• Daniel (8/5): calidad precio bien pero tiene un par de cosas a mejorar - el alojamiento es tal como en las fotos, es acogedor y tranquilo, matteo muy atento en todo y nos esperó aunque tardamos más de lo esperado la puerta parece de papel, se escuchaba todo lo de las casas de al lado, no tenía champú ni gel, las sábanas olían regular yo creo que no estaban limpias, aparte la colcha estaba guardada con polvo
• Rhiannon (10/5): We loved every minute here, it felt like home! - Matteo was an incredible host, he thoroughly explained the property and how to use the amenities and appliances and even sat with us to give us the best places to visit, eat and relax on the island. I felt very comfortable and well looked after as he checked in to see how we were throughout our holiday also. The location was amazing for us very quiet and a lovely residential area, it was incredibly easy to drive to nearby locations or even catch the bus at the end of the road! Perfect place to stay if you want to be a little bit away from the noise and tourists! The pool is very looked after by the cleaners and is cleaned every morning.

• Annette (5/5): - The pool area and the large balcony The location in Chayofa This was advertised as a one bed apartment it is a studio and I would not have booked it if I had known this. I was left one bath towel and one hand towel for a 2 week stay I asked for more but they were never delivered. The entire apartment from the entrance door needs a painting and decorating job and the safe needs batteries it never worked during my stay. There is a gap under the entrance door that needs to be addressed. Overall a very impersonal experience on arrival and departure and my worst booking.com ever.

Séjour exceptionnel - Matteo est un hôte exceptionnel, il nous a très bien reçu, expliqué les équipements de l'appartement et nous a montré les choses à faire et à voir sur l'île. L'appartement était très propre, conforme aux photos du site. La résidence très bien entretenue, calme et tres belle piscine... Si je devais revenir sur Ténérife, c'est sûr que je réserverais de nouveau cet appartement. Rien!

Appartamento per nulla accogliente Cucina con il minimo sindacale , frigorifero piccolissimo niente tovaglie né strofinacci niente scolapiatti , letti scomodi praticamente due brande!! Doccia senza nulla x chiudere così che schizzavi tutto il bagno.. è appena arrivata ho trovato lo sciacquone del bagno che perdeva acqua quindi un rumore insopportabile e poi non scaricava ovviamente e quindi ho dovuto usare un secchio!!! La proprietaria nn si trova sul posto ma fa gestire ad altri però non mi ha dato il contatto di questa persona se non dopo due gg cosicché ho dovuto aspettare due gg xche mi risolvessero il problema . La proprietaria sta in Russia!!! Quindi rispondeva dopo ore. Il gg che sono arrivata non mi aveva ancora detto come entrare in casa. Insomma io non ci torno davvero e non lo consiglio. La signora dovrebbe rinnovare il tutto ma spesso si pensa che le persone in vacanza debbano stare accampate!!! X quello che ho pagato non valeva manco la metà!!!

Además estaba siempre a nuestra disposición y fue muy gentil. El piso contaba con todo lujo de detalles y se encuentra en una ubicación óptima. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomendaría. Me gustó todo

He took the time to show us around and gave us a complete summary of the best places to visit on the island and recommended some great restaurants as well. We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable apartment. It is away from the tourist attractions, but enough to be close to everything and to be able to rest. We definitely recommend this place.

• Dragos (10/5): Nice, quiet and relaxing studio - The apartment is beautiful and clean. Matteo gave us tons of information about the Island, places to visit, local restaurants and beaches. I do have some back problems, so for me the mattress was a bit too soft being from memory foam, but that is more a personal preference.
• Liviu (10/5): Sensational! - Superb stay close to the city, beaches and wilderness. First time in Tenerife and we chose this location for easy access to main attractions in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas (7 minutes by car) while also being close to Teide National park (40 minutes - driving through forests of Vilaflor is a must see) or even Santa Cruz de Tenerife (50 minutes). Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, plenty of parking spots and the apartment was very well decorated. Matteo is a great host and will help you out with tips regarding the island and places to see.

• Veronica (6/5): Perfect apartment for a couple, excellent location, excellent host. - The host Matteo was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. He was 10/10. It was also quiet, and the pool was a good size (albeit cold) and safe. The Internet connection was excellent, with a good-sized TV and Netflix. The balcony is nicely shaded and a good size overlooking the pool (which is clean and well kept). The property is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, which makes one think there is one bedroom. There is not. The kitchen, bed, and sofa bed are all in one room. This did not help our sleep; that was our only issue with the apartment. The pool is a good size, but we had not anticipated how cold it would be. Wet suits and kids swim in anything. Would it be possible to put 2 single duvets instead of doubles? as kids kept waking up during the night cold as one had taken the duvet of the other during the night. Just a thought.

The private pool was a wonderful bonus and having free parking made everything even more convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. • Jonathan (10/5): Nice clean room at a bargain price - Location is a little out of the what you would call the main area but we had a car and travelled no more than 15 mins to anywhere. Room has plenty of room for 4, the sofa bed isn't the most comfortable but was fine for the kids. Pool isn't heated so was a bit cold when you first got in but didn't bother us. We had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay apart washing powder which isn't expensive. The washing machine is brilliant Need bigger mugs, the sofa bed was very comfy

Good location, pool available and area regularly cleaned. Shower ran out of hot water sometimes if we showered separately, but it wasn't a problem for us :)

Quiet place, very good location, easily accessible by car (by the fact that we had a rental car, I do not know how it is with the availability of public transport). The equipment of the apartment was new, everything perfectly functional. The apartment was very nice and clean, the stay was pleasant. Restaurants were relatively close (by car), there was a shop in the complex. The owner was very nice, he arranged everything we needed very quickly. Overall, there is nothing to complain about.

• Andreea (9/5): Enchating as a day on the beach :) - The apartament is located in a very nice and quiet area, but in the same time close to the main touristic places as Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Matteo was an extraordinary guest, very willing to help from the moment we made the reservation to the moment we did the check out. He recommended a lot of nice places that are known mostly by the locals so we enjoyed great food and we visited some stunning places based on his tips.

She didn’t have our details. I just showed her my email and was asked to follow her. Once in the studio ( we had booked a one bedroom apartment) she gave us the key, I said we were here till the following Thursday. She replied - yes. There were no fire evacuation details. No toilet roll and at one point we thought no towels!!! TV was only in Spanish. Had trouble with the Wi-Fi but got it to work. Thank goodness for the local Tennis club where we got some food, water and toilet roll. The patio door was broken too. The studio was tired looking and need a new bathroom

• Sofia (8/5): Very good - Apartment was nice and there was everything essential. Well cleaned before our arrival. There is a few small shops in chayofa but it is a small quiet town with pretty views. You can easily take the buss down to los cristianos and las americas. Good wifi for work. Could easily be back! The pool is not heated so even if it looks tempting the water is very cold. The kitchen knifes could be sharpened. :)
