- Elena (10/5): Buena estancia, excelente ubicacion - Las habitaciones son muy amplias, son pet friendly (con costo adicional de aprox 25 usd) no hay alfombra lo cual las hace muy higienicas, estuve dos dias casi sin salir de la habitacion por lo que probe desayuno, comida y cena del restaurante del hotel, no es el mejor pero cumple. El room service tiene un costo extra del 13%. Se encuentra dentro de un circuito cerrado con cafeterias y restaurantes ajenos al hotel que son buena opcion, tambien hay un supermercado a 500 mts. y una plaza con cine enfrente.

- DEYANIRA (6/5): MAL SERVICIO-falta de capacitación a su personal - El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones preciosas, amplias y con el toque de Puebla. Sin embargo el servicio al cuarto es terrible, tuve que hablar 3 veces para que me llevaran hielo a la habitación, cuando pedi la cena no se tardaron mucho pero la chica que me la llevo me pregunto si le podia dar la propina en efectivo , le comente que no tenia que la iba a dar con la tarjeta y me compartio que lo preferia en efectivo porque la propinas se las pagan en 15 días, le dije nuevamente que no me era posible y le pedi si me traia unos vasos, me parece que se molesto porque me contesto que se los pidiera a recepción que a ellos les correspondia. Marque a recepción solicitando los vasos y me contestaron que le tocaba a cocina pero que lo iban a ver, concluyendo nunca me llevaron los vasos. El hote me encanta pero noto que cada vez que llego hay decremento el servicio y la atención. Por último habia uno refri pequeño que era muy práctico sobre todo ahorita con el calor y ya los quitaron de las habitaciones, y faltan vasos . Las únicas personas atentas fueron los señores del valet parking

- Patricia (6/5): Hotel bueno pero no es moderno. - Buena atención del personal, habitación limpia pero los lavabos, mamparas y accesorios de baño deben cambiarse están muy gastado y en general la decoración de la habitación también deben modernizarse y ser más armoniosa… en esta época de calor en los alrededores del hotel llega un mal olor… lo bueno que en las habitaciones no se percibe. La carta del restaurante es muy vasca y lleva mucho tiempo sin actualizarse…un detalle básico no tenían tortillas en el desayuno.

Detalles en equipos electrónicos y en iluminación. El wc tapado. Todo lo solucionaron pero, les falta poner atención a detalles. Entra mucho ruido del pasillo.
- J1403ICdavidd (8/5): Decent value, but watch the details... - MM Grand is a beautiful hotel if you don't look too closely, and an amazing value if details aren't paramount for you. The staff gets extra credit for trying hard and being positive. The hotel is 93 rooms, all in pink and green, surrounding a garden courtyard about 3 miles from the center of Colonial Puebla. Puebla has a nifty articulated bus system with dedicated stations and lanes, and the Las Animas station is just two blocks from hotel--fare with transfer is about $0.50US a ride. Great way to get downtown, or Avenida Juarez restaurants cheaply. Runs until about 11p. Otherwise, take Uber, $5-7US. Room was very clean, but hotel skimps on details in room. Closet short on hangers, bathroom scant on towels. Room had 11 blue willowish/azul talavera urns and vases--all glued down--but no hair dryer. No paper of any kind in room, no menus or notepads, no pens. All kinda had the whiff of a going-out-of-business sale. That and some deferred maintenance issues suggests that Hilton isn't watching closely. Every piece of chrome in bath--shower hinges, showerhead, toilet paper rack--was corroded. Tablecloths in restaurant had holes, chairs were scuffed. Noise from a youth soccer group had front desk move my room (originally a Grand Deluxe) halfway through stay, now into a Governor's Suite. (As an HHonors Gold member, should have been upgraded from check-in, another lapse). Quite liked those accommodations' layout, recommend the $20-25 per night difference if available to you at booking. Both Grand Deluxe and Governor's Suite have soaking tubs in bath, very nice (but no shampoo nearby, given bottles stuck to shower walls--more austerity). Ate in restaurant for breakfast daily. Was popular with well-healed locals for baby showers and birthday breakfasts. Menu and buffet. HHonors Gold afforded an American breakfast with buffet an upcharge. Fine for free, wouldn't choose if I were paying. Staff very eager, friendly, if sometimes efficient. With rates about $60US for a Grand Deluxe room, or $85US for a Governor's Suite, per night, MM Grand isn't a terrible choice for Hilton HHonors members. I prefer a more central location in Puebla, but hotel is near a lot of shopping, even a good lavanderia a few blocks away for longer stays (again, no laundry bags and presumably no laundry service available). I just wish Hilton would pay closer attention to the upkeep and condition of its affiliates.

- SERGIO LUIS (10/5): - Excelentes instalaciones por lo que pagas , además de muy buenos precios de Comida ( lo único que deberían tener es botellas de vino , ya que solo había 3 marcas y costaban arriba de 1000 pesos es muy caro )

- Rogelio (10/5): Calificando bien al hotel. - Hola. La estancia en el MM Grand Hotel Puebla Tepestry Collection by Hilton, fue muy agradable. Todo el inmueble está con característica correcta para las 4 estrellas que ostenta. La pulcritud es un dato sobresaliente; sin embargo, respecto al servicio de bufé que ofrecen tienen "ventana" de oportunidad si es que pudieran ofrecer unos dos o tres platillos o guisos adicionales a los que tienen hasta el momento.

Solo diría que 2 cosas podrían mejorar que es la atención del personal de mantenimiento cuando se solicitó su apoyo y la comida del restaurante que no tiene congruencia en la relación precio calidad.pero el restaurante precioso.y el personal del restaurante maravilloso

Beginning with the fact that the reception had no record of my reservation, and her insistence (Lucero), that it was my mistake, the visit went downhill. A bathtub without water. The coffee maker that leaked water and had to be replaced. Waiters in the restaurant that wanted to be somewhere else. The hotel is deteriorating physically, and the staff needs some customer relations training. The good news, a great location and setting. The bell staff and parking crew did the job with a smile, Daniel is recognized for his work and good attitude. I’ve stayed at 6 hotels in Puebla. This was my worst hotel experience. Spend your money somewhere else.

- DRLuxury (4/5): No way this is Hilton affiliated. Unbelievably bad. Beware of their Dollar Rate! Theft! - Very ,very disappointing. They promise you available Suites (HH Diamond), they even promise you it’s available at 1pm, then after you arrive it’s only available at 4pm. I just canceled and went somewhere else. Front desk staff is out of a Hollywood cheap comedy. They don’t know what they have said 2 days before and even insinuate the guest is lying. Miserable ambiance. Don’t believe anything they tell you as it will be a lie. Maybe you should teach your incompetent staff member Alma hiw to behave with top tier guests. I won’t ever return to this ghastly place. I stayed here for one night ,got even the suite upgrade but even then it was nothing special. Noisy,very noisy. Another noteworthy detail: the publish and charge you a dollar amount but when you pay they use a Mexican Peso conversion rate that’s 10% above the real exchange rate. This is totally illegal in Mexico.
- JCMONTECARLO (8/5): Could be much better …. Sigh - Nice hotel with comfy suites. The only issue is the noise even around you. They should not walk around with dish trays at 7 in the morning making you think you’re in a train station. Be a bit more discreet. Diamond Guest acknowledgment should be better. Why is there hardly any fruit left at 10 am when breakfast is supposed to be had until 12 ? Coffee is quite diluted. Well , I sometimes forget this isn’t France …..
