teshica (4/5): - Front doors to the property have been broken for over a month. You have to push them open in close yourself. Last time I stayed the elevator didn’t work to the 3rd floor. This stay I had no hot water on the 4th. Not many options in the area but will be trying something new

Christine (7/5): We made our stay brief. - Funky shower plumbing. Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling. Only one mirror placed at entrance hallway across from bathroom door was a problem. Lighting was very poor. Placement being by the bathroom made us cramped and running into each other when trying to shower and dress. Another mirror by a window with natural light would solve two problems.

Helloemily (7/5): Too bright. - The room was a nice size for a family of 5. We all liked the continental breakfast and most of the employees are nice. I didn't like that our room did not have full curtains. Our window had two side panels and a valance. We looked everywhere for a way to close them until we noticed under the valance you could see that the curtains were simply side panels. We had the floodlights from the Comfort Inn next to us shining in our room all night long. We drove 3 hours to dig in the salt plains and stayed in Alva but without sleep it made the drive the next day much harder. There was one employee at the front desk sitting on the table behind it on her phone that when asked a question she just stared at me.

Alice (4/5): - The entire 3rd floor had a mildew smell. I had family staying in another room on the same floor and they said the same. Our room smelled like old sweaty gym socks. The water in both tub and sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. The AC did not work well. Its wall thermostat didn't work at all. I had to use the panel on the window unit. Then it would come on for 30 seconds and be off for 2 minutes. I honestly timed it through the night because it kept me awake some. I did feel the bed was clean and bath clean. Breakfast was only fair. I won't stay here again.

Actually, we couldn’t tell that housekeeping had been in our room except that our dirty towels were exchanged. Attention to detail was lacking, but the housekeeper left an envelope asking for a tip. Check in and out was fine, with pleasant & efficient service. Other than the disappointing service from housekeeping, the property was more than adequate for a weekend stay to attend our niece’s wedding.

Shanna (4/5): Frustrating but decent - When we checked in, we were told our stay had been paid for through Experian. We informed them that it had not, and we wanted to pay with cash. They disagreed. Two days later, they charged my card for the amount. I was 7 hours away from home, and lucky I had enough in the bank to cover it. There were never enough towels in our room and our key cards never worked. Every night we had to get them reprogrammed because they didn’t work. The elevator did not work (no signage) so we had to take three flights of stairs. The next morning it didn’t either and we had to bring all of our luggage down. This is our second time to stay here, and I believe it will be our last. They do have decent breakfast, clean rooms, and great water pressure, though!

Jimmy (5/5): Good enough to get the job done but I’d definitely work with staff on uniforms or something - The breakfast was great the first day but the second day the staff member didn’t show up on time so breakfast was not out before time for me to leave. The front desk staff was always in the back room so nobody really watches who comes in and out. The staff member on morning of checking out looked like she came straight from bed. Same clothes and everything All listed above. Also the room wasn’t as clean as I’d like to see. The elevator also was in rough looking shape.

No extra blankets when i asked because the heater was crappy... It would fluctuate from freezing to hot and then back again. There was a draft from the window. Had to ask for towels. No one cleaned the room our entire stay.

There was no hot breakfast like the pictures showed. Cereal and muffins was the breakfast. My cell charger outlet by the lamp didnt work very good either. It was finicky.
