Stefhania (3/5): - está relativamente bien ubicado, cerca del parque no todo el personal fue amable, las insitalaciones están ya un poco viejas, uno de los días en la mañana no había agua caliente, las toallas no se veían realmente limpias, pues habían como restos de maquillaje. Además, nos daba la impresión de que la habitación no estaba realmente limpia y en una de las noches nos encontramos una cucaracha. La verdad, el precio no está mal pero no lo recomiendo, hay otros hoteles que están mejor y tienen precios similiares o incluso un poco más baratos

Donde está ubicado el hotel es un sitio relativamente tranquilo, se escuchan un poco el paso de los autos. El parqueadero del hotel es muy pequeño. El desayuno excelente. Atencion del personal excelente. Parqueadero algo pequeño. Un poco retirado del parque si uno va con adultos mayores pero se camina tranquilo y en superficie plana

Johnathan (2/5): - “My stays at this hotel are always last-minute since my partner’s family lives nearby. Both times I’ve stayed here, I’ve run into the same issues. The location is excellent, the front desk staff is five stars, and the cleanliness and everything else is great — but the Wi-Fi and breakfast are absolutely horrible. Let’s start with the Wi-Fi: it’s completely unreliable, slow, and practically unusable. I don’t even want to talk about it — it’s just awful, so forget about planning a work stay at this hotel. Then there’s the breakfast. The service is, as Colombians would say, guache. The food has no flavor, they use the cheapest products on the market, and although it’s supposed to be a buffet, they serve you the food themselves and even limit how much juice you can have. It may sound funny, but it’s true. So, for a one-night stay if you have something to do in Sabaneta, the hotel works — but planning a full stay in Medellín here is not something I’d recommend. It could easily turn into a nightmare.”

Ariel (6/5): - Found a few roaches in the bathroom on 3 different occasions. The rooms are not insulated. You heard doors slamming very hard from the very early morning which didn’t let me sleep too much. The staff was very nice and the area is very good. The rooms are bare bones. The safe to store your jewelry and money didn’t work and the AC remote didn’t work so I wasn’t able to change the temperature.

I have stayed here before, and it used to be a much better experience. The pictures of the room were different, and I paid for a larger room. I didn't get what I reserved and paid for.

A bit loud in the morning as it’s on a Main Street and walls are not completely soundproof. Staff is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast could get a bit better. But in general, I’d stay again if I needed to! :)

Large glass door leading to the large front patio, someone is ALWAYS attending the desk and really nice, ready to assist. Everything worked, no probs the entire trip. Drinks and little things for sale in the lobby just charge it to the room easy peasy. Great food 5 min away walking. Super safe and quiet neighborhood and pretty quiet although I was not there on a weekend to be fair. It's hotel. Not a block/cement building so if you need / want complete tomb like silence this is not for you. You will hear walking/talking/movement in the halls etc. I had no real problem but aligned my expectations with hotel atmosphere. Breakfast was well attended by friendly people. I don't eat eggs but had all the coffee and fruit I wanted. Decent start and no complaints. there's really no complaints here.

Mikael (8/5): Surprisingly calm - I was positively surprised. The hotel lies on the busy street Carrera 43 but I needed a place in Sabaneta for one night so I decided tho try it. The reception was friendly. The room is small as many say but still big enough tt not feel cramped, and even has a reading lamp for cosy lightning, not so common In Colombia. Bathroom is also small bit functions well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. And most important of all I had a very good sleep in the room. It was towards the side road but I think it’s the same to the feont side. Maybe I was lucky because of major road works that makes the road calm in the night. Morningtime the traffic picks ip.

Lewis (1/5): Horrible because of morning staff - Nothing I paid for 2 people. Yet they only gave me one person worth of food. Manager was very rude, she wanted me to pay more for 2 portions. Even after bringing it to their attention they did nothing but lie and say the portion they gave me was for 2 people. Even though its all on one plate. Then the utensils were dirty and I had to ask for plastic utensils. They are very stingy and dont make you feel comfortable. This is my last time ever going here and no one else should go either until they change management and morning staff including the breakfast staff. Maybe they should work as the cleaning staff only and hire people who wont cheat you with the breakfast you paid for.
