- Christine (2/5): Cigarette smoke odor - Upon entering the room, we noticed a bad smell. Thought is was just ‘musty’. I later identified it as a ‘cigarette’ smell most especially coming from the bathroom. We thought perhaps they mistakenly booked us in a ‘smoking room’, In the morning, we saw a card in the room stating ‘Comfort is proud to be 100% smoke free’. Now, I’m upset. We checked out @ 8:30am and the lady named ‘Mish’ of our experience. She acknowledged that another customer had had the same complaint. This room was $178!!!! I asked if they would refund part of our money. She left to ask someone & came back informing us they couldn’t because we had booked our stay through you. My instant thought was, ‘well I guess I won’t be booking through them again’. Then I decided to make you aware of this situation in order to give you an opportunity to make this right by refunding a portion of our stay. I look forward to your response. Thank you

If I had known that, I would not have booked a room there Other than that, the room was clean and very comfortable. I'd recommend to stay here when the whirlpool is fixed 🙂

- Verified traveler (6/5): - We rented a suite which had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa mattress was so thin and could not be slept on because you could feel the springs. That was a disappointment. We needed the extra bed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the building.

The room was perfect and since it was freezing outside, we were thankful the room was nice and cozy! The breakfast was very nice and the employees were making sure that everything was being restocked! If I need a motel in Worthington again, I for sure will be staying at this motel and highly recommend it to others!

She tried fixing it but it wouldn’t work. She changed our room immediately. She was so nice & funny! I forgot her name. The breakfast was good! & on Christmas Eve they had free drinks & chips it was once again an amazing stay! Definitely staying there again!

- tommL7192CL (4/5): Overlooked property by owners - The furniture in the lobby area was very worn out and dirty. The owners are not taking care of this property to keep it one of the best in the community. The room it self was clean, but, little things were over looked. Such, two kleenex in the box with no other box available for use. Two rows of toilet paper that each were less than half used. No additional rows were left in the room. Would never recommend it to family and friends until it is up to standard. Go to Holiday Inn Express, which is much nicer.

The staff was friendly & the breakfast was good. We basically just slept there, as we were just passing through. We will definitely stay there again if we're ever in the area.

- Richard (4/5): Disappointing - When traveling with children we always try to find a hotel with a pool. It is one of the criteria we use when choosing a hotel. When using the hotels.com app you often get a "no cancelation" especially when your booking for that night. When we got to the hotel there was a big sign that read, "Pool closed for maintenance". I understand pools need to be maintained, but when you can't cancel the room and try to find another hotel it's very disappointing for kids that have ridden for 12+ hours with the promise of a pool at the end of the drive. And if the pool is closed, offer some money back or some other perk to make the situation a little better.

The morning staff prefers to stand around and talk instead of prepping the breakfast food or coffee. The hot tub has been down due to maintenance for several weeks. This place looks like it should be nice but it's really not

The chairs in the breakfast area are filthy and the seat cushions nearly worn through. No fruit juice available in breakfast area.

The first room we were put in wasn't clean but the front desk staff was very receptive, apologetic, and kind about the situation. They promptly moved us a too a clean and comfy room. I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance but that's nobody's fault. The pool was warm and the breakfast was great! We would stay there again.

Him and the staff here made me feel welcomed as an out of state resident. Between the staff and wonderful breakfast, I will gladly here again if I’m ever passing through this part of Minnesota. It’s definitely worth your time, and money.

I have photos. One cart to haul luggage to our rooms at checkin which was after 10pm

The Manager's Reception was well done and Jeanine knows how to treat her guests. I wish I could remember more names because we all were treated so well by the staff. Our rooms were very clean and the breakfast in the morning was top notch. The hotel is an easy on/off of I90 and had plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. Honestly, this hotel was definitely a 9 out of 10 for all of us. The only negative was the hot tub was down. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling near or through Worthington, MN.

- 549ellen (10/5): Best Hotel! - My husband and I were driving to Mayos and we had to stop to sleep. Before we picked a hotel, we read the reviews and this hotel had the highest. And it did not disappoint!!!! From the moment we stepped inside in the middle of the night, we were greeted at the front desk by the friendliest clerk who worked fast and diligently to get us into our room. The rooms were spacious, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was top notch. Everything was stocked, it was clean and there was a wide variety of food to pick from. When we checked out, we were again met with the friendliest of staff. We will definitely stay here again! We were over the moon with our experience!
