Funcionários atenciosos, muito próximo ao Manauara shopping. Limpeza do quarto não era 100%, café da manhã pode melhorar. Mobília precisa ser reformada.

- Pedro (1/5): - La entrada es espectacular , las habitaciones son de hace 30 años Reservé por booking y después de un viaje de 23h estaba durmiendo y me llamaron para que abonara la habitación y que tenia que ser en ese momento que se les olvidó cobrarme a la entrada El personal no digo que hablé español pero les pedia que hablaran despacio y no me hacian caso , entendia bien y si no también La nevera hacia un ruido horrible tube que desenchufarla para poder dormir La segunda habitación muy descuidada enchufe colgando la cisterna y la ducha goteaba con el ruido que ello conlleva y lo peor que vi una cucaracha corriendo por la cama No repetiré

- Mitchel (6/5): Péssima acomodação e cara! - O café da manhã era bom, a única coisa que gostei foi disso. o quarta tinha duas camas de solteiro muito pequenas e tinha barata no banheiro! Então não gostei do quarto! A Internet é péssima! Varias vezes caindo, tinha que ficar logando. Realmente muito ruim.

- MARIA ELIZA (8/5): não foi possível avaliar muito, permaneci somente 1 noite - da limpeza e da localização o box do banheiro era muito apertado, quase não entrei, os travesseiros não são confortáveis e a TV só tinha um canal disponível.

- Charles (7/5): Bom hotel mas precisa melhorar - Localização próximo ao shopping, limpeza, cordialidade dos funcionários acima da média, café da manhã excelente com música de piano (ponto forte do hotel), cama confortável. TV com 4 canais abertos somente, estacionamento muito apertado e a luz automática dele apagava, Wi-Fi muito fraco, academia fraca com apenas 4 halteres disponíveis. O preço é de hotel 4 estrelas mas com recursos de 3 estrelas. Muito a melhorar.

- Lotte (7/5): - Ontbijt was goed, al moest je wel op tijd zijn want bijvullen kennen ze hier niet. Zwembad vonden de kinderen helemaal geweldig. Hotel ligt dichtbij een groot modern winkelcentrum, waar ook een foodcourt is. Dit vonden wij wel handig.

- Cesar (3/5): Médio - Localização e hall de entrada. Café da manhã muito bom As camas são péssima e os quartos cheiram mal. No meu quarto, o secador de cabelo não funcionada e o interruptor de luz estava com mal contato.
