Melba (5/5): Not what I had hoped for but ok - I like the location & the hotel itself for most part I did a pay @ property 3rd party booking & was told via phone call that I could upgrade when got to property then when checking I was told I couldn’t then I asked again @ check out & was told yes that can be done. To many employees @ this location don’t know or weren’t taught how to properly do thier jobs. Then we found left fries in the microwave ( not ours ) Then the large ( heavy ) metal hook on back of bathroom door came flying off when I took my close off & it almost hit my grandsons bare toes. That needs to be secured. Dogs barking in hall way @ almost midnight.

Santiago (9/5): Overall it was good. - Always clean and the staff is very friendly. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at New Braunfels and they charged a decent amount for snacks and drinks. Their bottled water for example was reasonable at $3.00 per bottle. Your location charges $6.00 for the same drink and sodas were $7.00.

Kendra (6/5): - Nice rooms but the pool was unusable due to other guests not properly watching their children. Kids were jumping off the rails and hot tub, splashing other guests and screaming. One hot tub was broken and had old stagnant water in it. Kids were still playing in this hot tub then getting back in the pool. No alcohol allowed in the pool was a disappointment as well. Consider having adult swim and allow alcohol.

Seaside52590264598 (10/5): The Best Hilton Ever!!!! - Oh what a wonderful staff here at this Hilton, we were greeted by 2 awesome ladies, Lillissa, and Adrian when we checked, the room was beautiful, clean and breakfast was great. Justine (8/5): - The staff was very friendly the rooms were nice but I was expecting exceptional rooms with the Hilton name. Only negative was the bathroom sink had no pressure but since I only needed it to brush my teeth I didn't feel a need to complain. Also I decided not to bring my defusing blow dryer to save space., The last two times I've traveled the room had a defuser for the blow dryer. As luck would have it this one did not. So for a curly hair girl this was quite inconvenient. But not something that couldn't be dealt with. So overall room was clean nice, food just okay. would I stay again sure because the most important marks were met.

David (8/5): - Hilton Garden is the best place to stay in Victoria. We have stayed there three separate times. However, the pool and front gate is open to the community. Be prepared for non-hotel guest to take over the pool. Staff has over-looked it each of times we have stayed.

Brad (6/5): - It took me 40 minutes to check in. The front desk clerk was having issues with person in front of me checking in. Appeared to be lack of training. He was friendly but I was standing in lobby with my bags while my traveling companions were having drinks.

Ashley (7/5): Good - Nice location and spacious room When I booking the room under King suite one bedroom with a sofa bed. It would have been nice to have a sofa bed. Not a hospital like couch. That was very disappointing and kind of misleading.

Ana (6/5): - I'm not sure if they are under new management but the experience was different compared to the past three years. We typically book a stay there in May and June for canoe racing purposes....the hotel was not in the nicest shape. The pool area had lots of dirty towels laying around and there were no clean towels available. The bed was comfy though so there's that.

Crystal (5/5): Make sure to check your bank statements! - That it was clean They didn't have bfast like it advertised. They charge you for the 2 Waters they have in the room without telling you. The pool water was freezing so we couldn't enjoy it. I was charged bfast included when I booked but they double charged me the next day when I arrived home. I call and they tell me they didn't have me with bfast included yet I have my confirmation showing bfast was included.

Gloria (4/5): Large rooms - The beds are advertised as queen but felt much closer to a full size. They were really uncomfortable, and the pillows offered no support, both my guest and I woke up with headaches and back pain. On top of that, there seemed to be construction going on inside the building, which made things even more unpleasant. Check-in took way too long, and when I went to check out, there was no one at the front desk, just workers walking around behind the construction area. Overall, not a relaxing or pleasant experience.

Tomas (6/5): For being a Hilton it felt more like a days inn. - Clean Even motel 6 has continental breakfast for free. The cost would be $17 per person in addition to the night rental.
