised concerns. Unfortunately, the first room had a strong, unpleasant odor and numerous stains throughout. The second room was only slightly better — the smell was more tolerable, but still off-putting. The carpet was filthy, with what appeared to be dried vomit near the coffee table.
Although we had planned to stay for four nights, we checked out after just one and found another hotel.
This place desperately needs a deep cleaning and a full carpet replacement. The staff tried, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable.
- ward E (8/5): - Ok location but a little noisy from the interstate
- Valerie (8/5): - Nice other than carpet appeared quite warn
- Debbie (8/5): - Good location. Friendly staff. Desk and table were well worn.
- Dennis (8/5): - It was good, comfortable. Just wish the bar would have been open so I could relax with friends, without having to leave the premises.
- Aurora F. (10/5): Quick stay - We only stayed 1 night due to our flight being rescheduled but it was very nice and clean. Convenient as well. The set up of the room waa rwally nice. Loves the cabin feel as soon as u walked into the front door.
- Corey (8/5): - Friendly staff.
- Vicki (4/5): - The customer service at the front desk was very good, friendly and helpful. The room was in dire need of updating. The carpet was old, dirty and stretched out and needed replacing, perhaps with a vinyl tile or laminated flooring. The sofa sleeper was old, worn out, sunken and uncomfortable. The mattress needed replacing because it sunk in the middle. It advertised "breakfast included", but it was actually a continental breakfast and included no fruit or healthy protein choices. There was nothing there I could eat, except coffee. It could be nice if updated because it was very spacious and more like a small condo with a full fridge, 2 burner stove, dishwasher, his and her closets, large bathroom. Except the water pressure was bad and only half a stream came out of the shower head, and half out of the faucet.
- Lacey (3/5): Poor - The young lady was as helpful as she could be No bedding for the pullout
No towels
Floors were dirty
Had to assemble pullout bed
- Tom (6/5): - Broken items in the room. Very dirty carpet and I am usually the last to complain. Beautiful bar in the lobby, but no liquor license so it couldn’t be used. Laundry machines worked well.
- Craig (2/5): - I have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s been fine on those stays, but this time the room was dirty, weird stains on the carpet, shower head flew off when turned on, dirty sink, etc
- Brian (2/5): - When I checked in I told Gabe Iam a light sleeper could u put me on top floor away from traffic
He put me on main floor closest to the noisey highway
The room wasn’t very clean, floor under tv stand had garbage under it, the fridge had left over drinks from previous guests.
Advertised as continental breakfast, what a joke, dried muffins and granola bars, coffee machine was out of order,
Had to get the pass card reloaded 2 times to open our room ,
Not recommended , didn’t say anything to Gabe as we wanted to get out of there asap and not cause a seen, just will not be staying their ever again
Will not be staying there again
- Emma (4/5): Nice room but needs improvements - I like to stay in suite rooms that give me a bit more living space and a fridge. The hotel was easy to find and quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable. Water was hot and bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel was obviously designed for oil field workers to stay, as the floors are all laminate or tile. The walls have very little decorations which makes the room less inviting and cozy. Furniture is well used and marked up. But my biggest issues were these two - the floors were not cleaned well, especially around the furniture. And, my fridge didn’t work even after I informed the front desk and they had an entire day to deal with it.
Also, their breakfast is packaged muffins and a coffee machine. It’s not breakfast in my opinion.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Did not see any breakfast
- Kevin (7/5): Good Value - Well designed The room we had was pretty banged up usually this isn’t the case
- Dillon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rich (2/5): Garbage ass hotel - The room was dirty. It was a kitchenette, but there were no dishes or cookware! On Hotels.com it’s listed to have a bar. They don’t even have a liquor license. Don’t let the exterior fool u
- Kenneth (1/5): Horrific - The location is good. The carpets filthy, the window blind didn't go up or down staff ended propping against the wall. Heaters weren't working. Dogs had chewed edges of coffee table & legs. Breakfast museli bars & small muffins & coffee.
- Nanina (4/5): Disappointing -
- richardkQ9821WZ (4/5): not great - The luggage cart had a flat tire. The room smelt like an ashtray. My sisters room smelled like cigarettes so strong, she checked out and went to a Holiday Inn. The carpet in our room was filthy. I had on white socks and the bottoms of them were black. The lamp switch by the bed was busted and didn't work. The only good thing about this place was the nice young lady at the front desk, helping us
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional - The room was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Would stay at another Extended Stay Americas Suites.
- Ross (2/5): - Staff was unavailable. Room was stained and gross. Dog poop was all over the grass outside. The said there was breakfast and there wasn't.
- Patrick (6/5): - Breakfast could only be summed up in one word - PATHETIC. Please dont list breakfast as an amenity, thats false advertisement. Otherwise bed was very comfortable.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Everything was good.
- Natalia (6/5): Pleasant - Kitchen and pet friendly
Its $25 plus taxes per night to have a dog with you Bed is too small , 3 pillows not enough for 2 people
Carpet is very dirty, has stains and looks like need to be washed long time ago
There is no service period. If you want shampoo bring your own. Same goes with the garbage bags
The hotel has bar but its not operational they dont have license. .
- Melissa (10/5): - .
- Scott (8/5): - Loved being able to use the outside patio and grill area
- Douglas (3/5): Poor - Food was left in refrigerator from previous guests. Staff was not very helpful at check in.
- Taha (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Robert (4/5): - I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE! I stayed here about 8 years ago and it was ok so decided to stay again. Since that time I found out it had been purchased by new owners and they had not put any money into it since. The first room (107) I was given was not dirty from a cleaning standpoint, it was dirty from a worn out perspective. The carpet was filthy and (do not laugh) the coffee table in the main room had been chewed up by what I assume was a dog. Literally all four legs and all four corners had been chewed to splinters. Wish I had taken a picture. The rest of the furniture was at best Salvation Army old. I was going to request reimbursement and leave but decided to look at another room (#307). At least this one's carpet was not stained and the room while the furniture was also tired, at least felt clean and the bed was comfortable. Another interesting thing was the hotel is an "extended stay" facility. When I looked in the cabinets, there was nothing (no cups, plates, silverware, pots etc) Then I noticed a sign saying I could "request" them from the front desk. The last thing was the "breakfast" that was provided. Packages of instant oatmeal, cellophane wrapped mini muffins and incredibly weak coffee. Enough said!
- Daniel (6/5): - Be warned: No breakfast. Unless you consider granola bars and instant oatmeal with NO milk breakfast. Not even those little half and half containers for coffee. Very disappointing if, like me, you were expecting something to eat before hitting the road.
- Mehlhoff (1/5): HORRID - Nothing. There was a skidsteer running outside my window ALL NIGHT LONG! It was beeping in reverse and slamming its metal bucket against the pavement. I could have reached out of my window and touched it, it was SO close. I aM SOOOOOOOO angry. WHY would a hotel have someone do that in the middle of the night????????? I will NEVER stay there again.
- Lyle (8/5): It's okay - The stay was fine. We had no hot water in our shower, so that was a bummer. It wasn't fixed adequately when we informed the front desk. They tried I guess. We just used our dad's shower next door.
