The low-key layout of the property with rooms in beatifully landscaped gardens with trees was very peaceful and relaxing. The engagement of all the staff was refreshing and animating... The chef definitely knows his business, the food was really good. The entertainment during dinner was unexpected and my kids definitely enjoyed the traditional dancing.

There were no animals roaming around, which gave us extra peace of mind. Our large family room was comfortable and came with mosquito nets, which we appreciated. We were so happy with our stay, and we will definitely be back.

Just fresher and white sheets - I particularly appreciated the fact that they opened the mosquito nets for you which was very handy cause usually we weren’t around to do it in time. And with the high temperatures that side, they switched on the Air-con’s for you. Very awesome.

- jean-louis (7/5): - Rooms are large. Bed is confortable. Place is nice. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas filtrée correctement, l'eau était trouble.La clim a fonctionné une nuit mais pas la deuxième. J'ai dû changer de chambres. De plus, je n'ai pas eu la suite comme j'avais réservée car les suites étaient en rénovation. J'aurais aimé être avisé avant mon arrivée question que je décide si j'annule ou pas. Preniere faute de leur part. Deuxième faute, l'hôtel voulait que je paie le prix de la suite mais en demeurant dans une chambre standard. En contrepartie, j'aurais eu 2 petit dej gratuitement. 1) je ne voulais pas les petite dej et 2) j'étais encore perdant car même en payant les deux petits dej, je payais encore trop . L'hôtel a fini par accepter que je paie le prix d'une chambre standard plus 5$ par nuit. Pourquoi ? Pcq l'hôtel devait faire un changement de prix auprès de Booking.com et voulait me refiler le prix du changement. Après discussion, argumentation et refus de ma part, j'ai finalement payé le prix d'une chambre standard i.e. la chambre que j'ai eu. Par contre, .je n'aurais jamais dû avoir à me battre pour cela...dommage, je garde une mauvais impression.

The place could be nicer. Loud muaic coming from a bar close to hotel. Climatisation is not working perfectly.

Staff were helpful taking the bags to and from the room when checking in and out . Staff were very friendly and helped with taxi bookings. The shower in our room was always cold no matter what time we had the shower (early morning , late night )

- Grey (9/5): A very good stay. - Reception staff helped with a tour we had booked when we couldn't get hold of the guide, they loaned a wheelchair so my mother could go on the tour. They went above and beyond to make our visit to Vic Falls lovely. Each time we asked for food to be added to our bill so we had one bill to pay we got 2-3 follow up calls to ensure we agreed to the process.

I asked again to the very friendly man who was servicing the rooms and he very obligingly came and put one up while we were out during the day.

- grifcon (8/5): Conference oriented, OK - This hotel is a standard average conference-oriented hotel. Not a lot of charm, but nice for the area. It’s.within a15 minute walk of small town center. Walking to the Falls is a much longer walk. Has a conference center so be prepared for lots of people all at once during breakfast, lunchtime and morning/afternoon breaks. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is average. Rooms are typical of a lower end chain hotel. TV is the size of a computer monitor. Highlight was the family of mongoose every morning. If I had to do over again would have preferred to go a level up. But was good for what it is.

- peterbO3824IS (10/5): A place to relax in comfort - All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was first rate, some of our best meals where from the Cresta restaurant. The accommodation and facilities were excellent. We would not hesitate in recommending Cresta Sprayview and look forward to staying here again.
- AliCat (10/5): Great Location and Value for the money - This is a great location to be able to walk into town and the falls. It is easy to get to the shops for a quick bite. It also has a restaurant on location and the breakfast buffet was very plentiful and eggs made to order. This place has a lot of business people milling around, they have a conference area and the only downside to that is that it is right next to the pool.

Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.The staff were exceptional – the receptionist Busie was incredibly welcoming your smile goes far and beyond,and the breakfast staff and restaurant staff Masha, Vuyo and Rejoice and Owen Staff very attentive and efficient We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and felt very relaxed throughout our visit. The security staff very efficient and felt protected This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future. - WorldIsMyOyster4Life (10/5): A beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. - The hotel location is on the outside of town but there is a free hourly shuttle that will take you to town. The rooms are very modern and clean. Staff are very warm and happy to answer any questions that you have or help you book activities - they want to see you smile and have a great time! Thembela is awesome at her job as the Guest Experience Coordinator and provides super helpful info.
- dimitriost (6/5): Ανακαινιση επειγόντως - months ago through an agency, two double rooms were booked, at check-in they were not next to each other and of the ones they gave us, one was already occupied. They unlocked a room for me where there was already someone else's personal belongings!!!! then of course they moved me to a temporary one and in half an hour they offered us a two-bedroom where we were moved but it was so old that it was impossible to stay and after my insistence to be compensated and to leave, while they said they did not have any available, they finally gave me two decent ones I would say but far apart with a note that one did not even have a mirror in the bathroom!!!! the staff in general is rude and indifferent. the only person who really stood out is Noreen and the manager. it is in poor condition and remote. of course I would not go again

- Silke (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Wir waren sehr zufrieden im Cresta Sprayview. Das Zimmer war sauber; wir hatten ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde z.B. unkompliziert und schnell ein Airporttransfer für den Rückweg organisiert, da unser vorgebuchter Transfer uns im Stich ließ. Das Hotel ist ca 3km vom Eingang des Victoria falls-Nationalpark entfernt. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle dorthin und in den Ort, von dem wir uns nach entsprechender Verabredung auch wieder abholen lassen konnten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel empfehlen.

- SeanMendis (10/5): Great value, location, service! - We stayed here during our visit to Victoria Falls and were very pleased with our choice. Rooms were fine although there was a lot of renovation work ongoing around the property. Location is close to town and the falls. The shuttle service in particular is very useful and the staff are extremely helpful with anything you might need. Food was also good quality. Overall I highly recommend
