- Megan (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - It was clean. Tried to contact the property several times submitting a request to change my dates due to a later start time and received no word. I used the contact hotel form on booking.com. I then emailed them as well with no response. When I spoke to the hotel when I could finally call, I was told there was nothing I could do because it was now past the time for changes. So I paid for two days at this hotel and one day at another hotel because we had to stop earlier in our travels due to our later start we had. Which should have been easily solved had someone responded to my requests. They blamed the website saying they didn’t receive any of the forms of communication. Then when we did arrive, the room had super thin walls and we could hear the people walking around above us all evening. When I took my shower there were no bath towels in the room.

- Sherri (10/5): Perfect for my stay - I was very happy with my brief stay here. The staff was very helpful, the lobby pantry is well-stocked, the rooms were very modern and beautiful! My king size bed was facing the window so I could look out. On either side of the large window was the tv & dresser and on the other side a desk and coffee maker. The bathroom and bed were great. I will definitely begin staying here again! I am a picky eater so while the breakfast was very plentiful, I would have also liked donuts, scrambled eggs, two toasters (there was a line)… But truly there was LOTS of food there and what I had was delicious.

The receptinist on duty{her name was Debbie} was very friendly and very helpful in getting a pack and play set up for the 2 year old. It was good in every aspect. Even when we got back to the motel around 930 in the evening after fighting bads road conditions the lot was already clear of the 4 inches of snow. Your employees did a grear job!!

The lady who checked me in was new and so pleasant and so friendly to my dog. The housekeeping and breakfast staff were pleasant and always said hello or good morning. The checkout lady was very cheerful and genuine. I will stay here again!

But this year on Saturday the 20th at around 10pm we had made the mistake of asking for some body wash (none in our bathroom) and a couple blankets and towels. The lady was so mad about it that she tossed the washh on the counter then went back to grab the linens, but when she came out with them she SHOVED them in my face so hard it pushed me into the coffee pots and down to my knees. And almost a week later and nothing from corporate like the manager said should of happened.

- Tiffany (8/5): Ok Stay & Easy Check-in & Out - I had a pleasant stay overall. The online check-in process was straightforward, and I appreciated receiving a digital key for convenience. The beds were well-made, contributing to a comfortable experience. However, I did notice an unpleasant odor coming from the pillows, suggesting they may not have been washed recently. I hope the hotel addresses this issue in the future. Aside from that, everything was great for my one-night visit.

- Samantha (2/5): - This was a very unexpected interaction with the management from grave shift: Im highly allergic to feathers and had asked when 1st came to check in about the pillows and was told no feathers are in the ones in our room. We were out after checking in, fast forward hours later well im breaking out due to the feathers in pillows and was told no pillows available because it was sold out hotel and that was not her job to make sure i have no feathered pillows. This lady was rude also told my daughter and I to leave swimming area 10 minutes before it actually needed to be closed. On top of that the pool was freezing, dirty with some type of oil residue that wasnt noticed until we got in the water!!!!! No refund or discount was offered due to the pool being closed the next 2 days of our stay. Highly disappointed and spent alot of money for so many issues and the unprofessionalism is concerning.

- Polly (10/5): Great Service - We had been traveling for 13 hours and just needed to get inside and rest. The lobby and adjacent lounge area were very busy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, kind, and sweet to my dog. He made the check in process as quick as possible for us while juggling other tasks and requests from other guests.
- Matthew (10/5): Great Stay in a quiet town - This is a great hotel that seems to be the last remnants of an abandoned area. Therefore, it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, comfortable, and the front desk is quite helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable.
